Highly recommend avoiding this Pharmacy. I was a first time customer for a prescription I have never used before and the pharmacist did an incredibly poor job of helping me navigate the process of using my insurance. I ultimately left without the medication because the pharmacist was not listening to me and made zero effort to understand my situation. It was awkward and embarrassing. I think everyone deserves to be treated with respect, but I thought it was comical that she was being particularly dismissive and rude when she could see that I was picking up a prescription to help treat anxiety/depression.

I’ve worked at CVS in the pharmacy before and the way this store operates is ridiculous. The drive through wait time is over an hour (I was the 3rd car in line) and even with covid testing each car should take 10 min max because the staff is supposed to put in their info ahead of time. My prescription as a waiter should also only take 10-20 min max and when I got there 15 after it was sent they said it would be another 40 minutes. They had 5 staff members in the pharmacy, which is more than enough to push scripts through and attend to the drive through. Also, the woman in the pharmacy yelled at me for sending my prescription to this store and asked why I didn’t pick it up at another store as if it was her business where I send my prescriptions.

Pharmacy has made ridiculous errors regarding time a prescription would be ready. Once I was told to go to the Cedar Rd. store to get a prescription (since they were out of stock)only to discover they never even phoned Cedar Road. Dont expect a real apology.

Pharmacy staff is rude. Pharmacy staff was maskless and eating in view of customers, while customers were waiting. Pharmacy staff has no knowledge of app, online tech, or even a polite attitude of attempting to help. Nate at the main register was, however, delightful.

The worst pharmacy ever. They are rude and have no idea about what is cooperating mean. They just keep mess up everything and everyone is giving different words and and different solutions. The manager will say it is the pharmacist mistake and the pharmacist will say ask the manager.

My insurance changed so my pharmacy from Walgreens changed and OMG this CVS Pharmacy is terrible. I honestly already don’t like CVS but this pharmacy has to be the worst. The line is always LONG, SLOW, the techs have no clue what they’re doing. Spelled my sons name wrong, always having the automated phone service calling me literally 5-6 times a week, unprofessional, just HORRIBLE! I just switched over to Giant Eagle pharmacy. I HATE this pharmacy and I really hope they do something about this soon. As I write this I’ve been sitting my car for 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me...I’ll probably be here another 15 min or longer!

First of all. they overcharged us for just a few bags of chips, candy, and drinks... $41? i don’t think so. second, they gave us ONE bag, and it was clear that we didn’t have a car and that we were walking. on the MILE walk, the bag ripped in multiple places causing us to have to carry the items we bought. lastly, the cashier was 100% judging us. will never bring my business here again.

If they are always backed up maybe they should hire more people in the pharmacy I just moved to this area and my previous pharmacy was way more efficient. I’d hate to be sick waiting for medicine here

This location has one of the rudest pharmacy teams I have ever seen. All of the pharmacist are irritated to be there and they will ignore you until it’s most convenient for them with out even communicatIng they will be with you shortly. Then when they do assist you it is with an attitude. Poor experience every time.

Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Consistently are out of medications we get on a monthly basis, and gave my husband the WRONG medicine!! It was labeled as one drug, and was actually another completely different medicine. ***Double check your drugs!!*** Luckily it wasn’t, but this could have been a fatal error. PS Pharmacy staff is also horribly rude and slow. We will be changing pharmacies ASAP.

Terrible pharmacy, worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Extremely slow and full of very rude people. Every single time I stop by there’s **always** something “wrong” with the medication I’m trying to fill—all to do with the pharmacy not the prescriber/insurance. Next time I’ll go out of my way to get medications elsewhere.

Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh should be terminated at once... See belowThis location is the reason I now take my prescription to Walgreens!! I waited 20 Minutes in line for drive-thru pharmacy on 11/14/17. I finally pulled up to the window at 9 pm (Closing time) to find out the pharmacy filled the wrong the prescription. I was told they would have the prescription for the next day. I became agitated and demanded they fill the correct prescription I had asked for in the first place. This was not the first time I have been made to feel as if I was at fault for asking the pharmacy to do its job correctly! Also, Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh. is need of customer service training. By far Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh was one of the rudest pharmacists I have worked with at CVS. I have all plans for contacting CVS h.q. in regards to Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh lack of professionalism. Before I pulled away, I advised Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh, the car behind me had also been in line 15 minutes before close and Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh responded by saying That is too bad we are closed. and slammed the window closed on me. After hearing this, I pulled around and walked into the store and demanded to speak with a store manager and addressed my experience with Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh, and her team.Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh is a joke and should be released from her job at once. Clearly Melinda F. Schlessel, RPh is not happy being a chain store pharmacist.
