The Hawkins family had a wonderful experience today at 94 Nissan of South Holland our salesman was an awesome Gentleman his name isMr. James Majors so patient and very well knowledgeable about the vehicles at Nissan.Mr.James treated us like family he didnt rush us on our decision to purchase a vehicle his main priority was to make sure we were satisfied in what we were buying. I went in with my son because he needed a car so with the intention of only buying one car during our vist to Nissan turned out to buying 2 car in one day.So yes that was an awesome experience and I knew we needed another car for ourselves but wasnt going to get it until October because old car wasnt going to pass the Illinois Emission test this time and we are not going to put any more money into out 15 year old Suzuki. So Thank you Mr James Majors wonderful job well done.I recommend Mr. James Majors if you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the near future πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘

Even being busy today with roughly 8 cars ahead of me, my oil change was still less than 1hr. All comprehensive points were met. The oil change and wiper change was on the expensive side at $97 however couldve been due to rising labor costs. With an air filter I was quoted $368 which seems ridiculous. They forgot to wash my car however theyve been pretty solid in the past.

Service is terrible, staff is terrible, prices is outrageous, they wont return your calls when you need to talk to them about your vehicle. and they also take your vehicle on a Joyride. I advise anyone with the Nissan to find someplace else.

Takes at least a couple of hours for an oil change/tire rotation which is ok not ideal. This time they entered the wrong mileage on my car in the system so the Carfax report is off by 10,000 miles, it should be 52,000 and the dealer reported it over 65,000. Someone should have noticed that this was incorrect.Hopefully this wont cause an issue if I decide to trade in my car.

The check engine light came on, they recommended a new engine, I went through my extended warranty and everything went well. But when got the car back the a/c was connected so I had to take it back after that the car started hesitate took it back to fix that issue along with power windows issue as well. Windows wasnt fixed correctly and now my a/c comes on automatically so I need to take it back for both of the issues.

I had an appointment for a recall and oil change on a Tuesday. We sat for 4 hours awaiting repair, decided to go to lunch 2 doors down the street, then received a call asking where are we, they have bad need? We came back Kevin explained that the tool broke for the recall, and they need to order it, not sure how long it would take, but they have a loaner now available, even though they stated initially they didnt. They kept my car 5 days, went to pick up, I checked the oil and it was never changed. I asked to speak with Kevin, he never addressed or my issues. I then escalated to s big manager over service and they said it was just a mistake, apologized gave me a credit for the oil change, which has not reflected on my account, and offer me a free oil change in the future. I also was not convinced the recall was done, so I asked the big manager to prove to me. It was very stressful and major INCOMPETENCE ONKEVIN AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Went there to fix my car with code p1777, which is for step motor, i didnt say i knew my problem cause i wanted it to be fixed by them, then the engineer came and told me i needed new trans which is 5500, i left and bought the step motor on eBay for 48 dollars and fixed it by myself. The mechanics are just either lazy or want to sell transmission.

I went for a regular oil change that comes with an inspection afterwards. Every time I go its always marked up all green but I always find a problem afterwards. Last time I went one of my light bulbs was out I knew it but when I seen my paperwork everything was checked off green again. When I called I spoke to a Kevin Rodriguez who is the one who took my car in for the oil change, instead of solving the problem he tried to stick up for his people. Kevin Rodriguez is the reason I will not be going back. He works at the South Holland location. If you guys see him at the desk dont ask for his help. He wont make sure your car is taken care of!!!!
