Chill store! Service is cool and friendly, easy to talk to and lovin the renovation! Also, nice gift card selection. Recommend this dollar general! :D

The gentleman working the counter was very professional an intuitive in helping me find the products I was looking for.

This is my preferred Dollar General to go to. They always have what I need. Its not too cluttered and the workers are pretty nice.

Why is this location closed!! There are no signs posted anywhere. People are outside trying to enter but no staff will come to the door!! Horrible dollar general. Please hire the appropriate amount of staff to run the store.

The store is usually well stocked and always orderly. I like purchasing household cleaning items there and items I may have overlooked while grocery shopping. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. I like visiting the different departments, youll never know what unadvertised deals might be waiting for you to find.

This place could be so much better. Everytime I come there are giant pallet carts in the isle, no one ever helps you and the majority of conversation is complaining. Everything seems to be falling apart outside and the floor just needs an over haul.

They are ok not the best they were closed for 2 days straight when they were suppose to be open.

I mean... its a dollar General. this one has better selection than other locations and usually has more than one register open. the traffic light on the right corner and the bushes on the left make it hard to pull out of that particular exit, but otherwise I guess an above average location.

They have very good prices and nice employees.

You can get in and get your things and get right out. Most of the time no waiting. Prices are right.

Worst Dollar General I’ve ever visited. Everything is a mess, nothing is ever stocked, stuff all over the floor and no one is ever there to help because it’s always one person and they’re working the cash register . If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never visit this Dollar General, save yourself a headache and go to any other around the area.

The cashiers are friendly and very helpful. They seem to carry odds and ends item that are good for the household and they are reasonably priced.

Very great place to shop after having a bad experience at another dollar general I said I would never shop at this business again til it was emergency and I had to go inside the green road location the manager helped assist me and I must add the store was very clean and well organized

It was in an area Ive never been and looked different but the cashier was extremely nice.

That dollar general something happen to that store, the employes be talking on there cell phones mean while they ck you out !! That is so disgusting to me, they hair do not be combed they should have a dress code 😕 who is the manager !!!

Store is always a mess anymore. Clerks have face masks pulled down, manager does too. In Cuyahoga County it is mandatory to wear masks!

I usually do not go to dollar general due to having a garden time getting assistance!I have changed my mind about the store..Items were easy way to find,prices were absoulty fabulous the cashier mary went above and beyond I there was no more lysol on the shelf she left the register and went into the stick room and got me a xan..

A good experience every time I shop there... with one exception. I was in there the Wednesday night the store was robbed. Aside from that Ive never had a bad experience there!

I live around the corner from this particular Dollar General store and I have been shopping here for a while. For the most part the staff is tolarable but there is one employee I am just fed up with. I think she is a manager and her name is Marge. This has to be one of the rudest people in customer service I have ever encountered!! She picks and chooses the customers she wants to be friendly with and doesnt greet you at the register even if you say hello first!! I have been ignoring her for a long time but my last two encounters was the last straw! At the register she took to money and proceeded to look for a counterfit pen yelling loudly asking other employees if they have seen it. They have NEVER done that to me before in that store. Then the next day I saw her in the parking lot as she was walking in the store, as we made eye contact she walked up faster to beat me at door and then let it close in my face!!! I have had it!!! This person should work somewhere where she doesnt have to be social!!!!
