Lived a year with a house full of Arcadia custom windows and doors, costom painted alum. to match other metal. Including 9 x3 panel sliding into pocketwall, also completely custom - 10 entry door for molded glass, 2 out swinging door/window combos, and a dutch style door made to my design. Windows - tri-folding, transoms, awnings, sliders and fixed.Pluses: Perfect paint match and extra in spray cans to use for some other fixtures. Solid construction and hinges - including custom 180 out-swing. Miters are exact, all seams clean. No dings after delivery.Multi-lock design on doors even for a single key deadbolt - very secure. Very large slider rolls with ease and threshold options choices made it just right for our purpose and location. Arcadia worked closely to make details exact and traveled to check on installation . All doors but one came with same key.Minus: Missed promised deadline for delivery twice - even after being allowed to name the date. Missing units on first delivery. Design of lever handles puts key below handle - harder to see/reach than if it were on top. Locking motion is opposite of standard - key turns toward jam to unlock, takes a bit of getting use to. Changing one key on site = $100 locksmith.Fixed hinges not designed to be easily adjusted after installed.
