The store owners are the most friendly and nicest people you can ever meet. I love this shop and there tournaments are the best.They have great cards here. Its sad to read some peoples sour comments they sound more like personal issues rather than honest reviews because this is a great place and I recommend it to everyone dont let the salty reviews fool you I have been there several times ..amazing 😀

Never answers the phone, whats the point of having a business number if you never answer. Also have tried to greet Paul and just ignore me as if I am not even there so rude.

I cant believe what negative reviews people have on this store. They are the nicest people I have ever met. Other reviews say that they are unprofessional but the truth is that they very respectful people. If you ask a card from them to buy they will do their best to find you that specific card and at a very good price. I have been their customer since 2016 and i never had any problems with them.Shame on the people who gave bad reviews about this wonderful place.

A few minutes ago I walked inside this shop to try to sell them some yugioh and Pokémon cards I had found in a storage unit I bought (most cards were 1st editions, limited editions and a few rare ones), when I normally find cards at work I’ll take them to cardboard crazies and sometimes I’ll be generous and give them most cards for free since I’m not into them but a buddy of mine told me I had a treasure chest (over 700+ cards) so I tried to give the owner of the store a good deal and the lady in the register said that her son was busy in the back, there was 2 customers listening to me and they were interested in what I had so after a few words with them I left shortly they left after meWe were talking in the sidewalk for a bit then they left and I went to sit down in the bench in front of the next store in the sidewalk (mind you, it’s public city property)The lady came out and told me to leave and that I wasn’t allowed to be there I said I “I’m in public property, I can be wherever I want as long as it’s not public property” and she said to leave or she’ll call the cops and I said “he lease call the cops cause I left your store 10 minutes ago and you followed me outside to harass me and I can sue you for that” and she went in furiouslyAnd For the record I’ll be taking legal action

A lot of the reviews for this shop seem to be copy/paste so theyre probably made by the same person so disregard what they have to say. Anyways, I love coming here because staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had a bad time here. They mostly sell Pokemon and Yugioh and have a small selection of Magic the gathering. Its a small card shop and have plenty of tables to play with friends. Overall, 5 stars!

Came to pick up cards because they said they were open. Stuck waiting outside for 2 hours now. Highly disappointed. Expensive over priced too. Recommend other locals

They were expected to be open at 10 i arrived there at 10:30 l. I was waiting for a solid half hour missing my bus home waiting to buy some yugioh cards. This is TOTALLY unprofessional and i would just reccommened going somewhere else to not waste your time 😡😤

They’ve been stepping up their game a lot more recently and have big plans for the future. Been open for years, gets packed for Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! on weekends. Official tounrnameng store and family friendly environment. Prioritize children and the well being of customers. Will enforce and remove any threats to store safety or customers. Best to show up early for sneak peeks and other anticipated events. Good prices and vast inventory. Solid store hours. Must show up on weekends.

Whenever I think of this store, the word incompetent springs to mind. However, that word is not strong enough to describe this dumpster fire of a store. At a Pokemon League Cup tournament they did not follow round times, did not allow Intentional Draws, which is clearly allowed in the general tournament rules document, and then was threatening to DQ people who tried to ID. The prize out was terrible 2-16 places only got a promo card, which is mandated to be given out, and 1st place got a playmat and promo, still bare minimum mandated payout. For Juniors and seniors they combined the divisions only paying out 1 play mat, keeping the other which Im sure theyll try to sell like the absolute crooks that they are. To top it all off someone was banned from the store for asking for the event id to complain to The Pokemon Company International about them not following very clear regulations. Do not give them your patronage, they do not deserve it, nor will they appreciate it.

Small place but worth going

Prices are high for a locals. There is another shop just a block away that is cheaper, has a wider variety and higher attendance rate through out the week. This shop seems to be empty 80% of the time.
