Very happy with the installation of my new oil fired furnace and air conditioner. Terry the sales representative was hands on during the installation and Charlie, the owner reviewed the project personally. They were able to balance my central air conditioner and heat exchanger so that we no longer have warm/cold rooms. They also offer bio fuel as an alternative to oil. It costs the same as oil and reduces my carbon footprint. Really attentive to detail and professional.

I am on the autofill program and I have not had to think about my tank level in a year.They are doing construction on my one-way street and my apartment neighbor has had issues getting oil from his company. I called Cubby to see if there would be an issue and what we could do about it and they said I had actually received a delivery THAT morning and the driver had just talked to the construction workers and explained what needed to be done. Jason is amazing. Super helpful and very good at explaining the system and options. We have had cubby out to service our furnace and install a new oil tank. The owner of Cubby Charlie has also been to our house to go over all options we have if we wanted to convert to AC. They really go beyond and have been helpful resolving any issues.

Ron and Kyle where great throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and worked around the family while they where home so to not disrupt the kids day that much. I had a very old oil tank that was leaking. I considered gas conversion and talked to a company about converting. I also talked with Charlie at Cubby who described their efforts to increase the percent of plant-based oil in their fuel. He spent a lot of time with me to answer my questions. I decided to stay with oil. They replaced 2 old oil tanks in my 2-family, working around other workman who were doing waterproofing in the basement at the same time. I was very pleased with their work.

Cubby has been my oil company for more than 10 years since I picked them to replace an original oil boiler in our house. Always professional, prompt, on time for appointments, helpful, and fair. Cant ask for much more. Just had my annual boiler maintenance done by Kyle. Excellent service and very thorough during these times with COVID precautions. They are not the least expensive fuel provider in the area but they have been incredibly reliable and responsive.

When we bought our house they were helpful in educating us about our system. They helped re-route a fill spout to side of the house at what felt like a fair price. Middle of the winter, furnace wouldnt turn on, Sunday of a holiday weekend, called at 11 am, here at 1 pm, problem solved by 1:30 pm. Hard to beat customer service. I have interacted with probably half a dozen of their employees, theyre all professional and helpful. I truly recommend these guys.

I had my first oil tank and boiler service done today - the first in that I never had oil heat until purchasing this condo 18 months ago. The tank and boiler are of varying ages. Anyway, I was sent reminders about the visit a day prior...super helpful for me. The technician Kyle arrived at the start of the 2 hr window (I think I was the first appt of the day). In addition to being courteous and professional, he willingly took time to answer my questions about the boiler and tank. Kyle also helped me understand how to keep the system running efficiently and issues to look for in the future in case something doesnt work. I had to leave the house before he was done. When I returned home everything was locked up and he left tickets behind indicating what was done and how the system was working. I couldnt have asked for a better service. Thank you!
