I took my car here for my first accident, their team was professional, clear and direct with their communications and on time. My car came out looking immaculate like nothing had ever happened. Jenny has been great about communicating and even tries to go the extra mile so this is my shop of choice now for repairs.

I took my car here for a very tiny minor fender bender and I mean tiny. like just 2 scratches but my insurance insisted on bringing my car in so I did.The guy Mike was super friendly and attentive and mentioned to me that they were gonna remove the whole bumper to see for any inner damage. luckily nothing was wrong so they just touched up the whole bumper and was good as new as If it never happened. Mike was super friendly and helpful and everyone else was attentive and professional. they made it easy for me to get a rental as well. very happy with this place

Very friendly staff. It was great getting updated, and getting fast response times. The team did an amazing job, I regretfully damaged my new car so I never thought Id say my car looks brand new again. Wow I received my car cleaned and polished, thanks so much you guys are awesome.

They notified me throughout the process. They even finished ahead of time. The quality of work was exceptional.

3x and they still could NOT get the job done correctly. They completely .issed repairing kne section of the bumper where it wss wavy. The pearl in the paint was 3 shades off and was running. The clearcoat was contaminated with both water and dirt/debris. Complete failure. Waste of time. Worst experience ever with a body shop. Completely unprofessional.

Was a very speedy repair that’s for sure, Mike was a very friendly guy, when he took my vehicle to the back I literally thought he was going for a try out for need for speed, wow never thought my Prius can corner that well! But over all good quality repair, except a little bit over spray clear coat left on the rear bumper, I would recommend to anyone who needs body work on their car!

They did a great job. Car was returned at the time they estimated and I can’t even tell where the damage was.

Took my vehicle in for repairs. I was referred here by my insurance. The shop missed a couple spots, they took the vehicle out to another shop, with out my permission. Added 30 miles to the odometer. Did not added the extra quart of gas they used. The person who drove my car program their station to my radio like if they own it. Inside the door a trim piece is scratched. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the inside was dirty, the shop did not use a courtesy foot paper or place a plastic on the seat. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the job. I dont have time to take it back because of my work schedule and I dont have an other vehicle to use for the time being.

I was so satisfied with my experience. Jennifer was so patient and really accommodating. Id hate for anyone else to experience car trouble or accidents but if you happen to find yourself in my situation, Jennifer from this South El Monte location was a blessing.

Caliber Collision does great work in my opinion what it really Needs more than Ever especially now in the days of Covid19 I feel that a photos Systems in in place where the customer signs in on a given username and password and every day or 2 logs in and sees the progress being done with their vehicles nearly 20 years ago a shop called Modern Auto Body shop used this technology and they were Packed with Business.

Caliber Collision gets a 5-star rating in all they do starting with their customer service. I have been dealing with another body shop that did a terrible job on my car and here at Caliber Collision not only do they make it right but they put me at ease from the moment I got there. Its a staff effort everyone there did an excellent job.

I dropped my car off for a repair and was greeted by a very professional office manager, Camellia. While she was very busy & multitasked, she treats her customers very well. Always makes sure that their wait is appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Worst customer service ever! Body work completion was supposed to be 2 weeks in which they took about 2 months because every time I would get called that my car was ready they wouldn’t fix the damage properly or I would find new damages on my new 2017 Honda Civic. Damages would be over spray inside the door trim, over spray around the body, over spray on the front gloss grill, over spray on wheels and they also left cracked chips on my wheels by the lug nuts, over spray on my side mirrors, they left the interior with white dust and dirt from Mecanic, discoloration of body paint, and they left the mud guard all loose. All the manager Sherry and her boss would do is apologize after each and every damage caused by them and say the excuse that they’re new and just taking over the store. I have a few pictures of the damages.

They work fast and good, a little bit pricey but they work is worth it.
