I purchased 2 pairs of BBC stainless steel exhaust flanges late last year.I only received 1, once I finally was able to get a response I got multitude of excuses and broken promises.Then went get the 1 pair I had patterned I found the CXRACING supplied items dimensionally incorrect.If the cant get a set of flanges right what hope do they have with more technical components.This would have to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Any positive reviews here must be fake, give CXRACING a big miss, do not waste your money and time.

Do NOT buy from this company, they dont stand behind there products, mislabel and will not refund. BBC headers that are not stainless steel headers.

This company does not repair the products they make nor do they offer parts for the repair. their solution is to buy a new part when it can be repaired and they send you to other vendors who refuse to work on the junk they sell

Bought an oil pan from them a while back. Dont waste your money on any of their products.They also don’t allow bad reviews on their website, so all of their products have good reviews. I left the below review on the page for the product but all you’ll see is a gleaming 5 star review.Only 5 out of the 30 holes on my oil pan lined up with the ones on the engine, and the oil pick up that comes with the kit does not fit either. When I contacted CX about the issue, they said that the oil pickup was designed to fit that way and that the engine would have to be modified to fit their part. Their claim of Excellent fitment and Ease of installation is an obvious lie and they dont really care. The requirement of modification should be a disclaimer that the customer is aware of before purchasing. I definitely wouldnt have purchased the kit if I had known that.Additionally, the way they drilled their baffles leave a lot of burs and loose aluminum that if not properly cleaned out, would float around your engine and potentially cause issues. Also, the holes for the bolts are way too close to the welds in most places, which doesnt allow for proper installation with washers. On a lesser note, it would have been nice if they had included information on the hardware needed for the installation.There was too much wrong with the kit to make it worth it.As for the customer service. They never took less than a week to respond to my emails, and some were after multiple attempts.

Do Not Buy from this place you will regret it.Wont issue refunds even when they send the wrong parts

I ordered a set of their LS Head Bolts and had 2 fail. I called them to ask them to replace them. They told me that I bought them off ebay and they do not warranty their products. They told me for $25 plus shipping they would send me 2 new studs, a whole set of studs only cost $109.00 shipped. They are selling cheap China Made Junk, I cant believe they wouldnt send me 2 studs to replace their junk ones. I build engines everyday and thought I would try these out, by ARP you will get what you pay for.

How can you do business with the company that does not answer the phone to take orders or help their customer pick the correct item you cannot catch Corona over the phone

THEY ARE AFTER MARKET PARTS...DESIGNED in CALIFORNIA made in CHINA.None of this information is on their web-site.My Son and I tried to order a TURBO KIT three times.The first two times they declined my Sons ATM Card without any explanation. We sent them an email and they never responded.The third time I ordered the Turbo Kit using my credit card and although the order went through it got cancelled, because they asked me to send them a copy of my drivers license...which is against the privacy act.I tried to call them numerous times, but I was not able to get a hold of anyone. Great great part prices on turbo parts and turbos. Very helpful employees there but dont expect a showroom do your homework on their website and have the part numbers when you go. Theyre not really set up as a brick-and-mortar shop but they are willing to help you out there good people.

What a horrible experience so far! I ordered a swap kit from these guys 3 weeks ago got 1 confirmation e mail and havent had any communication since then! I have called 30+ times with no answer have emailed 5+ times with no response I will never recommend this company ever again.

Really great customer service. The gentleman I spoke with about my turbo symptoms and oil drain trials and tribulations was very patient and thorough in explaining what happened. His name was John I believe. This was my first turbo install and I made a few mistakes. John also provided me with multiple routes that I could take to fix the issue. Really appreciate the help!

I was very happy with my purchase. I bought some intercooler piping and was planning to cut it up and weld it. The polish on it was good. the metal was clean and it did weld easy. I will purchase more from this company again. Awesome price and great quality on this product.

Used to like these guys but got my headers for one of my s13 LS swaps and the drivers side header was clearly faulty and not made right no biggie it happens. But when I contacted them I was essentially told sorry bout your bad luck but these are perfect and you dont know what your talking about they said well we can take them back of you dont want them but these for perfect. I sent pictures showing they dont and it was probably just a mess up when they made them but then got ignored. Will never but from them again. If your doing anything LS wise use Texas Speed or Sikky or Fueled spend the extra 100 bucks and dont use these cheap products.

Great experience with them. Bought coilovers from them but ended up returning them because I didnt need them anymore. However the coils are built with quality. Their customer service is great, helping me thru the return process in a breeze.

Worst customer service I have ever experience. I bought a complete kit and it’s was missing many things. Once I installed it one of the turbos started smoking. I contacted them and they gave me a rebuild kit. I had the turbo rebuild and balanced andI still had the same problem. When I called they told me I needed a turbo restrictior because I had too much oil pressure even tho I had the same oil pressure as the engine that was used in the kit. All they could tell me was they would sell me another turbo. I asked to speak to a manager or an owner and they said they were unavailable. I will never buy from this company again and I urge you not to waste your time, money or headaches.

