I went to this corporate store after having several bad experiences at stores that said Verizon but were not official. We were looking for new cell phones and were offered good promotional discounts. The sales person asked if we wanted a tablet at a good price also. We took it and did not get full disclosure about the deal. When I got the bill not only was I billed for the tablet but a new line with monthly charges. Calling billing at Verizon was worthless, then I talked to a lady in tech who was a great help. She took the charges off my bill and told me I had to return the tablet to the store. . The good price only came with all these charges. She also said she would call the store. I went the next day and was met with rudeness. I explained that if I had known they were adding Mobil network to my tablet I would have said no. I have one bar if any at home. They charged me 3/4 the cost of the tablet to restock it. π
Today, my family had an incredibly awful customer service experience at the Verizon Williston Rd. Store with their manager/greeter Joe. Within less than 10 total minutes of interaction, Joe managed to convince 10+ year Verizon customers to leave Verizon.According to Verizons own code of conduct, they take pride in being respectful and inclusive. This was not the behavior that we witnessed and experienced. Any company that supports and promotes an employee of his conduct to manager, is not a company that we want to be involved with. We would and will encourage others to leave Verizon as well as a result, including you if you are reading this.We would be happy to disclose further details to the appropriate department to help ensure this does not happen again, and to ensure corrective action is taken to hold Joe accountable. We are confident we are not the only ones who have experienced such immediately atrocious customer care.
The customer service at this store was one of the most disappointing experiences ever. They did not help at all. They didnβt want to help. Walk you through the process and/or show you what is available. I got my daughter a phone but NOT from this location.
The local staff is fantastic. The wait is longer than expected, but once they start working with you, they do not rush you out the door.
Like everywhere else low stock but helpful staff
Joe was not helpful at all in explaining how to transfer a number from one account to a new account.
This is such. A difficult rating. The location itself and the employees here were amazing, however, Verizon is starting to bum me out.Verizon did not want to honor the warranty on my certified pre-owned galaxy that broke/was lagging, freezing and over heating. So the gentlemen at this store took my broken phone and reimbursed me all my money. I ended up buying a phone through Best Buy.
The pressure to upsell was relentless. I told the sales associate numerous times to stop what he was doing and he just wouldnt listen or let up. I see similar behavior described in a number of other comments written about this business. If the owner really cared, hed be at the store more than he is and train his people to just let it go when a customer makes it clear they arent buying the hard core sales pitch. Im going someplace else.
Went in to talk with a Verizon Rep. There was an older gentleman in front of us who did not have an appointment. He told the gentleman to go to a Verizon Reseller since there would be a wait time. The older gentleman gels him he wants to stay. The rep keeps pushing for him to go elsewhere. The guy says no and steps to the side. The older gentleman started to wander the store touch the phone displays and walking all over the store. The rep then greeted us, his name is Tyler. Immediately The rep tells us to go somewhere else. He again told us to go to a verizon reseller as there would be a wait. We told him we were fine with the wait. He continued pushing for us to go to a Verizon reseller. This is the ONLY official Verizon store in our area. He told us he would check us in but continued to tell us that we should not wait. I asked if we could look at the phone displays since the other gentleman was wandering. We were told absolutely not. He claimed that no one could look at the displays unless with a rep. This gentleman was not. I let the guy know he was wandering without a rep while waiting. He then got snippy and told us he does not need to tell us all of their covid rules and that we can go leave his store because he would not service us since he did not want a bad review. We let him know we were not mad and just wanted to know why he was pushing us to other places and not being consistent with the covid rules as he claimed. He told us that gentleman was next and that is why he could stay. The gentleman was still wandering when we left the store. Customer surveys are supposed to give honest and true reviews and should not be picking and choosing who they service l. ESPECIALLY being the only official Verizon store in the area! Completely rude, inconsiderate and trying to send people elsewhere is unacceptable! I understand covid rules cause some disruption in service and that it can be rough on customers but be considerate and dont treat people with disrespect.
Horrible customer service! Wont help to deactivate a device! Then we are expected to sit on the phone forever to get a representative! If I could choose 0 stars I would.
Dont go there the manager is very rude unhelpful and waste of time
I went here to replace my phone broken phone yesterday. There was 6 employees with no customers but no one would talk to me. They said I needed to go online and make an appointment but there was none available for over week! ..Again, there are 6 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and Iβm the only customer there.I get that we need to have additional safety precautions right now but covid 19 isnβt an excuse for terrible customer service. Iβm leaving 3 stars because itβs probably a policy coming from above this branch but itβs still pretty frustrating.
