Best place for great deals. Shopping for a birthday celebration

Cute clothes but youre not allowed to try anything on and everything is final sale. So if you buy it, try it on at home and it doesnt fit or, doesnt look right, then you cant return it.... So if youre a person that is just like me and needs to try on the clothes then Id save your time and go to another store.

I dont likte that the fitting rooms anet open because when i went back home i tried it on and it was too big for me and it was see THROUGH so I went back and tried to return it they didnt let me so i exchnaged it

Honestly a bit my fault didn’t see a sign you can’t take pictures also I always have my earphones on but I was on my phone the entire time and took a pic of these boots I liked and I don’t know how long but I was followed by an employee and when I took off my earphones and said hi they said why am I taking information accusingly and I was confused and pretty rudely told about their no pictures policy and instead of allowing me to have a chance to explain I was asked to leave... I like the style of the clothes but I don’t think I wanna go back there afraid of being followed and accused again I have anxiety and that definitely triggered a bit of anxiety.

First time walking in. Girls are helpful and greet you. A lot to choose from.

I love this clothing store! Such beautiful and stylish clothes AND in my size! Yes, Im a plus size woman who loves to dress nice. The prices are just right. The best part is that my daughter who rarely likes to dress up has now asked me to go shopping there. The staff is very friendly as well.

I bought sandals and the first day I used it my sandals ripped.

Was NOT to my liking.Sizes were Plus size or Junior for which I am NOT either.I am somewhere in between.They had some cute stuff, so I was disappointed.

Love the clothes here, prices are great for such cute styles. But the staff is pretty rude and not helpful at all. I mean when I shop, I would like to be greeted and asked if I need any help, but none of that basic service was done in my experience.

Love this store. the only reason I gave it one star is because customer service is horrible. nobody asks you if you need help bringing something down or if you’re in the fitting room they take forever mine as well grab the number yourself. The girls are serious (most) but Amazing clothe styles. 🙌 hope customer service gets better.

The female employees in this shop are self-righteous and incompetent. The employees terribly follow the protocols the store has set to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Absolutely disgusted.

They need less blouses that go above there belly 👎

I was just here today shopping at the South Gate location, once I got to the register I was attended by the cashier her name was Kenia . I had two dresses and was not going to take one of them since they were final sale. She told me to take that dress back in to the rack next to the dressing room and pointed. With no problem I did, but as a customer I shouldnt be told to do that. Very rude and not good customer service.

I cannot express how disgusted I am with this store, so one Saturday ago I visited the store as per usual, Ive bought multiple items before even the jeans that Im wearing right now, Im usually a distracted shopper, I usually have my earphones on and Ive never paid too much attention to it, but that night I did, I entered the store with a shopping bag from the sketchers store and forever21 just to be followed around by one of the members of staff when I PICKED UP MY OWN BAG FROM THE GROUND, insult to injury she ensured that she checked the area that I was just in, the shoes in the corner, while I was no less than a few feet from her, then she proceeded to follow me around the store pretending to checking racks. I left. And I will not be returning.

The girls that work here give lots of attitude. Y’all think we don’t notice but we do. Don’t be surprised if other customers treat you the same.

This store sucks! Im in here now and had to go hunting for a worker to open up a fitting room. The owner who looks grumpy was fiddling with some dresses and not paying attention at all. Everytime I come here its empty, no wonder. It has a sad and depressing feeling and doesnt make me want to spend money. I dont see this store being here for much longer. I wish it was still G Stage

The only reason why I give it a one star is because the customer service is horrible. I was asking one of the employees if they had a mirror and she answered saying that they only have mirrors in the fitting room but they were close already. So I asked her if it was only if I can just see how something looked on. And she answered “ yeah I guess and rolled her eyes and walked away

Definitely very friendly staff and ready to help the customer. Good prices, good sanitation protocol and a clean place.

Be careful shopping in this store. Because they guarantee you changes and when they return they put many demands on you and they do not give you a refund or give you your money back. And the person in charge of the afternoon treats you with a very bad attitude and all the employees.

Bitter old women. I never in my life stop at this store again. the service they gave me was the worst you can get.

I love the clothes in this place. You find shoes, accessories, underwear and many beautiful things for women.

I did not like why if something does not fit you, they do not return the money, you have to take something there and you have a time limit if they do not keep the money they do not return anything very bad that
