The worst store ever! The staff is incompetent and has no idea what they are doing. They had very few phones in stock and 0 matching accessories for the one that they did have in stock. The tech fee of $45 is a total overcharge when the other stores will do it for free. And the tech totally botched my data transfer. Additionally after returning my device (within 14 days) and completely leaving Verizon they processed something incorrectly and I ended up with a $1200 buy out fee for the device that took so much time to clear up with Verizon. DO NOT GO HERE!! And switch your service over to XFINITY. This store pushed me to ditch Verizon for good, Im so glad.
I had an excellent experience with Isaiah and the Verizon store on Shelburne Road. He was personable, reliable, productive, and efficient. Would recommend to friends and family!! 10.5 stars.
My husband and I had gone to the Colchester Vermont store because our iPhones were not working well. We decided to update it while we were there in the area. When we went to the store we showed him our SE phones and wanted to just go with the SE 2020 but Tony DiFonzo said he was running a special My offer promotion of $550 off the iPhone 13. It was such a great deal we went with it. He did not have any in stock. We requested that he would ship them to us which we live an hour away. We asked him if we could have any Verizon store set it up and he said absolutely. He charged us $45 for each phone set up. He also charged us $209 in taxes while we were there. We also purchased The iPhone cases, the screen saver, and chargers. He told us he would call us when the phones arrived at his store. We got a phone call from him and said they were in. Apparently he forgot that we were not coming to the store to pick them up. We requested again for him to ship them to us. While he had us on the phone he asked for my credit card number and said it was for the taxes, which I was not aware already my husband had given him the credit card in the store to pay for the taxes. He said he couldn’t ship it out without me paying for the tax. When we received the phones UPS we decided to come to the Verizon store in Plattsburgh New York. Evan Duso informed us that the my offer promotion was $550 off the iPhone 13 upgrade with any unlimited AND trade-in. Evan tried to submit the trade in but they were not eligible for credit. We were never informed by Tony that there was a trade in involved. He was very aware of the damage screen when we purchased the iPhone 13. Evan Duso did an AMAZING job setting us up with our new phones took the time to answer our questions and transfer our stuff
Best Verizon store Ive worked with. Ive worked with Verizon stores across the country and never have had such great customer service as I do in this store. Great staff. They always have plenty of products in stock at the store. Best of all theres no pressure from the sales staff to make a purchase. A big shout-out to Kenny for helping me last time I was in. Every time my experience is the same. 10/10 will make this the store I continue to purchase from.
I dont think Verizon is training their tech employees. Went to this store with my Pixel 3 that was in a constant reboot. The tech did not have a clue what to do (didnt even try) and just basically said you need a new phone and tried to sell me a phone that I did not want. The next day, with no help from google either, I was able to fix my phone researching forums! Verizon used to be pretty good, not so more!
I was sold a phone that does not work and one that corrupted most everything that was on my old phone. Under no circumstances let them have you old phone until you are sure everything is ok. My phone is a phone intended for the State of Texas and is a state secured phone.
The merit of a good business can be often more aptly measured not by their happy customers, but also by how they deal with the unhappy ones. I have been going to these guys for 5+ years, and last year I had a heck of a run in and had a very poor experience with one of their newer sales staff, who sold me the wrong devices for my needs and then refused to make it right. Thankfully, the manager was quick to connect with me, rectify the situation, and make sure I left satisfied. I went in more recently to upgrade another phone, and the experience continues to be stellar. If you want a professional team with a great attitude, you cant do much better. Big props to Ashley and Gary for making our most recent experience so positive and memorable!