Jesse did a great job and explaining things to me and took care of my phone issues. I recommend going here any other Verizon store.
Spend an entire day here with no progress made. Unable to help with a carrier locked iPhone.
I tried to purchase a new $1200 phone with an unlimited plan=$171/month and it was flagged for fraud?? No one at the store could help. I spent an hour with them waiting on hold with corporate but no answer. I went home and spent 45 minutes fixing the problem myself which took 3 department transfers. After resolving the issue I placed my order over the phone and was instructed to bring in an emailed receipt to pick up my new device. I arrived at this location and they told me that my account was pending authorization and couldnt be processed. When I told the rep I was just going to go to another carrier he stated that would be fine tooT-Mobile was happy to hook me up in a fraction of the time with no hassle.
Niko (So.Burlington, Vermont)was an outstanding assistant in helping me with my phone problems. He asked after fixing my one concern what else. He didnt push me away and continued to work with other items I encountered. This was a replacement phone. My 4 year phone dropped and lost use. So I received an upgraded phone (with assurian insurance) 2 upgrades and was more advanced than my old one, so I had many issues. I left there A Happy customer.
Quick and easy, staff was positive and helpful despite providing service outside due to covid
Stopped by the store because we were having trouble with our plan and data being throttled. Impossible to reach Verizon via phone. You need an appointment. Theyll set you up with one-tomorrow. All they can do is recommend you use their App. Thanks for nothing. But if you wanted to buy something theyd be all over you to sell. Walk by their window 10 minutes later 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Customer service has gone far downhill over the years.
They were able to accommodate me with out an appointment, but I recommend making one. When you call the βphone storeβ no one answers lol.
Added a line for my kiddo, super friendly, and got them a sweet deal on black Friday at that, great job.
Terrible. I made an appointment ahead of time. It was scheduled 7 to 730pm. I was out the door by 705. Verizon employees in store are only helpful to try and sell you stuff and push you to buy more. But very unhelpful when it comes to helping you fix an issue your having with the phone/service. And when I pay a good amount for my 3 devices and I hardly can get data or no receive phone calls but a cm will come through unless on wifi with my replacement phone verizon had sent me. I feel like they should try to do more then a couple of things (that I told them I have already done) or compensate or both! The gentleman was nice but I felt like he truly didnt care what was happening or care to really get me some answers and figure this out. Just gave me a pamphlet and said try insurance...I will be making another appointment and ask to work with a manager this time. I will let everyone know how that goes. Hopefully it will go a little better.
I just came here to buy a phone charger and as a customer was leaving I entered the store an employee came up to me very rudely telling me to leave and that they were closed. I was already in the store. I insisted i just needed a phone charger as mine had broken earlier in the day which would of taken him 2 seconds and he denied me. Ive been a loyal customer for years I guess its time to switch to at&t. I wont be back
I get that they work on commission, but my girlfriend went in looking for a particular phone she knew they had, and it took almost 45 minutes of reiterating no, I dont want a newer model, I want what I asked for to finally just get the phone. A suggestion is fine, but arguing with the customer and making them seem like they know nothing isnt a good way to do sales.
I went in to sign up for Verizon, I was shown the plans and everything. We went thru the whole process and I signed up. After all of that, the associate then mentions there will be a $40 activation fee. This should have been mentioned before I was already through the whole process.
I have always found the employees at this location to be helpful and knowledgeable, and willing to try and help with any question. I highly recommend them. They will take the extra steps to try and help you.
I usually have pleasant experiences at this Verizon but when I went in two weeks ago to get the bogo iPhone 11βs my phone number got unactivated and I spent close to 5 hours sitting and waiting. I was given a temporary number for the time being and was told it will be fixed in 24 hours. 24 hours came and went and little did I know I wouldnβt get my number back for two weeks. I had to constantly reach out to Joe or Caleb to get any sort of update on the issue.
Upgraded one phone and traded older iPhone 6s Plus to a different line today. Tyler was knowledgeable and thorough. He answered our questions and made our slightly complicated requests happen. He was patient and worked out all the details. Pleased with the level of customer support. Highly Recommend.