This place is complete trash I had ordered a turbo kit and it ended up leaking oil so they sent me a rebuild kit and I had to have it rebuilt and balanced. And it ended up leaking again. I then spoke to Jake who had horrible customer service skills and basically didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and stated he would hang up on me. He told me I needed to buy an extra part from another company to get my turbo to work. However, I was never told this before and I was sold a “complete” kit. After calling so many times I then spoke to a lady who wouldn’t let me speak to a manger or higher authority which is very skeptical. If anyone has any information on how to contact the owner of this place let me know because this whole company needs training on how to do their job and treat customers with respect. This place is a complete joke.

Do not buy intercooler piping. They have no clue what they ate doing. They gave me the wrong parts. Tried to get The right parts and they basically said to go f myself. Too bad so sad. I would not recommend them at all. Whats sad is they are theonly ones that make my smic for my car. They want your money but not your loyalty. They couldnt give 2 fs about you. Went to go pick up some coilovers last year. They were just getting started for the day, but they brought out the coils for me & even opened the box so I could look at them. There was this employee who even loaded it in my car, which was very nice. Im 25 & it wasnt necessary, I was more than capable but the gesture counts. Customer service was good considering most aftermarket companys strong suit isnt customer service. It was refreshing. Im not sure if I would use them for anything else but starter coilovers...

Bought a t6 80mm gt45r and instead received a t4. When I tried to have something done about it after waiting forever for shipping, was told I had to have the shop working on the car measure the flange to prove it. I dont have time for this crap, rather just leave the negative feedback.

Just the facts.Bought: a 1.75” 16 gauge stainless steel tube.Received: 1.77” 14 gauge stainless steel tube.Result: will not fit in my 1.75 tubing bender die so I cannot use it.Their excuse: “we cannot control variations in tubing size”Wow! Really! Any fabricator knows that when you order a 1.75” O.D. anything it’s because you need exactly that size.Cxracing will not provide me with a return shipping label even though I sent them pictures clearly showing the size discrepancies. Their own return policy states they will provide return shipping and a full refund for items not as described or non functional.

Ordered engine mounts for 2jz/e46 when the shop building the car tried to install them they sat evenly, the plate was so thick that the nut only went on the bolt by 2 threds, the motor was positioned too low (even after cutting the subframe and adjusting the the 3 piece mounts) no hardware was included and the transmission crossmember was so far off it was useless.They also emailed me a quote for intercooler piping and bov (no ic), when I called to place the order and remove the bov i expected the price to go dowm but no the guy added $30 extra, even tho i removed the bov in addition to the ic...when i questioned himu he said prices went up went up

Customer purchased the mx83 2jz swap bracket kit and the engine doesnt clear the hood. The throttle body hits a rib on the hood. I called the customer support number, no answer. I decided to give them the benefit of the benefit of the doubt as its a holiday, but there isnt even a voicemail option and the machine just ends the call. Garbage, Ill never recommend cx racing to another customer.

Bought turbo and it was completely wrong everything about it sucked. Everything was wrong. Nothing was right. Every part of the fit and the bracketry was wrong. It was over 15 days since I got part test mocked it and found out was wrong and contacted them, guess what. “We have a very Strick 15 day return policy” so basically your stuck with a turbo advertised for your specific use, that’s 100% wrong and there’s nothing you can do about it.DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Bought some coilovers from them. Brake line brackets dont line up at all so you have to figure out a way to attach the break line back to the coilover body. Bottom bolt bracket holes are not spaced out like stock shocks, therefore when you install the coilover to the rotor bracket it actually pulls it in giving you negative camber. Hard to explain. Anyhow, i reached out to them asking for additional help. Got a rude guy on the phone who obviously hates working there or helping people. He sort of threw some tips but was not very clear on how to implement them. I decided to use the email option on their website asking for written instructions since i had misplaced mine and for additional help and never heard back from them.Horrible customer service and their products need work for them to fit right, just not good quality stuff. I learned my lesson and will pay more to get products that are backed by a reputable company.You get what you pay for! Dont do it!

People are friendly and helpful though it takes a while

CX Racing is a high quality warehouse for turbo and other various aftermarket parts. I have been shopping there for many years and Kevin, the owner is a high class person and runs a very neat and efficient shop. CX racing also used one of my cars, 2002 Volvo V70 turbo, to prototype a turbo intercooler kit for. The high quality of their custom work is excellent. I highly recommend CX racing for any parts you need for your turbo build. Their prices are also the lowest around!

Dont buy anything from this company. bolts dont line up (need to be drilled out to make fit), parts arent put together right and you need to modify them yourself. grinding and cutting needed to jerry-rig it to work. the least bolt on bolt on part iv ever used. customer service sucks and tech support cant help you