Over the last 3 years, Ive had the pleasure -- yes, pleasure of working with the staff at Verizon on Shelburne Rd at lest a half dozen times. Each time Devon and his team have been well trained, professional and respectful of my time. My most recent experience was with Gary D. I needed a new phone -- ASAP -- due to an accident with my existing business phone. Gary understood the problem, and advised me of a great deal on a free $1,000 phone for my expanding business. He set up both phones, transferred the necessary apps and files, protected the phones with gel and had me out the door in less than an hour. When I had a problem with an accessory the next day, he researched the issue online and resolved the issue in under 5 minutes. Turned out it was a user error! He resolved it without a hint of condescension.
This Verizon Wireless location is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they treat customers like human beings, not just numbers. On Black Friday during one of the most stressful times of the year, I went in and everyone I interacted with was kind and helped me find what I was looking for, including the manager.I worked directly with Julian C., who helped me find a great deal on a new iPhone for my mom. He let me know about great deals going on and how much money could be saved considering different combinations of options. He gave me all of the information and let me decide what route to take, he was looking after me, not just selling something.After finishing the paper work he immediately set up my moms new phone at it was done incredibly quickly. It was a zero stress experience and I will recommend this Verizon location to anyone who asks. If you stop in, Julian C. will help you out and treat you well. If he is unavailable dont worry, because the whole team is great.
Stay away. Go to Verizon’ Wireless Corporate store on Williston Rd. Cellular Sales solicited me for a promotion and didn’t honor it. Devin fixed it by changing my plan without permission and saved me money by taking away my wife and kids hotspots. When I contacted Cellular Sales Corporate to correct it, they refused. After taking many thousands of dollars from me over almost 10 years, they let me walk over $200. Verizon Wireless Corporate was able to save me as a customer and therefore they will benefit from my future business.
My son lives 3 hours away in Johnson, Vermont. When he needed a new phone, I told him he needed to find a store closer to him. He found this one.Gary was very helpful, in all aspects of getting Nathan back up and running.I can’t say enough easy Gary made this process.

My iPhone stopped accepting calls at the worst possible time. I fully expected to incur the expense of a new phone. I was greeted by Asad who quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way with my phone working perfectly. He has earned my business from here forward. In the times and lives of Covid, when you never really know what to expect, the 2 gentleman and their patient friend, stayed late to help my family navigate through the techerous (treacherous + tech) world. I have to say this was THE BEST experience I’ve had. My daughter is a mom of 3 and she never gets anything and her kids are first, She has needed and wanted the IPhone 11 Pro Max, we tried online for four days trying to get this phone and the website was all messed up we called customer service 800 number we called a few of the other Verizon stores trying to get this situation fixed. Finally we call the Verizon store on the Shelburne Road and thank you too Shannette, this woman went out of her way to make sure my daughter got this phone we were having a hard time with the debit card working online or over the phone so she had my daughter PayPal it to her she also was done her shift and worked over to get this done for my daughter she also offered if her debit card didn’t work Over the phone she was going to come back to the Verizon store and meet my daughter So she could pay cash. Thank you again Shannette for making my daughters day she deserved it and your boss should give you a raise you would do a very good job with customer care thank you again

Rob Small is an incredibly trusted advisor and customer relationship manager. I trust him to help me make decisions based on our needs and within our budget. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for advice on new equipment, plans and updated technology.If you need solid advice with a very personable person Rob is the guy to call or visit. I can honestly say this company seriously negatively affected my life. I was approached by a cellular sales rep Tayler Miller and asked about coming aboard to join the Cellular Sales Team. He had gotten my number from a new hire there who I had sold a car to. I had told him I currently had a job with a good income. He told me just to listen to what he had to say. I had heard good things about Cellular Sales and the car industry was getting slow so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to hear more about the company. Everything sounded great like it always does I really believed everything he was telling me and I wanted to move forward. My only request was that I go to training as quick as possible so I can start making money as soon as possible. I was already making $90,000 a year but I strongBelieved in this company. They hired me I finished first in my training class got out of training and immediately started working I work every single day extremely excited about the opportunity and the job. They told me I was working too many hours and had to go home during the training period. I had told them that I needed to get going as quick as possible and all of this was discussed. They turned around and fired me for being “” unprofessional”. Knowing I had just given up a position to go there. None of them will answer their phones or even talk to me. I should’ve every day on time in dress code eager to learn ready to move forward I caught on everything as quick as possible. They lied to get me there I left a job and when I brought it up they fired me. I have messages from them. I really believe that the company is a good company. But the structure of the company has no managers and they will fire you if they are worried about you if you are good and you threaten their potential they will fire you and there’s no manager to stop them. Never in my life have I been fired for a position ever I have excelled in every sales job I’ve had breaking a hundred thousand dollars In several industries. I took this job because they have locations all across the country and I wanted to move down south to be with my daughter they knew this they. Worst part is they won’t even answer their phones they know what they did was so wrong as a place to buy a phone I think Cellular Sales is a great place as for a place to work the income is there but don’t expect them to care anything about you
It was refreshing to come across a Verizon store with great customer service and friendly attentive staff willing to talk you through your purchase instead of expecting the consumer to not have any additional questions about the product. I have had excellent service at the Verizon store on Shelburne Road in South Burlington.For about five years Sam Coleman has helped me select phones that are appropriate for my needs. If questions or problems arose, he has been available to solve them.This week I had a problem with the phone that needed prompt attention. In Sams absence, a new young associate, Andrew Gadbois managed to address the issue quickly and competently. He got the phone up and running again.I am a happy and thankful customer.
This is not a Verizon store; phones and accessories are 10% higher than real Verizon stores charge, available devices are limited and sales people are commission-based (think worst case used car salesmen). I/we had to visit a real Verizon store to clear-up the mess that our 3-hour visit here had created. This store is garbage. One star is a reach, but that’s the lowest rating I can give it, so here it is.

