Im extremely satisfied with Baby hairs quality of hair. Ive purchased different textures. And Maintance is key.

The prices can be steep but the quality of hair is amazing. I purchased 3 bundles of 26” Peruvian body wave for $115.00 a bundle. Like I said prices are steep but the quality is good. The bundles don’t really keep the natural curl the come with but you can simply re-curl the hair. There is minimum to no shedding. I have had this hair for 1 year and 6months and it still looks brand new and is super soft. This hair can last however long you want it to if you take care of it.Edit: Hi guys, I’ve recently been back for the Brazilian curly and the hairs curl pattern is cute. However. The hair is a little rough sometimes when brushing your fingers through it. I received two bundles of 18” Brazilian curly for $80 each. I thought that was a pretty good deal but I’m pretty sure you can find a Brazilian curly of better quality Somewhere else. I’m not saying the hair was bad because it wasn’t just look at you options first.

The hair is good quality but I’m a person who buys based off experiences. Will probably never buy from here Again for the simple fact that the customer service is terrible.

The gentleman was very prompt very nice an extremely willing to accommodate my services on today this is my second time going to baby here Im satisfied with the hair I havent had any issues with it I like baby here so much that I came and got a second set a bundle because the first set of bundles I purchased are doing so well after a second and saw I was able to wash them color them and reuse them I will definitely refer people and be back again

HORRIBLE QUALITY HAIR !!!! NOT FULL BUNDLES AND THE HAIR GETS SO MATTED ! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!

I purchased 3 bundles of Peruvian loose wave along with a closure and the hair had a strong corn chip odor that wouldn’t go away after washing the hair several times. The ends of the hair were very thin when the hair was straightened and tangled easily. The closure went bald as well.

I’ve been shopping at baby hair for YEARSSSS!!!! I have always used three bundles to get the same hairstyle. Recently, I came in and bought the same 3 bundles ! However, these were not full bundles !!! My hairstylist even pointed out to me the cuts on the end of the track. Not only are they shortening the bundles but the tangle is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! I paid over 300 for trash ! BABY HAIR HAS GONE COMPLETELY DOWN HILL!!!!!

Bundles are very short. Each bundle is not the same size! Find some where else to purchase your hair. Customer service sucks. Staff was very rude as if someone is gonna lie about what they got. Offered to take picks staff was not interested and told me there was nothing they could do and that I shouldve bought 3 bundles. Ive been getting same hairstyle for 20 years with 2 bundles. Too much money for them not to be more accommodating to their customers. Very angry

They have great hair, I purchased from them 3 times . I would of gave 5 stars but the last batch of bundles I had was not that good. It would tangle very easily . Like I said their hair is good just check your bundles before you buy and make sure you ain’t get stuck with the bad batch

I love the hair. Ive gotten two different styles and used the hair several times. My hair styles has bleach the hair Carmel/dark blonde and this hair is still riding w me. I highly recommend it! The prices are great

They’re using the pandemic as an excuse to spilt bundles. These are not full bundles. I’ve been getting hair from here the longest! They have a new guy in the front with horrible customer service.

The hair was NOT worth the money. The hair was stiff not satisfying to run your fingers through at all. The customer service was bad. They don’t do returns. The man let me exchange but only if the hair was in it’s original packaging and could be resold. The hair has a really bad smell to it even after washing it 3 times!!! I don’t recommend it at all!
