The item I wanted was listed as being available when I checked online, so I went to purchase it and there was NONE in stock. I asked a pharmacy associate and was told the item was on a table in the front of the store.... The associates in the front of the store told me the item was in the pharmacy area at the back of the store. When I explained that the pharmacy sent me to the front of the store, the associate offered to help me look after checking out the customers up front first. He assisted me and found that there were NONE in stock and recommended I come back in a few days after theyve unpacked the the items they received on the truck the day before..... however, he couldnt guarantee if there were any in the delivery and had no way to check

Really no point in having a pharmacy here. You never know when it will actually be open, because the posted hours are not followed. I’ve tried to pick up my prescription three separate times and I have yet to get it.

Hopeful I can save someone else a wasted trip. The website and Google say this store opens at 6AM, but there is a paper sign posted on the entrance saying that they now open at 8AM. Thats the reason for my rating today. Otherwise Ive had good experiences at this store.

This is the only store where you can easily get the digit copy of your photo on a flashdrive. Great customer service at the photos section.

Patty in the pharmacy is amazing! My fiance and I were at the store today. He is in between insurance. Patty went out of her way to lay out his options and help us save as much money as possible. She went above and beyond for him. Also, the pharmacist (do not know his name - a young, tall, thin Asian American male) is always friendly, thorough, and patient. The customer service at the pharmacy is excellent at this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst pharmacy ever.. stoool my money and charged me something extra and refused to show me the receipt

Labcorp do not want to do their job. We get there and sign in at 4pm. At 4:05 the lady comes out and states...we stopped doing drug tests at 4pm. Yet...their paperwork states that they stop doing them at 4:30.

Pharmacist hesitated before lying to me about the bathroom being down for cleaning.

Gor me, the downside of all Walgreen stores, they do not have a riding cart, for thos of us who have trouble walking.

I mostly use the Pharmacy drive thru area. Always pleasant and fast. You must be careful pulling in and out of this facility as its a high traffic area being at Corner of Cedar and Warrensville. The phone system prompts they use to notify you on refills is also well managed.

Par for the course, this location can be rather pricey. Most of the Walgreens that are along high-traffic routes tend to jack up prices. Sometimes you find something on clearance, but it is rare that youll find a good deal.One of the regulars is an old lush, who comes by to get a couple of 20oz cans for her lunch. They keep the place nice, but it is pricey. Stores like this are why I prefer to limit my excursions to the library and my home. If it wasnt for the pharmacy and people in need of something quick, I doubt the place would get any business, apart from foot traffic like the aforementioned lush. The neighborhood would be better off if a local pharmacy and convenience store was there, instead of a chain.

I prefer CVS for selection and prices. Both stores expensive however in my opinion. I never find what I need here hence the rating.

I go to this walgreens very often because its close to my home, and the employees are always super friendly and fast. I can usually find what im looking for, and i like the points.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I received very rude customer service from pharmacist Dane. Extremely impatient. Very condescending. Talked over me when I was trying to tell which medicine I was there for.

I live in the area and many pharmacys do not have the speak milligram of medication my boyfriend takes. Instead of driving around to find it we usually call and ask. Every other Walgreens has allowed us know if they have it in stock but this one. The woman was rude and refused to tell me if they had it in stock. Terrible customer service and she didnt even explain why she couldnt tell us. Wouldnt come here if you paid me. Poor communication skills and terrible customer service.

Pharmacy is run by incompetent and rude staff. Waited 45 minutes, went to pick up, they were unable to properly run my HC provider card.Anesthesia wearing off, went to CVS, got it in 15 minutes with no problem! And the lady there was very nice. Never use Walgreens.

Great location lots of extra services available

The cashiers are slow, the parking lot is filthy and smells like raw sewage, this is also not the safest walgreens at night. Go to the other walgreens in the area and stay away from this one.