I recently purchased my Note from this location and the service I received was excellent. Omar and Kennedy helped me pick out a new phone and I was able to walk out with it in less than an hour. I couldnt be happier with my new device. My family and I will definitely be visiting this store again.
This place is all on 100% commission and have dirty tactics to make you feel like you are getting an amazing deal when you are not. The $45 dollar setup fee is a scam and tell your rep you will NOT pay it because they have the ability to wave it. Go to corporate or any other authorized retailer. All the reviews that are positive are mostly fake or forced instore by reps after they masked a good deal to you so they can pad their pockets. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I signed a contract with Verizon almost two years ago, and truthfully I was extremely disappointed. I swore up and down, left and right that once my contract was up Id never go back to Verizon. Between issues with my bill, terrible customer service, and arguments with various manager I was beyond fed up. On Monday I decided to call down to the Shelburne Road store as my Samsung didnt survive through the weekend. Its close to my work, and Ive stopped in a few times to pay my bill - I was always greeted with a smile, and it was an easy process.When I called, a man named Caleb answered. He was so unbelievably helpful with all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and very nice. He said hed look into a few things for me, in regards to an early upgrade. Last month I had been in to pay my bill and asked about an upgrade, but I was told there was no chance for it since I was locked into a contract until mid-October. Caleb said he had a few things to look into, and to call him back in about half an hour. I did, and guess what? Somehow, he managed to get it all sorted out so I could get a new phone! I decided to go with a Galaxy S7. Unfortunately, I had to work later than he did, so he said hed let his buddy Dan know that Id be coming in.Around 5:15pm, I walked in and met with Dan. Dan was just as awesome as Caleb! And there was another gentleman that kept me laughing the entire time, too, but I didnt catch his name. After chatting with both of them for awhile (and them seeing the condition my Galaxy was in) I decided to purchase an LG V10 instead of a new Galaxy. I have a tendency to go through phones about every three months, and Dan explained why the LG was probably a better fit for me.... They both answered my questions, helped me come up with a way to get my pictures and contacts off of my broken phone, and didnt try to sell me something I wasnt interested in or in need of. They understood my concerns and were extremely helpful. Plus, they had me laughing the entire time.The process was so smooth, easy, fast and honestly THE BEST experience Ive ever had at Verizon. Im glad I chose to stick with Verizon, and those three employees are the reason for that. I probably wouldnt ever choose to work with anyone except for Caleb, Dan or Mr. No Name. So, THANK YOU, to you three for making this experience at Verizon by far the BEST one Ive ever had. You guys rock!

