The storm window and frame on my home picture window broke when I was preparing to leave for winter in Florida. I explained situation to Jessica at Burlington Glass and requested expedited service if possible. This was 4:30 Friday afternoon. Monday at noon service tech arrived to pick up window and take to shop. At 3:30 same day he returned with fully repaired glass and frame and proceeded to reinstall window for me.Am I happy? You bet!! Not only was workmanship excellent but the service was absolutely unbelievable and all this for an extremely fair price. Burlington Glass has a customer for life!

I thought I would have to pay $1000s to replace clouded windows bought in 2008. No, much less here and they even helped me figure out the hinges on the large grank out windows I have to find replacements. Thank you Burlington Glass, and also for other years screen fixing.

I have had 2 windshields replaced by this business. They offer free chip repairs on replacements, a value worth almost $100. The job was done timely and the tech told me of a rust issue that they spent some time addressing, without extra charge. On the second service, there was an issue with the replacement windshield that wasnt noticed until it was installed. I had to return another time again, but they were professional and sometimes mistakes happen. Still happy with my experience and would return. Did I mention they had the best price, as well?

Originally, this company broke the back portion of my tailgate during glass replacement. However, they took it upon themselves to replace the part they broke. It was a minor inconvenience for us, but it was the right thing to do for them to take care of the customer. We are pleased with their solution to the problem.

I had great service here and for the lowest price around! Just had my windshield replaced, they where able to fit my car in very quickly, while also working within the limited hours I could leave it. Everyone I spoke with was nice and knowledgeable. Additionally, I called 4 other auto glass shops who all charged higher prices.Would recommend and go again.

I waited 6 weeks for an estimate and 6 MONTHS later, still waiting for window replacements. They cashed my substantial deposit check over 2 months ago and have yet to communicate an estimated date for installation. I recognize that delivery of many materials is delayed, but the lack of communication is an unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend this business.

Will never do business with them in my life! Took my car there for a small windshield chip repair and had to find out they left a big windshields crack after them. They said they don’t provide warranty for this labor.. 🤯 Good luck with them before you sign something!!! Very disappointed. 🙄

Got the glass I needed in a timely manner.

This morning I had 4 panes of glass replaced in my windows. I assume that the technician did a good job as the window look fine. However, he left debris all over my office and bedroom floor, my foyer and my driveway. Im not sure why I called the company to let them know, but I did feel it was important to alert them that there was a mess in my house. When I called, perhaps I was looking for a simple, sorry, but instead the woman who answered the phone, responded that this wasnt typical and she would ask the worker. I mean, what is she going to ask him, Did you leave a mess in 3 of the rooms and the driveway? Im guessing he just didnt complete the job. A simple apology would have gone so far. Oh well. there are so many glass places to choose from that I would highly recommend another company. Ive worked with Chittenden County Glass on a number of occasions and I should have called them. Their service is impeccable.I do want to report that Burlington Glass did call me and agreed to adjust my bill due to the issue which was the professional thing to do.

Within two weeks I had a windshield shattered in one incident and two car windows shot out in another unrelated incident. I called around to several glass shops each time, and Burlington Glass offered the most competitive rates and best turnaround time in each instance. Great service. Im hoping this streak Im on doesnt continue, but if it does Im just going to take my car straight here.

I had Burlington Glass replace the windshield in my 2006 GMC Sierra and they did a fabulous job. They took the time to listen to my concerns and did a great job. They were curious and professional. I called them int the morning on a Friday and they were able to get me in that same day. I had to wait 2 hours for the epoxy to dry but after that I drove off with no problems. I would feel great about doing business with this company in the future. Great Job Guys!!

While work was done right and price was right........never received a call that our inspection sticker was expired and that they wouldnt be putting it back on. While we understand them not being able to put it back on, to not tell us till coming to pick up the car and put us in the position of either towing the vehicle or per her advice just tell the police youre on your way to get it inspected.....but you cant put it on a lift for 24 hrs. We thought it rediculous she stated Its against state law to put an illegal sticker back on the windshield, but advised us to drive the car with no sticker at all ( ALSO against state law). When we called back to discuss the fact we wouldve appreciated a call at least so we couldve planned accordingly the woman was ABSOLUTELY RUDE and dismissive.......we wont be back and will NOT recommend them to others.

I wish i could say something good as i was recommended by a friend who used them, and the pictures of their work look amazing however that is not the case. I called and scheduled an urgent apt for a window quote (due to fire inspection for new home purchase), the lady said no problem and wrote me down for an apt like 2 days later and we were good to go. The day comes, i drove home during my work lunch break to meet them at 12:30, 1pm rolls around and i call the store wondering where they are, lady puts me on hold to call the guy, she comes back on my line and tells me, the guy forgot.. convenient. so i say ok, accidents happen, i will give it another shot, so she reschedules me for the next day. The lady says 12pm? i say no, 12:30 and she says ok i wrote you on the board for tomorrow at 12:30. Next day rolls around and i head home during work lunchbreak, 12:45 come, no ones there. i call them once again, she puts me on hold to see where the guy is, gets back on the line, i am told the lady who scheduled you had you written down for tomorrow at 12pm, not today, it looks like she had her days off. First of all, i specifically corrected her during the scheduling and said, no the apt needs to be for 12:30 and not 12 and she still put the wrong time on the board and not to mention the wrong day of the week and second of all, this is the second time there was an issue and a no show. They ask if we would like to reschedule which at that point i say no because i cant just take off a whole day of work waiting for someone to hopefully show and secondly, i scheduled an apt twice and both times their was an issue, no call no show. So who knows their work could be great, but they couldnt even get the initial meeting to happen properly, i wasnt about to try for a 3rd quote and hope they could handle the rest of the job.

We had mirrors installed at our gym. They came out quickly and the quality and lack of distortion is always a major plus when it comes to mirrors. Im looking forward to them putting in more mirrors for us.

Very unprofessional business. We stoped by 2 times and spoke to different people, even manager said will call us back with estimation. No respond after one month. Stoped by yesterday again different person promised us to call back today. No respond.

Good work BUT....I got there about 9 they put my car in at 9:30 had it out by 11 but charged me 3.10 hours of LABOR@ $60 an hour!!!!!!
