I visit location often for car repair and maintenance for all of my cars and car needs. The service is very commendable and professional. All the employees I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been polite, professional, and lite hearted. I never feel as though I am being given a service for my vehicle that is not needed. Their prices are very competitive. And even though the cost of repairs sometimes hurts, I dont feel robbed or taken advantage of. Joe is a delight to talk to and very welcoming. He makes you feel as though he knows you. I have been coming to this location for a few years and I have never had to bring my car back for a repeat issue.

I went in late afternoon needing a tire replacement after an expressway blowout. I was greeted by Joe at the service desk. After given me an honest assessment, I bought 4 new tires. After explaining tire condition I felt confident in purchasing what I needed.This gentleman was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. We laughed, talked about cars and the good old days, and before I knew it my car was done. He took his time to go over the warranty, made sure I understood everything and even gave me extra copies for my rebate. This is the place to go for car repair👍👍

The best customer service and amazingly fair prices! I have been going to Stanfa in South Holland for over three years. I first came when I needed to buy tires but was so impressed I started coming for everything - oil changes, general repairs & maintenance. I even had a special sensor that needed to be replaced recently and the part was back ordered for months. Joe was so helpful in explaining the situation and texted me every week with updates until the part arrived. Theyve even given me a shuttle ride to and from work when repairs took all day. Above and beyond in my book!

I went to Stafna in South Holland on 2/27/17 and paid $989.87 to replace my rear break pads, rotors and calibers. On 5/15/17 while driving on the Chicago Skyway with my 6 year old son my breaks completely go out on me with just enough pressure to slow down. When we finally got to a safe location I noticed that my rear passenger side caliber was completely hanging off (as shown in the picture). After the fact that me and my child almost died I had my 2014 Chevy Suburban towed back to Stanfa where the manager Johari Karamoko tells me that someone must of tried to take my caliber loose (with the tire on). He then proceeds to tell me that hes been in the industry for 30 years and that he has never seen this happen before (but did not know what the caliber brackets were when I showed him). I no longer trust the work of Stanfa and as soon as I pick up my truck today I will take it to another location to re verify everything they have done to my truck today. Stanfa almost cost me and my child our lives. DO NOT TRUST THIER WORK!

My first impression when I walked in the shop was that it was the cleanest auto repair shop I had been in. My second impression was how warm and friendly the people there were. And last but not least the quality of service performed and the improvement in the performance of my automobile, indicated a quality of expertise not often seen at repair shops. They repaired what they said they would and then gave me a detailed description of what was done. Rick goes above and beyond with his attention to detail and the customer service he provided. My car hasnt run this well in years. Im happy Ifound this shop and will continue to patronize it for my car servicing needs.

No price bombing or up-sell,When I get an estimate of what I need, I am informed of the level of priority of the service needed. Rick always explains in detail what will be done to my van and why and how long that will take. Then the estimate total is given to me and scheduling options. Every decision is up to me and I am in control of how it goes. Excellent customer service! That is how it should be. I walk out of there every time felling like they really care whether I come back and the focus was not on how much they could price the service up but on retaining me as a customer.I rarely see this excellent customer service. I went to Stanfa to have my driver front tire check for an air leak and brake inspection. Mr. Rick explain to me the exact status of my tires and give me an outstanding prices on a set of 4 new tires, as well as the status of my brake pads. He also perform mini-inspection of what other services that may and (more importantly) may not be needs to help the quality of performance for my automobile. He always explain in detail what will be done to my automobile and why and how long that will take. They repaired what they said they would, as well as go beyond the call of duty with their repairs (e.g.….offering you a ride if needed). Mr. Rick knows his tire/auto industry business and knows how to deal with people great warm and honesty. Brilliant service!I will be back, Thank you!!!!

Stanfa has become my go to place for my car needs whether for something as routine as an oil change or to troubleshoot another issue. The customer service is probably the main reason I keep returning. Im usually a bargain shopper for just about everything, but will pay a little more for good service and peace of mind. I trust that the guys at Stanfa will always do right by me.

I went in for air conditioning repair. After an inspection and charging it, they told me I needed a switched replaced. I paid $113 for a switch and $195 for labor and my air conditioner still does not blow cool air. Then they told me I need a new compressor. The price they are charging for a compressor is 2x the price. Plus, why charge me for parts and labor instead of telling me I need a new compressor in the first place. Then they gave me a list of things They recommend for my car, including the compressor and new tires totaling about $1,000. Why would I take my car back there to be scammed again? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

As usual Rick and the staff exhibited great professionalism in taking care of my car. Aside from the tire change and brake job, there were issues with the TPMS sensors. Rick took the time to do the research and took care of the problem. Excellent service!This an update as of 4/19/18. My first review was done about three years ago and I had been going to Stanfa for quite some time even then. The beauty is theyre right in my neighborhood which is convenient. The staff is always extremely helpful even dropping me off and picking me up at times when the wait may be long.My most recent visit(s) were due to needing new tires. I had just replaced my tires and the very next day hit a humongous pothole! (Damn Chicago!) As usual Johari took care of me. Luckily the rim wasnt too badly damaged and they were able to repair it and had my new tire the next day.Customer service is NOT dead. Give this place your business theyve earned it and represent the community well.

They double charged me for the Alternator I had had replaced!!!!! $330 dollars for a part that costed $155.... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! DO THEY JOB YOURSELF IF YOU CAN PLEASE!!!!! And the owner got irate when I questioned him how come the job costed $547!!!!

Went for alignment, they said I was right it needed alignment, afterwards my car was worse, mechanic said he thought car was pulling because of problem with transmission. Went to a different Mechanic next day, I told them Sanfras mechanics story, new mechanic found a broken strut spring. went back and told Stanfra manager, and him and his mechanic argued with me about giving me money back and the reason they missed this.went to my new mechanic had springs replaced, plus a ball joint. car was smoother but still pulled so I went to Firestone on ridge Rd and Halsted.Im so happy now. even though stanfra mechanic and manager offered to realign my car for free after I got my repairs done, Ill never got back to the Stanfra in South Holland. Please disregard the one STAR I gave them, google wouldnt post unless I clicked a star