Also Taylor and Dylan were then there to help land the plane when I needed to come back in to tie off a few loose ends. Many reasons why I switched to Verizon from Sprint but great customer service is among the top reasons and this team delivered!
In November, my husband and I -- who are longtime customers of Verizon -- had the RUDEST sales person, ever. In fact, it would almost have been comical if it wasnt so rude. I kept looking for the hidden cameras because surely this was some sort of Verizon training video on everything you should NEVER do in a customer experience. Luke was offensive, condescending, disrespectful, unhelpful -- and RUDE.We also specifically said we did not want the added protection/insurance on our phones -- and guess what? My husband just noticed we were charged $11 on our bill for a service we specifically declined.We both had ordered iPhone X because they were not in stock. LUKE said its your money, if you want to waste it (on iPhone). We explained that we happened to be Brand Loyal Customer -- and as such, we were longtime Verizon and Apple customers. We had reviews; we understood the concerns and the cost -- but as the customers, this was the phone we had decided to purchase.We returned a few weeks later to pick up the phones. That day, we saw Autumn, and she was incredibly helpful; she is normally based at another Verizon store.I am NOT happy with Verizon right now. This Brand Loyal Customer has a long, long, long memory.
Worst customer service Ive ever had at a Verizon store. My problem was weird yet simple. Visual Voicemail was missing from my phone. As it happens, I use a password manager on my phone. The guys working at this location insisted that the reason Visual Voicemail had vanished from my phone was because of the password manager. Yet, my husband, who was right there with me, has the exact same model of phone, also uses the exact same password manager, and Visual Voicemail is on his phone and works correctly. We were even able to show the guy that this was true by accessing Visual Voicemail on my husbands phone. And yet, they kept insisting the problem on my phone was the password manager. I told one of the guys that I would be happy to disable the password manager in order to prove it wasnt the problem, and he told me not to be so defensive or he wouldnt help me at all! At that point I realized that these guys were incapable of figuring out the real problem. Later I called Verizon customer service and - no surprise - they verified that Visual Voicemail was not on my phone, just as I said, and they were able to install it remotely for me. It took less than two minutes, with a very friendly service rep! Problem solved quickly and courteously, by someone who actually knew what to do. I still have the password manager on my phone, and of course everything works fine. The people at this store need some retraining in customer service and tech support.

These guys are great! This is the first time I walked into a Verizon store without getting completely screwed. In fact they did save me money. And were really friendly, non-pushy and actually human. This is not Verizon, its a chain that tries to help Verizon customers get a good deal. Try them out. I was busy with work stuff and they let me work while they waited on the billing system etc... Great place.
Excellent service. Go here instead of the Williston Road store. I spent an hour with Devin going over new phones. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs, and wasnt pushy. His concern was finding the right phone for me. Even though the purchase did not happen today, I will be back when the time is right.

I say go here. I have been to the other location on Rt. 2 near Staples, and that place is terrible. I literally walked out the last time I was there without ever being helped. I then went to the one on Shelburne Rd, and it was like night and day. Super helpful, attentive, friendly. All the good stuff. I have no reason to go anywhere else for phone service at this point. They are the best in the area.

This was one of the longest experiences I’ve had in a Verizon store but that was due to my phone not the sales rep. The sales rep Shaun was great answered every possible question I had and kept my spirits up through all my frustration with my device. Overall most helpful Verizon experience ever.
Drew (Andrew Howrigan) helped me with the purchase of my new phone a couple days ago. Not only was he super helpful, he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need/want. He allowed me to say what I wanted without trying to sell me something else (which did not happen for me at another Burlington location). Drew was the best phone sales associate I have ever dealt with. He was even sweet and patient with my 4 yr. old son. THANKS Drew!

First off, dont let the appearance of the building fool you, this is not a real Verizon outlet, but a service contractor. They may get things done for you such as sign you up for service, or a simple upgrade but, if there is a special going on such as getting a free phone that has an optional free tablet, dont expect them to participate. Also, the agent we worked with had no idea what he was selling. We went in knowing what we wanted and he recommended a previous generation phone, that was listed at $50, over a current, much better phone which happened to be free during the period we were there.
Im a reasonable person, but I like for things to get done while Im there and everything is up and open. So when there was a hang up on my account that required a managers override, the rep named Travis, said he would have to email his manager the details so he would be able to push the override and fix the account. So I asked Travis if he wouldnt mind sending the email now while Im there (I live an hour away, so getting back here would be a pain) he started to insinuate that Im being rude, and saying that Im insulting him by saying that. How is that even remotely rude? Im there now, my account is up, all the information is right there, there are no other customers in the store, so he definitely had time to send an email. So, he had the nerve to act put out like Im asking him to do some utterly unreasonable task of spending 2 minutes (I timed it) to send an email. I dont think Ill ever return to this shop. I just dont know how this rep took a simple request to send the email now, into this power struggle as if Im trying to dictate his work. Anyways, done with this issue. Ill stick to actual corporate stores from now on.

