A girl named Natalie helped me when I called, she had the worst attitude and did not offer to help with colors not professional at all. She should be more helpful and more professional when she talks to the customers. I went to the one in Elgin instead they are the best never coming back to this location again.

My son who is also a painter went in to trade in some paint brushes and they told him he needed a coupon, the only coupons available online are three years old. My husband went in four days before and was able to trade in his paint brushes without a coupon so whats the deal?
