I went to patch my tire after being home from covid for more than a month really Somewhat excited to return to work although very weak. Have to provide was behind in my Bills. The helper patched up my tire and I went to carry a load of material with my trailer as Ive done for 12 years same truck and trailer. And on 290 my rim popped off of the freeway. Luckily my tire didnt fall on a car from the overpass or roll down the freeway causing an accident. We payed for towing although my insurance covered it. Because we were.in a dangerous spot couldnt wait to get with the insurance to approve . We came and told the helper and he said owner wasnt there and hed let him know what happen but that he tightened the lugs with the gun and it couldnt have been his fault. I told him Ive always gotten new tires and patched and I always see the guy do the gun and the metal thing after to make sure they tight...he told me I should have told him to tighten it with the metal thing and I told him Im not a tire repairman thats your job you should know what your doing. I demanded the managers number he refused to give it to me. I told him Id be back so I could speak to the owner. When I did go back the next day he said the owner was coming I waited about 2 hrs then the owner said he wasnt coming so I told him I had to go to work. Id come by the next day since hes still refusing to give me the number. When I came the next day the helper said this boss said he wasnt paying anything because it wasnt their fault. And he wouldnt help pay. I told him thank God nothing worse happen this could have been so much more dangerous or even deadly for me or anyone innocent to their doings on that freewa even.more so cause I had a trailer attached.. The helper was even angry asking what I wanted and there was nothing else to do. I told him I needed the number or name to the boss which he never gave up but did speak to the owner in front of me a couple times. They refused to help and acknowledged what they did. Thats the saddest part. How evil can you be to knowingly do something or cause something and still not accept it. You have a buisness own your flaws. If.it were some other tire but it was the one he had just changed. I had to spend about 1500 just cause of their negligence and no my insurance didnt cover it all. Recommendation avoid this shop. thank you if you read it all.

Excellent hard worker at Orozco tire shop. All was good except machine broke down & he was unable to finish the 4th tire. He was very apologetic but didnt speak English..His friend came in and interpreted at the end. Left without being completed.