I live in Brooklyn and have always gotten sub par service. Ever since visiting this branch to replace my drowned iPhone, Im much more interested in being with Verizon.I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted/needed. Mr Lee not only expertly introduced me to the options and helped me select a phone I never would have even known about, but he was also highly engaging and entertaining.Since returning to Brooklyn Ive been pleased with how much better my service is on my new phone and have benefited from continued customer support from this location-despite not being a local.Mr Lee single handedly saved Verizon a customer who was about to start a new plan with a different company.

I asked more than once if the second phone I purchased would be free as part of a BOGO offer and was told yes. When I received my first bill and contacted Verizon about it, I was told that the promotion did not fully cover the price of the second phone. The sales person also did not give me a heads up that they would charge $45 per phone to transfer the content from the old phones to the new phones. They didn’t even finish transferring everything from one of our two phones before they closed for the night. Had we known that we would be charged $90 we would have handled the transfer ourselves. I will not be returning to this store in the future.
Bryan Duque was a tremendous help with all the tiny details of switching over to Verizon. He was patient with me and my questions and followed up to ensure I was getting adequate coverage at home. Kudos to Bryan.
Went in because after an insurance replacement my sim/sd tray was jammed. They werent able to get it out, but were able to on the spot get everything transferred to a new sim and run the Samsung quick update.Great experience, which isnt common in cell phone retailers.

They will charge you to sell you a phone! They call it setting up your phone, aka taking it out of the box and turning it on. Its not a Verizon store its a sales center focused on making commissions and selling you accessories.
Awful. Walked in the door to buy a $1000 phone. Waited there for over 30 minutes without being helped. Terrible service. Walked out the door, drove to Best Buy, and bought an iPhone from them.

Truly and genuinely fantastic customer service! Ive been to this branch three times already- the second time I had a massive issue with being overcharged for faulty data and by the end of the session there were three separate employees working cohesively and effectively as a team to unpack the issue at hand and work with the Verizon headquarters (maintaining contact with customer service which werent necessarily as helpful Im sorry to say but we ended up to a tier 2 technician, prompted a credit investigation and a call back later on) to form a viable solution. They were friendly, empathetic, knowledgable, relentless in their efforts to resolve the issue, down to earth, helpful and completely impressive throughout their customer service in every aspect. One of them, Sean, even wrote down his work schedule so we could call him further down the road in case the issue came up again. Every other experience with them has been just as helpful as well- would recommend this branch to everyone and anyone. Verizon is lucky to have such dedicated employees among their midst and they should most certainly receive recognition for their impeccable work effort.

Great experience. A broken phone and a reluctant insurance company offering tons of double-speak were no match for Shaun, our Verizon Wireless customer service agent. He cut through all the nonsense and managed to get our broken phone replaced. Thank you Shaun!

Like to say I had excellent service and Justin Darrah was extreme helpful in explaining the various phone plans. Highly recommend this store. The new device payment program is extremely complicated and he took the time to go over every detail with us until we felt comfortable. This location blows the Williston Rd Verizon away, short/if any wait times and better service. The rep we worked with was knowledgeable, made the process quick and easy, and had myself and my girlfriend cracking up through the entire process.
I am a reasonably relaxed person and have been very frustrated with our interactions with the sales guy at this store and with Verizon Customer Service corporate. In December I upgraded 2 phones. One of the upgrade was on the Edge program and I ended up getting charged a surprise $299 equipment replacement fee. The salesman did not inform me that we would need to return our damaged phone even though I asked is there anything I need to know… I have been trying to get credited for this charge for 5 months. Friday, my fourth call to customer service corporate, I was told that I would see a credit within 48 hours. 92 hours later, I still do not see a credit on my account. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and Im ready to switch to another provider. So frustrated!!!

This place sucks. We have been there several times and had bad experiences. Long wait times in spite of them saying we will be with you shortly and poor customer service. They charge $45 for putting in a SIM card which Verizon says is free. Their competitors on Williston Rd do a much better job in every regard.
Sold my girlfriend an incorrect component which required a second trip to exchange and a third to get credit. Durimg each visit in stead of expediting a simple transaction the salesperson kept trying to make a big ticket sale over her protests.
