Horrible service at this location first of all the lady that helped me is extremely slow and lacks customer service skills she looks lost. In addition I paid with a debit card and the lady did not return it, when I went back the manager didnt even bother to go ask the lady if she had it or placed it somewhere. Be aware there are so many other michoacanas in the area save yourselves the headache and go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible customer service 😔. Its my first time at this location Monday around noon cashier absolutely worst service I ever had. I tried ordering a drink, again first time here I didnt know the name so I described it to her. She continues to state I dont know what you mean and served me slushy when I ask for a smoothie. When she brought out for me I explained to her that the drink I wanted was pink, the drink she brought out was red she continues to argue with me that thats what I order. And states I was wrong and called me named infront of delivery guy and another paying customer. I continue to pay and told her she needed to improve her customer service and she replied I was despota. Im not sure how staff is trained but I felt attacked and Humiliated by staff member lacks good customer service.

I went to buy two tostilocos it had nothing but candys and nuts no cucumber, cueritos, or jicama. They both were the same

I went in for fresas con crema and it was more like milk with strawberries.. the cream was so watered down not worth the price of almost $10 that I paid. Should if check before I left the store and got home.

Great place for natural icecream and snacks like nachos, elotes, sugar cane candy plus beverges. Large and clean interior space. With nice customer service yet it could improve by not having to ask for napkins or spoons.

This is the 2nd time I go to order a torta and let me tell you...SAVE YOUR MONEY! Not only do they never have enough help but I paid 6 bucks for this nasty soggy torta😭

I always get the gansito, chicle, and tequila flavors in a waffle cup. So very delicious! 😍

I wish they had a bit more basic flavors but I guess thats the reason people go to these establishments. I almost always stick to the ice cream cups. Lately Ive been trying the paletas. I like the abuelitas chocolate ice cream and the cajeta ice cream. I havent tried the mangoneada at this location but at another location they are delicious. Always a great experience. A visit here takes you into a peek at a Michoacan ice cream spot.

Horrible nachos. The chips were stale, tasted old. An the strawberry was tasted weird, i dont know if the milk innit was bad or what. I didnt go back to the place because it said right on the wall; No Refunds, no Exchanges... no planing to go here again

Slow customer service !!!In top of that I guess they have no trainingThe 1st day I show up on this location they charge me taxes for my raspado!2nd time they didnt ! So I ask the lady why 2 days ago I got charge taxes?She apologized saying It was a new lady she dint know3rd time the serve me the raspado de nuez which no nuez at all! I was very desapointed when I got home!!!And now I been waiting for 28 minutes already they only have 5 people in front on me! Same blond lady on cashier charge me taxes again!!! 😟This is the last time I show up on this location

I bought a hot cheeto esquite and the corn was old, mushy and had a bad taste. The hot cheeto topping was stale. I didnt eat it. I told them about it and they replied with do you want another one? Will not be going back.

They Definitely Try to provide the good snacks the original Michoacana has but they have to improve lots of things, for instance not to mix frozen Corn with fresh for the Ezquites.

I took my daughter to buy an ice cream, as my little one I asked her for a simple one scoop, my daughter wanted colored sprinkles so I asked the girl if I could put some colored sprinkles on it and when I asked how much I should pay her It was $ 5.75 for a plain one scoop ice cream which originally just ice cream was 4.25 but I charge 1.50 for a few colored sprinkles. I was abused
