Deals are good and the returns are easy. The staff are incompetent in that theyre usually unknowledgeable about their own products. Not just the very young kids either. I feel like Ron Swanson when I go here. Ill be getting things ready for a project, and just tell them go away I know more than you.

Gigi and her staff were great. Every employee greeted me as I walked by and made me feel welcome. Gigi went about and beyond helping me find what I needed for my air conditioning. Excellent shopping experience.

Good selection of wire and cable by the foot ranging from single conductor for EMT to 14 conductor sprinkler cable. Staff is attentive and someone is ready to cut wire when I need it. Self check out is easy and the speaker box doesnt complain at me when I scan multiple items.

Was asked if I was being helped after 3 minutes of waiting for someone to arrive at the paint dept. A representative arrived shortly after the page went out throughout the store. Very helpful individual and received a veteran discount at checkout. Great job Home Depot!

Person name Corey start raising voice at me and told me that he can’t help me return this item. He wanted to do a little show for his employees or what I do not care. Check videos on your cameras 3:30 -3:40 by return register. Light is off on it by the way!Eventually when I brought same item of their shelf he gave me a store credit. Will not shop here ever!Nice attitude would be appreciated. I was not angry at all. And polite. Check your store cameras!

Home Depot is great for home renovations and supplies to upgrade your house. They just fall short on their delivery or pallets of landscaping materials, I have had 6 deliveries and not a single one was complete on the first attempt.

Always well stocked and staffed. Theres always someone available to help in the floor when you need it!!! Love stopping here for long hauls or quick trips!!!

What a great place to get all your supplies for any project. Plenty of staff, that care about their customers. William in the plumbing department is very patient, knowledgeable, and cares about your projects.

I was very pleased with my visit today I was able to pick up the appliance I wanted I had a very helpful employee named Cheryl who was very informative. Was able to walk me through everything I needed to know. Store is very clean and well-kept. I also had to use the bathroom and boy was that a nice bathroom. All around great experience

The one time I did, Amanda at the front service desk gave me her undivided attention and concern to me. Spoke to the manager Cory and even though it was my crews mistake for not double checking before application. They replaced it at no cost to us.This is pure customer service. He had all the information I needed about which primer to use for my somewhat unique project.I then asked where fire extinguishers were, and he didnt just tell me where, he led me to them.The Best Home Depot I have ever been to. Oh man. All 5 stars go to Emily who worked in the major appliances area. My wife and I had a washer that got all busted up. We went in and assaulted this poor woman with about 1000 questions about washing machines, purchasing options, features on the machines etc etc.Emily either had the answer or was willing to retrieve it immediately. She was kind, patient, and genuinely provided the best major retailer experience I’ve had in the last 2 or 3 years. Give this woman a raise or promotion!

As I was browsing the hot water tanks, I noticed Home Depot’s same day installation program. Immediately I went to Customer Service to request this. The representatives told me it was past their deadline of noon. I looked at my watch and said it was 12:03pm. They confirmed it was that time and said if I wanted to I could call. My only reply was “never mind”. I am all for rules and deadlines but their attitude, lack of support, and total disregard for the customer disappointed me. I’ll stick with the higher prices at Lowe’s if this is the attitude Home Depot represents.

Maybe its because of Corona, but I just wanted to do a repair to a storm door. The guy there didnt have anything of what I needed and said that the brand is carried by Lowes (which turned out to be wrong).I had a couple of other things I wanted that I thought would be common, but they seemed more interested in ordering it online and shipping it to the store or my house. I couldve done that without leaving my house then.

I have always had a good experience when I go to Home Depot. Friendly staff and well stocked with even the most unique items. They once helped me design a kitchen remodel and it turned out fantastic. I am glad I have one just a few miles away! I have had a much better experience here than another major chain.

I am so disappointed by this place we bought a toro lawn mower and came back home and tried to start it and it didn’t so we went back to store and ask them that we bought it couple hours ago today but it did not start so if we can get replacement or some one can look upon it and they said they don’t have replacement and we were just there one hour ago before that they had same inside the store and moreover they told us to take it to nearest Home Depot store to fix it coz they don’t have tools At this location I ask the guy why we have to take it it’s not our fault then he said I am sorry but we can’t do that😡😡terrible service

Staff was helpful, but we were really disappointed to find out that they dont actually stock any of the appliances that they display. Our oven broke and we had to wait a week to get a new one when we thought wed be able to get a new one the same weekend we went to the store.

Standard big box franchise, well stocked and designed like most other Home Depots. The garden center is well organized and quite full of Hampshire Farms plants. I found the staff on the garden center to be friendly and professional. Parking is ample and its relatively easy to get in and out.

Wish I could take a star.. This Home Depot has to be the most unhelpful. Employees seem to be bothered by questions. Website says items in stock quantities of 11 but the employees sent me across the store 3 times before someone said they must be out of stock.

Went for Terra cotta pots and saucers.....out of almost everything! Ugh!

I saw a display in the store for a 12 inch DeWalt Sliding compound Miter Saw. The sale price was marked on a large display add on top of a large stack of boxes containing DeWalt saws. I checked the model number for the saw I wanted and it was the one marked for sale. Then I looked for that model number on the display boxes and it was a different number.I talked to the tool clerk and he seemed confused. I said I wanted the model that was on sale. He called the store manager, and he told me they didnt have the saw in stock. He also said there are no saws for sale in my model number even though the big sale sign was for my model. I asked him to explain the misrepresentation and he just walked away. The clerk disappeared. This was my last visit to Home Depot. I go to Menards now and they are at least honest and care about their customers.

The Geneva HD is terrible. We purchased items at South Elgin, customer service was excellent. Had to pick up some the items at Geneva. We got the email they were ready, walked in and nothing. They hadnt even picked them yet and didnt have them

We stopped in to look at paint and the guy in the paint department was very helpful. Behr has an interactive display that you can pick different paint colors and put them on walls on the display. The guy who was there told us about the Behr app that you can take pics of your own house and put different colors on the walls. Overall good experience.

I choose home depot over all other hardware stores for most of my basic building needs. Menards has certain things I choose to get. But home depot contractor program is a lot better and less hassle.
