I like Giant Eagle. The entrance is very large and the doors are automatic and wide, no problem getting in with a wheelchair. The aisles are wide enough to walk side by side with my wife. Checking out is not a problem, the cashiers are very helpful and have a portable scanner so I dont need to pickup heavy idems and put them on the counter.I think Giant Eagle us one of the best Supermarket in my area.

BUYER BEWARE: This store fraudulently lists incorrect per pound prices on some meat products and refuses to honor the clearly listed prices when asked.Specifically they list a specific price per pound on the sticker but calculate the total cost with a higher price per pound. This is easy to catch if you have decent arithmetic skills, but could easily dupe a rushed or less math-savvy shopper.Note that this is not an issue of needing an Advantage Card to get the listed price, as the error is with the math on the price sticker itself.

The entire store seems vacant if employees and overrun with shoppers.. theres a cop at the door who usually looks asleep if theyre sitting otherwise its this cop who is aggressively standing and makes a point to look you in the eyes. the second cop i mentioned seems a bit much for a grocery store but its nice theyre so vigilant. anyway this place is ᴏᴋ but in the past few years quality of service has maintained at amicable but quality of products seems to have been on a steady decline.

I absolutely love this store! All of the products are well stocked, all of the produce is fresh, prepared foods section and the deli section are the absolute best around! Especially the sushi! Personally I think that I would reccomend the Buckeye Roll, Crunchy Shrimp Roll, or the EEL Roll if you are a sushi lover.

I got a cold Avocado wrap with chicken and dressing. It was so dry! I hated it! I ate half because it costs $6, but I did not like any of it. There was barely any sauce on it and chicken was too chunky and dry. I had one prior from the Mayfield Golden Gate location that was delicious! Im not sure if the people working there are making these, but improvement much needed.

This store truly is well stocked. For days I searched for Evian water and code red no where to be found due to supply issues. But this store had all shelves packed with everything from a to z. Everything was sanatized as well a real bonus these days. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Actually enjoyed this location; its way less cramped than the one on mayfield, the variety is great, and the hot selection is good too. To top it off, they have sushi!The only downfall is the employees; at check out they dont care to say hello or even smile.

Very clean and always stocked with no clutter as you walk down the isles.On this day I was taken by helpful the front end workers were, and this young lady Ive posted had an attitude that was just phenomenal.She was happy to be at work, talkative, and very up-tempo.Keep her in the nest!!!

Best place to get your flu shot at the pharmacy. The pharmacist Mark is great i dont even feel the needle.

This store is great it has nice products and its clean, nice cakes and pie and sweets, I love the in store sales they have around the store. The customer service is the best. I put these up for my granddaughter 😁

Giant eagles, wow what can I not say about Giant eagles its a great grocery store I love going there its always busy the fresh produce are to die for always, always fresh and clean The staff is great they always willing to help especially if you need help with picking out wine they have someone that always know what to do and give you good advice if you confuse about picking out wine🍸 this is one of my favorite stores Giant eagle stores they have lottery, bathrooms are clean The only difference with the Giant eagles on Chargin, is that the parking is terrible. Besides lynhurst, lots of decent parking spaces really go check it out.

This place was busy. I used the self help check out inorder to exit quickly. The lady was helpful with the issues I had at the check. She did not speak at all, had me wondering if she had some dental work done.

It unfortunate the cooked food station closes before 6:00. Also the deli closes for cole slaw and chicken salad early. They had no tonic water other than their brand of tonic water. Bought their tonic water not impressed with the taste. No ginger for my tea. Looked for spumoni ice cream was my reason for shopping there and they had no spumoni. Considering their prices are high on some items, my experience today was not great. Will be a while before I return to Giant Eagles today not a Giant in products and service.

I used to shop here a lot but rather go to whole foods where the freshness and quality of produce and meat is always better. Staff members are not that friendly or helpful and even rude. Typically not enough staff for checkout. They always have long lines if you stop in after 3 pm. Not my first choice.

This stores emplyees are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered!

Big enough to have what you want but not so big it cant be navigated. Its a grocery store; check the coupons, ads, and prices. This store is clean and well stocked. The only time I have been unable to find an item is close to close of business in the meats area.

This Giant Eagles use to be a good shopping experience but now their meat is terribly old, they are mean folks that work there, only the old ladies, the nervous skinny lady that seems drunk half the time causes you anxiety, she rushing you at 8:15pm and the store closes at 10:00. She says ugly words to the security police officer about you, she lies, them women can get you killed, right there in the store!!!!!!!

This was the first time I was at Giant Eagle Supermarket.The aisles have big clear signs makes it very easy to find what you need. Checkout people were very helpful, they helped unload the cart and then reloaded the cart for us.I rated a 4 because the restrooms were hard to use for a disabled person and the kosher aisle was very small and a mess.

Dont care to much for this Cedar/Mayfield Giant Eagle, its backwards from the other stores and I have trouble finding everything

I would give it a higher rating however the lines are always long. Some selves always need stocking and there seems to be trash on the floors frequently. They are trying to keep up with the demand of customers during the current situation and that is understandable.

Am not from this area. A bit pricey. And finding someone for assistance was difficult. Store was clean. Shelves well stocked.

I am always treated good at Giant eagle. The staff is always eager to help with a smile.South Euclid police lieutenants present is a reason why also I shop at Giant Eagle.

Just stopped in for a seeded watermelon and glad I grabbed two of them. The first one was really good and cant wait to try the other. Also as usual the Gaint Eagle service in South Euclid was great.

A pretty great location! Always very busy because there arent many stores like it in the area. But they always have the best Giant Eagle stuff, and they have a very solid selection of wine and beer as well. I do wish that they were better at preventing super long lines at the checkout, otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.

All lines were open this evening and was able to get what I needed and then some.

Loss leader stores get you in the front door with two or three great deals, but make up for it with the higher prices all around. Giant eagle is one of those stores. I still shop there, though, cause its convenient and the deals they do have are pretty good. Match that up with savings on gas at their get-go locations and occasional pharmacies and liquor stores and it feels like you cant go wrong.

Only went to service desk today,moved pretty quickly once the second clerk arrived.Very pleasant and efficient.

The cashier who was new hire wanted to argue with me about rainchecks and their expiration dates in Ohio. Ohio rainchecks have no expiration dates and she didnt believe that even after the manager on duty honored it. It would have been a pleasant visit except for this rude no it all cashier who doesnt know anything about store rainchecks but works at a grocery store. Hmmmm.

Usually I have a good shopping experience, but I bought a half of a watermelon and unfortunately when I got home.. it was spoiled or something. UGH

Well stocked, well prepared for Covid protocol, and the staff is wonderful.

Giant Eagle (South Euclid) has less and less of what I need every time I go. Today I have to pay for bags. I can understand charging for cloth bags, but paper? Seriously?? And what happens when you come in and buy a cart full of food? How much will it cost you to get it home?? The cashier told me discount grocers do it, but they are discounted! I pay less for my grocery items. I wont be doing my big time shopping there anymore (> $100),only things I can leave with in my purse. Theyve lost my business.
