Due to high demand and product availability, delivery date for one or more item(s) in your order has changed. This bait & switch attitude from a major retailer with substantial online resources is why I will not shop here again until they have decided to terminate such deceptive practices.

Great store friendly staff. Had to get brochures made and when I submitted them online I submitted the wrong format and it came out wrong when they ran them. The manager was very understanding and ran a whole new batch right away and gave me both sets for cost of one. Will continue to use them for all business printing needs.

Ive come in here a few times for printing small runs and lamination. They always do the job on time and its very professional.

Ordering from the store has not been a good experience. Charged twice for the same order, called 800# and no help. But Bret from the South Elgin store in Illinois was beyond helpful, while being under staffed at the time. Thank you Bret.

Excellent I went in I needed ink I asked if they would match anyones price they said Yes except for online prices like eBay. Well I couldnt find a price lower then theres so I got my ink I got out of there in record-breaking time and the cashier was very nice.

I ordered banners for the seniors on the high school team I coach. I ordered them on Monday and scheduled to pick them up by 3pm on Thursday. The posters were not done when I arrived at 3:15pm. After watching them stand around for 15-20 minutes they approached me again and said they needed to print 3 more and put grommets in all of them. They said it would take another 20 minutes. I left and came back 20 minutes later and still had to wait another 35 minutes when I returned. I left at 4:30 when the game was at 5:30 and my lower level played at 4:30, so I missed their games and the senior banners were not hung until the very last minute. I was expecting the banners to be displayed for everyone the entire night, but that did not happen because of how late they were finishing them. They also gave no discount of any kind for screwing up. Very frustrated and will not be going back.

After trying the Bloomingdale Staples and walking out in disgust (read review), I tried the South Elgin store thinking the problems were unique to Bloomingdale. Wrong ! The South Elgin store was even worse. It was a replay of my previous visit and they did have more employees in the store. Absolutely no one to help you. I did purchase products I needed ONLY because my company holds a Staples account or I would have left this store too. I am now assuming that the Staples philosophy is to have very few employees and thus increase profits. They have totally ignored customer service and it shows. The funny thing is that when trying to check out, I now had 3 people trying to pressure me into buying service agreements on the electronics I purchased. What a joke. There was a new employee on the register and it took over 20 minutes to ring up my order. After all of this nonsense, the alarm still went off as I was exiting the store which is embarrassing. My advice, for what its worth, stay away from Staples. Use another supplier of business supplies. Staples is horrible.
