So my brother wanted to have his own account, so we went to tmoble a couple weeks ago to do so. We spoke to Mario Acosta and said he could help us. But he recommended for us to come on the 22nd when our cycle resets so my brother wouldnt have two bills.We come and now the other worker here said he can not help us with that.I just dont get how one said yes and the other says no. I have to guess he just didnt want to help despite it being extremely slow.

Customer Service here is fantastic! Tanya was super helpful and gave me some great offers... She also helped me to transfer the files from the old phone to the new one.

I don’t really write reviews unless, I’m SUPER CONTENT with product or service. I highly recommend this location because they follow COVID protocols, and ARIEL made this switch very pleasant, and easy for me and my sister. One day I just decided to call T-mobile because I was fed up with their competitors high monthly cost. I called this location and I spoke to Ariel, he was very friendly, patient and very willing to speak to me in regards to my situation over the phone. Due to his great customer service I decided that I wanted to continue to discuss my business with him. He was very easy to talk to and made things work for me to be able to meet him at the T-mobile store. I was straight forward with what I was looking for and NEEDED. With no hesitation or round-around, Ariel helped me and my sister. We were very happy with what was offered to us and with no hesitation we transitioned over to T-mobile with ease. There was a moment where manager Steven had to assist with one of the deals offered, Ariel informed me I would receive a call, the next day and as told, that call from his manager was received and matter was completed. Just as Ariel, Steven was just as friendly, patient, and helpful. I was truly dreading the switch! Never have I had such ease transitioning to a mobile carrier. Thank you to Ariel and Steven!

Every time I come to this T-Mobile store I get the best customer service!

I have had very good experiences here, from their phones to customer service. Only once I had an issue with a representative who was doing everything to convince me not to buy a phone. I just heard him but ended up buying the phone, which I love. Hopefully he doesnt work there anymore. Not a good promoter for T-Mobile.

Recieved fantastic service by the people here. I think her name was Overly but she was nice.

Make sure you ask to be signed on their list to be seen, was there for 1 hour and NO ONE told me to sign in for ALL services.Spoke to Ariel after he let one costumer before 3 of us waiting for service go ahead of us, He said that the costumer was in the list so....?,I Can see they are busy, but if they open One person for Payment Only, I think will get better service than this. Costumers that have problems with phone or service will gladly wait to be help, it takes a lot of time for them to solve their Issues.

Very slow service, once you step inside, no hello, no acknowledgment, nothing. Im in here waiting right now. I wanted to wait first before asking to get put on the list just to see if I would get acknowledged. I waited 10 minutes with no help before asking. Poor customer service.

I went to this store to buy a cell and I end up paying for a headset a screen protector, a protector case and a memory car a total about $200.00 in my bill., because the salesgirl her name is PRISCILLA RODRIGUEZ told me that everything comes with the phone...you know, like the charger comes with the phone....so BE CAREFUL!!!!!! These people like Priscilla, makes US believe that they are getting all that for free when in reality they are abusing of your trust!!!! And the manager only gave me a discount of 50%...I did not even have the chance to say no because I did not THAT i WAS BUYING SOMETHING THAT i DID NOT NEED AND NEITHER WANTED BECAUSE she was JUST lying to me...and then SHE played stupid saying over and over I never said the word free so they are good really good lying !!!! And T-mobil costumer service on the phone said that they cant do anything and theres no place where we can go to make a complain !!! So...I am warning you, BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE GOING TO THINK ABOUT WHO SALES THE MOST NO MATTER WHAT OR CARING ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE PRETENDING THAT THEY ARE NICE!!! I am stuck with a bunch of accessories that I would never buy or I need!!!!!!

These employees are either incompetent or prioritise sales above customer satisfaction. I came to switched from Sprint to T-Mobile because I got tired of Sprint coverage lacking in South Gate. All I got were more problems, and no one could ever solve them not even the customer support hotline (terrible btw). They double charged me because they didnt properly merge our accounts, I wasnt receiving my texts, and my Netflix package wasnt even properly activated under my account. I came in twice for these problems before I decided to go to the Long Beach location and they were fast, polite, and resolved my problems in a matter of minutes. Avoid this place unless your looking to pay your bill directly (which you can do online) or buy accessories. They cant help with anything that isnt a shopping list.

Rude smart ass attitude is all I got. Send a spy and expose the employees who are to blame for most of the low ratings of this store. All higher rating reviews must be from the employees friends because this place is not a 3 star + place.

The place has really bad customer service. I call before going to check if they have a specific phone that I want it to purchase.And they said they had alot in stock. Once going to the store there a big line.And to my surprise the dont have the phone. And the associated that was helping me was very very rude. And had no respect for the customer.