This particular store on Williston Road in the Burlington, Vermont area is the best Verizon store that you could ask for, the staff is super knowledgeable and always ready to help. Hell they even stayed open late for me when I needed some last-minute things! A big THANK YOU to all the employees there, you are the best!
My husbands cell phone died. As a result, all his photos and contact info were lost. We were very fortunate to be helped by Jesse Whitaker. Not only did he order a replacement, but he went above and beyond to insure that neither of us would ever lose data again. It was refreshing and a pleasure to do business with someone who actually cared enough to explain how we could improve and protect our data. Thanks Jesse!
Actually had a pleasant experience. Chris a tech specialist was very helpful and was able to get my GPS working on my phone and helped start the process to repair and replace my phone! Chris was knowledgeable, engaged, and quite frankly gave me the best service Ive ever had from Verizon. (Which is says a lot since my experience has been mostly bad with Verizon)
I was able to check in right from my car, as soon as I pulled up! Very minimal wait, and they were able to fully and quickly help me with a complex change to my service. Im extremely satisfied, and would happily recommend this location to anyone. Great job!
Me and my fiancΓ© went in to Verizon last week to check out the new iPhone 11 Pro Max - we had βNikoβ as our representative, he answered all of our questions, Very respectful and clean store, Niko was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, honestly all around a great store. Me and my fiancΓ© both left that store with smiles! And got exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this Verizon location.Thank you Niko!!!
Great customer service! I worked with Joe and Shevawn on a problem I had with my phone upgrade. They handled the situation professionally and quickly.
I went into this location to upgrade my phone on my parents business account. I called ahead to assure I could do this with their verification. Immediately when I walked in the girl at the front door, Brooke, looked me up and down and gave me mulitple dirty looks. I gave her my information to check in and made sure she wasnt changing any account information, she rolled her eyes and said Im just checking you in... so that someone can help you.... I went to look at the new phones, she again rolled her eyes. She came over a few minutes later and said I needed one of my parents present. I told her I have done this before and they can do an email verification. Brooke said I could ask the manager, Battles, she walked me over and I re-explained the situation. He said We cant access the account without one of the owners present. I re-assured him I have done it and that I had called just an hour before. He repeated that they couldnt help me and asked me to leave.I called Verizon and asked, again, if it was possible with this specific account. She said, as long as I had the verification it would be fine. I kept her on the line and re-entered the store. I explained what she said to Battles and they spoke on the phone. When I got back on the line she told me that Battles said I did not have my ID on me and that was why he was refusing to help. Which was not true and he did not even ask once if I had my ID. I asked Battles why he told her I did not have my ID and if he was still refusing to help me. He said youre not getting a phone, have a nice day. Upon getting in my car to leave which was parked right outside the store I saw Battles and Brooke high-five each other.
Caleb is great to work with; got me into better phones for less money with more coverage and more data!
I would give this Verizon 5 stars if it werent for that common Vermont problem: this is the only Verizon corporate store in the area and as a result, its always busy. Id you dont mind waiting, the folks here are good at their jobs and there seems to be a good stock of products.
Morgan and her helper Skylar helped me out earlier today, made me feel very welcomed. I give you guys 5 stars
If you can tie your own shoes, dont go here, you can do anything they can do. Super unhelpful and a palpable air of anger and disgruntled-nes Dude had clearly been yelled at by so many boomers he was on the defensive, but still, seemed like he wanted to fight.
John is the best!! He is always full of ideas and solutions and extremely helpful! John is definitely an asset to your company and always makes people feel special. Thank you John! Sincerely France
Great staff. Alexis was super helpful in getting me my Google pixel 2 + accessories. Also played it cool when I was trying to hide a gift for my brother. Bravoπ
11/7/2018. Absolutely the worst customer service. The general manager refused to call into corporate to verify information to transfer my account and get me a new SIM card. Everything that had already been taken care of coordinating people between 3 states and had been mishandled for over a month. The fact that the store manager wouldnβt take the time to verify and turned me away is a strong example of their customer commitment. I admit I cussed once after being refused services that I am a paying customer for. But, that was certainly warranted considering this issue has been ongoing for over a month with Verizon in general.I admit to getting frustrated and even cursing once (singularly) about the situation, but that was after 5 minutes of being denied basic customer service. Also, good luck getting the same customer rep through corporate. Better practice telling the same tale over and again.
