Looking for glasses is hard especially when bring no one with you.Pedro was amazing didnt rush me helped me pick out glasses .I had 7 picked out he pick a few.I went with a pair he picked and I loved them.Appreciate his opinion and Patience with me.He also answered phone of target optical also.He said he would take their number and give him a few minutes as he was taking care of a customer very pleasant and he would call them back.Hes awesome! who knew places like this still exist customer service .I already told my Mom in law to go there for her glasses because of this experience.Eye doctor was amazing also.Very nice explained everything to where I understood .Didnt rush to go to next.Everything was cleaned from when I walked in to when walked out.Great service and with a smile😊

Not enough help .waited in a line of 5 people just to ask a simple question.Staff was non apologetic about all the people standing in line.

I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for 20 years, but when my insurance changed recently I had to find a new one. I was very nervous about it, but I decided to try Target Optical in South Elgin based on all the good reviews. Everyone I came in contact with at this location was amazing to me! The front desk people are all so nice. I tried two different eye doctors because my eyes weren’t adjusting to the first prescription well. Both doctors were so nice and made me comfortable. The manager, Kelsey, is amazing and willing to work with you until you’re completely satisfied. I’m very happy with my experience here. I’ll be going back! Big thanks to Kelsey!

People there are super nice, including the doctor. i went in a few times in order to schedule my appointment and get glasses and such. everytime i went they remembered me and were quick to get me service. the positive attitude seems to put all the other customers at ease. highly recommend!

The ladies working here are FANTASTIC. They are always smiling and very helpful. Best service Ive experienced for glasses (Americas Best is truly the worst eye place to go to)! Dont think twice about it, target optical on Randall in South Elgin will take good care of you!

Good friendly service. No complaints about staff. My beef is the quality of the product. I bought the high end lenses with HD clarity and the anti scratch protection. I have been wearing glasses forever and have to tell you, the material used for the lenses are the lowest I have ever had. They are made of THE most softest plastic! Breath on them the wrong way and wham a new scratch . My lenses at Walmart were of higher grade quality! Get what you pay for! Going back to lens crafters!

If anyone has little kids and needs a back to school eye exam, go see Dr. Tafadzwa Makoni at Target Optical in South Elgin. She was so good with my little guy and made his first visit to the eye doctor such an awesome, fun experience!
