These gamestop feels modern. They have a pretty big store with lot of games, hardware, accessories, funko pops, and clothing to offer. Their employees are kind and were fast to sanitize their stations after checkouts.

Kind of a small store like most GameStops but th u have a lot of merchandise options. The staff is also friendly. Parking here sucks but its not something they can control.

Staff was helpful. Hate that they dont carry any retro or xbox 360 games or accessories.

It was fresh when I walked in everything it was well organized and easy to find they have a variety of many games and they have the new Call of Duty besides that have a variety of shirts and sweatshirts and different gift cards to pick from the people are very friendly and helpful and they attended me quickly

The GameStop I went to closes at 8:00 everyday except Sunday which closes at 6:00 or that is what I believed until I got there at 7:50 in which the store was closed and it said it closed at 7:00 instead at 8:00. Heres an advice just go to GameStop an hour before it closes or dont go at all.

Wow, if I could give negative stars, I would.(store opened late) waited for an hr outside. I came in to the store to pick up a simple online order, a “manager Kayla” was on the counter. She first ignored me and helped everyone else(that were not in line) . She then approached me . When I showed her my email she proceeded to calling me a hacker lol and threatened to cancel my order for no reason!! She had another worker in the store with her but proceeded to yelling “my assistant doesn’t know what she is doing”! So everyone in store would hear. I then decided to ask her for her name and dm phone number she refused to give it to me. I had to ask her “assistant “ for her name. It’s been 2 hours now and I’m still waiting to hear back from Corp. It makes sense on why game stop is a dying business .

Very small compared to other GameStops Ive been to. This store currently doesnt have a lot of PlayStation 4 gift cards.Also a little note for those who think of getting a Ps5 or an Xbox X: Its better to wait on it for next year since theres already campers out the store for who knows how long.

Absolutely the worst experience! Do not go to this store!!!!!!!!!! First off I want to say how absolutely disgusted and disappointed I am in GameStop located in the Azalea Shopping Center.

They didn’t even activate my gift card and they said they can’t do anything about it wow GameStop just scammed me

The girls at the front counter were very sweet and helpful. The store was very clean and well stocked. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I was standing outside being helped and some of the customers these poor associates get (yelling, cursing, inpatient, just giving the associates a hard time) and they handled themselves so professionally!!! If you are giving workers a hard time during this pandemic!!! Go home!!! You have no business shopping!

These con jobs made me think that they had a switch only to drive all the way across town. For it to be a total lie. Do not buy for this horrible awful wretched staff. Never will shop at GameStop ever again.

I dont know if it just me but game stop employees are so nice! This location aswell! Was luckly able to get there last soul eater funko pop. A little damage but nothing crazy or noticeable. Also a fire force and demon slayer shirt. They had a BOGO with the shirts so it was a pretty good price!

Horrible customer service the manager Mrriya wont even exchange anything and claims because shell lose money I told her I was gonna report her to customer service and she said go ahead I dont care she acts like she owns the store and acts like shes losing money for doing an exchange thats shows the kind of people gamestop hires for a manager they do whatever the hell they want I dont know where they hire these idiots from this the worst!! gamestop ever!!!

Mrriya is the manger here and shes is the worst of the worst. She closes the store about 5-10 minutes before closing time stands by the door and locks it and lets you know theyre closed. When no theyre suppose to close at the time they close not 5-10minutes before. And I let her know that it wasnt right and she said its okay because shes the Manger she has bad attitude and abuses her power. Never ever aging coming to this Game stop.

I Went looking for a game. The guy told me they didnt have it without looking. I checked online and it said available. I had to show it to him, so he can go look for it. And it was there.

Its a good store however its very small and you wont find many of the older ps4 or xbox1/360 games little to choose from staff is nice.

Apart from not being a holiday, I waited for over 15 minutes to get helped out. Once I was helped out the representative was rude. NOPE is not an answer to every question. It would have been nice if he offered to look for a near by location that had the game I was looking for in Stock. He was un apologetic. I didnt catch his name but he had a pony tail curly hair.

It was 5:57 and some short little female with a stick up her ass would not let me in to buy a ps4 headset. Told her I would only walk to counter and not stall and she still refused me entrance... store closes at 6 not 5:57...