So easy to call ahead and make an appointment! Beat any waiting time and get expert advice. I went in the other day to upgrade two phones: a 5 and a 5s, and the guy (Kris) was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I think her name was Gretchen, and she was helpful too.
I love the company but the store manager was super rude and didnβt want to help us.
Wouldnt even give them that one star. Salesman was great til I walked out the door. He made mistakes with charges and wouldnt return text or calls as the weeks went by.Kept saying he was taking care of it. Nothing was done three weeks later. Called verizon myself and it was fixed in a few minutes. The guy wanted the sale but too busy to fix the mistake he had made after. Very concerning when it was showing over $350. For one month. Our family will not step foot in that stores door again. He promised the moon in the beginning and got the brush off in the end. Poor customer service, no loyalties to the customers.
The worst verizon Ive ever been to. The employees were the most unhelpful, rude people Ive spoken to regarding phone issues. I spoke to them about my issues and they just told me they couldnt help me and that was it. I have insurance on this phone for a reason and they didnt even acknowledge it. I told them I would go somewhere else to get it fixed or get a different carrier and they just told me okay you better do that.
Matt at this Verizon store sold me a Google Pixel 3 phone with a promotion that made it so I cant upgrade my phone unless I pay the entire thing off - without verbally telling me this. So now Im stuck with this phone I dont want, cant upgrade until the entire $800 is paid off and all Verizon can say is you shouldve read the fine print. I certainly learned my lesson.
Store is obviously focused on quick sales, pushing add-ons and up selling. Sales man added device protection to my phone line without asking. He got us out the door quickly when I pointed out I could purchase cases and screen protectors for much less $ at Amazon. He brought out screen protectors with new phones going under the assumption we would buy them. (obvious sales tactic). Id love to switch to T-MOBILE but their service is poor in Vermont, and Verizon abuses this fact.
Helped me with all my phone needs for my family.
Never had a good experience here, I also do not recommend any LG or Iphone
Store showed how to fix my phone and pay it off. When I tried the payoff it said it was not working.
Very helpful and quick. Helped in getting phone transferred and set up, even made sure I was on the most effective plan.
If you want to check out the new Pixel Phone by Google before ordering, thats about all this place is good for. The store associate was extremely rude. The store manager was sympathetic to the situation, but was not able to resolve the problem... I have found that it is best to deal with cell carriers over the phone when trying to resolve uncommon issues.
I had a bad experience with an online purchase I made and these gentlemen were very kind in making my experience much better. I had gone to a Verizon store just before them and that store could not help me. I then ended up at this store. It took them almost two hours of dealing with the online purchase I made and recovering the services I was suppose to have. They even stayed open for almost forty minutes passed closing just so my service could be fixed. A bunch of great guys, thank u so much for the wonderful service, your the best!!!
I stopped by the So Burlinton Verizon store a week ago and was told it was a 30 min wait. I gave my name and indicated I had questions about my plan. 45 minutes later, after watching people who arrived after me get waited on, I checked with the front desk where two guys were shooting the breeze. When I explained I had been there 45 mins, they said they had deleted my name accidentally. However, my name was never called and there was no apology. The rep who worked with me was pleasant, only more so when he learned I was interested in looking at a new phone as well. These people are all on commission.Next time I visited, I had a quick question about my new phone. Turns out there was an easy solution that had been a problem for weeks. I explained that had Verizon provided a few minutes of explaining the features on the new phone, it would have saved me weeks of aggravation. The salesman replied, βdo you know how long that would take?! We donβt have time for that!β
It is hard not to get facetious when writing about this location. You will wait forever, and then deal with a burnt out staff member. They are understaffed and it shows. Busiest local Verizon location by far, best to go elsewhere. Staff member refused to put a new screen protector on my old phone because it would be a liability to do so. Go to this location at your own peril, and have a few hours to spare.
Typical Verizon store. I felt like I was under the gun with high pressure sales folks. They didnt seem interested in my customer satisfaction. Predatory sales force interested only in their own commission. You are much better off buying a phone in a Best Buy.
I have been here many times. Excellent customer service and transparency. Love that you can make an appointment ahead of time.
Best customer service. I walked in a half hour before closing having issues with my phone, the service team worked on resolving the problem well after closing time, they resolved my problems and did it with politeness and a smile! Thank you!
Tyler was an amazing Verizon representative I had bought two phones a week and a half ago and was not happy with the service and then but I am more than happy with the support I got today plus I ended up buying some additional accessories like a Fitbit Tyler deserves a raise or a bonus! I was ready to return both phones but Tyler saved the day
Have two Verizon purchised phone wanted to switch. Asked for help and was told you dont do it. Asked if you had instructions on how to do it and rep said no longer have copies. Said all hed could do is switch Sim card. Walked out very frustrated very poor service but more than willing to sell a new phone.
Love the phone and plan but the guy said there was a deal but then I was charged in full then said my screen protector was guaranteed for life and we could just registered the one on file but then made me pay 53.19!! Had to call and adjust bill twice now!!
Little bit of a wait for service but when we had service it was top notch
I have been w Verizon Wireless for over 10 years. My phone is only a little over a year old and my first ever total phone failure. Of all the inconvenient times, were on a tent camping vacation. The staff at this store were so helpful in helping me w the insurance claim process. I had a replacement phone the next day. Thanks especially to Joe.
Why even have a store if you cant do anything at the actual store. Have a broken phone? Nope thats a different company you gotta call or go online... Have an issue with a new phone you just got on your plan? Nope you have to call customer service on the phone. The store is there just for sleezy salesman to try and get you into a contract. If I could give zero stars I would. Looking into switching to at & t
Very knowledgeable staff, it can be busy but they will take time with you and take care of you.
Needed a new phone. Got one with a new monthly plan. Cost was acceptable, had to wait a while though, dont expect quick turn around. The staff were very helpful and polite.
They quoted 112.00 for two phones. When we got our bill, it was 175.00! They told me straight talk would not charge me when I switched over, but I was still charged with an overdraft from my bank! If they would honor their quote, I might stay with their services.
Received very good service today. I wasnt two steps into the door and I was being helped. Michelle did a great job troubleshooting my device and there would have been no way I could have figured out what to do. Thank you
As far as giant mega corporation that control the flow of information Verizon is pretty good Im one of their loyal customers
The employees here have awesome attitudes and are very helpful. Idk how other Verizon locations are but these folks are crushin it!
These guys are really good every time I go in and very helpful! When ever there is an issue, it always gets fixed immediately. I plan on staying a Verizon customer for life!!
Pre order my phone, the company was fine, the staff here however were a bit gruff. They had cases for the phone I was getting but no screen protectors.
I would not recommend going to this place. Tyler lied about multiple things pertaining to my account and how I would be billed. He also added insurance to all of my products after I had already told him that I wasnβt interested. Donβt trust Tyler. Whatever you do
Abysmal customer service. After the first person we met with the recommended and walked us through certain technical fixes that ending up wiping our data, the managers response was well, were not technical people. They shouldnt be handing out technical advice if theyre not technical people. Other folks tried to help but to no avail. Very pressured environment with long waits.
Been using Verizon for many many years now and I love the service and the connection is π perfical
Every time I go in to this establishment no matter what its for I always get the best customer service. Ive gone in for something as simple as buying a phone charger and ive gone in for some difficult phone problems. Each time the associate stayed with me until I had a solution to my problem and gave contact info in case it happened again. Great customer service!
I went in today for an upgrade and the staff was rude and inconsiderate of my questions. The place smell like gerbils (the pet co next door). When he was looking at my phone he ripped the case off and then proceeded to poke around my phone without communicating with me at all about what he was doing. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the people in this store. I will not be returning.
Horrible customer service, read the others for verification. Go somewhere else, they wont honor corporate instructions to customers. Corporate told me one thing, they refused to take any action. I even got the run around trying to get a copy of a receipt for a phone I bought through Verizon online because we cant access anything we didnt sell until one of the other guys spent 2 minutes on it and found it. Nothing at the store seems to be changing judging from reading the standard form letter responses given to the bad reviewers.I have always had great service online and expected the same locally. Latest phone came from Verizon booth at Costco, same pricing and someone helpful.
Meh
Talked to wynston. Had a bad issue. Came in for a new phone. Couldnt be happier with the service I got. Start to finish.
I would give them no star if I could.I try to avoid this one, but its the closest corporate owned store. The employees are disrespectful, NOT HONEST about the sales and liars. We were sold a watch ($200) that was actually free with my husvands device. Go figure. Then it was hell trying to get it refunded or even returned. The manager, well dont get me started, Ill just say he looks and talks to you with the utmost disrespect and like youre a thief or something. They cant get anything straight. Whatever happens to your phone is your fault, even if its the phones fault. Charges appear out of nowhere for no reason, again they cant figure anything out.Today, were making the switch! & taking our phones with us.Have any concerns/issues, call the corporate office, the manager of that store does not report/document incidents or cares to hear how horribly you were treated. β
After having an iPhone 4 and getting every last penny out of that phone I finally upgraded. My Sales Professional was Adam and I would recommend working with him if possible. He answered all of my questions, found the right phone, kept me in my budget, and smiled the whole time.Thank you Adam.
Great customer service. In and out; no fuss.
Great service. Knowledgeable staff.
They made me wait 20 minutes to tell me they only sell things in store. If you expect them to modify your plan you have to call online. Waste of time and incredibly disrespectful to other peopleβs time and responsibilities.
Terrible customer service. Had problems when we were assured we wouldnt. Was told we could exchange our phone than two weeks later said we could not.
Staff is very kind took me 30 mins tp switch mine and ΓΆy girlfriends numbers from another company
Staff was friendly, but complete knowledge came from a committee and not 1 person...plans were more than competition with less data and its an extra charge for going to Canada...
People are knowledgeable and down to earth. They ask about adding all the little extras to your phone but take no for an answer. Worth the 45 min drive for me
Great!! Manager was able to suggest possible fix for my problem and I solved issue myself. Thanks so very much
Certainly not the cheapest place but I have always have gotten really good service and a good selection of phones
Disgusting. Absurd. Tiresome. Useless. The disgustingly condescending manners of the jerks at this place speak volumes about their utter stupidity of the products sold - and about the options available to customers. These jerks neither listened to what I was saying - and the racist! yes RACIST manager - then demanded to see my ID (this after the initial sales guy went to get a replacement phone, which I was entitled to since the extremely malfunctioning one I had was purchased just 10 days ago) . The moronic manner of the manager - who didnt understand phone apps and seemed to know little to nothing about the Samsung phone itself - took nearly an hour trying to tell me my phone was not broken yet ignored the problems I showed him. Well, dipsh*ts! Went to Cellular Sales in Essex Junction, where the phone was replaced immediately - without need of my showing an ID - and guess what? It was charged and didnt get super hot (one of my complaints); its video remains intact and on while I am using it (another one of my complaints) and the keyboard no longer gets stuck. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF MORONS MASQUERADING AS SALES PEOPLE. I WOULDNT BUY DOG POOP FROM THEM. Then - to top it all off - the ignorant manager sent me to the wrong store, despite the dealer showing me how the correct dealer is shown on my account. WASTE. OF. TIME.
Only Verizon I will go to. Use the same guy everytime. We are Facebook friends if that says anything.
Shares the old..we dont care philosophy of Verizon help center and sales.. Not bright...huge attitude! OK we know your here to sell.
Terrible customer service. We made an appointment and our sales person, Nico, knew nothing about the phones, told us they didnt have floor models that we could see before purchasing the item, was snippy and rude, didnt offer to activate our phones for us and did not adjust us to the data plan we asked for. Will not go back to this location.
At first I had great service switching over from AT&T to Verizon. I purchased 4 phones and had two different promotions going on. The rep I worked with did all the paperwork from me to get the Visa cards to help me pay off my AT&T phones, but what he didnt tell me was that it would take 8-10 weeks to get the Visa cards (so, I could not pay off my huge AT&T bill with the cards from Verizon) and then he did one of the promotions wrong and had to do it over (after I had waited 2 months for the card) and I have been waiting another 8-10 weeks for that card. I received one out of 3 cards. The second card was credited to my account, which it wasnt supposed to be because that promotion was done wrong as well. So, I have been texting and calling and getting nowhere, as the last contact I was told that they were trying to give me back my money. Its been 4 months and I keep getting the run around. If I could give them a zero, I would.
This corporate Verizon store offers excellent customer service and a helpful staff. As cell phone stores go, this is the exception -- a pleasant experience with no hassle.
The techy was very helpful in solving the problem with my phone. The Verizon online system of reporting problems, and filing an insurance claim, however, is flawed. After filing a claim online, you are given a phone number to call, rather than referred to a store. How are you supposed to call if your phone isnt working?
We were totally forgotten about. After waiting 25 minutes a dude came up and said ... wait, whats your name? Then told us we were moved off the list for some reason. So we left. Ill stick to doing my business on line.
