Took my car to get an alignment done and before they even got it on the lift they told me I needed camber bolts and the total would be 320$. Camber bolts are 35$ at autozone. I understand they charge labor but that would have been 225$ labor to put on 2 bolts + (60$ alignment). They put it on the lift and told me I more parts needed to be replaced but wouldnt tell me what needed to be done. I needed the alignment so thats what I had done. When they finished I asked for the print out of the alignment and they refused to give it to me, when leaving the shop I could tell it wasnt done right but didnt wanna deal with them anymore. 3 days later after being parked the whole time I took it to another shop which said the alignment was still off and I needed springs/struts. They informed me camber bolts would just be a temporary fix. 260$ for a temporary fix when new struts would have to be installed soon anyway.

Would rate this place a ZERO. Dont go here!! Husband and I just went to have oil and oil filter change and the young man servicing our vehicle damaged the hood of our SUV. He not only damaged the part that holds the hood up, but the open ended heavy pipe he used to keep the hood up made a hole in the hood! These guys definitely are not professionals and obviously dont know what theyre doing! Recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere. Unbelievable!! NOTE-- I had to select a one star rating as I wasnt able to post my comment. But I still rate this place a ZERO!!!!!

I got told my 4 wheel alignment would be $60 with them knowing I had done a full overhaul on my suspension. once vehicle was on the rack and tech saw he actually needed perform an alignment and not just check and adjusted the toe measurement they were trying to charge me $225. It’s a rip off! Never going back.

Was pretty fast doing an oil change but it was more than the sign said and they wanted $40 to put a tail light in and I had the light bulb

They want you to let them buy the parts and charge you a price to put on..when you buy your own parts they charge you more on labor. I took wife car there to get ideal on alignment. The manager Manuel( new mgr) told me wat i needed for alignment. I got wat i needed and had some other thing put on by a certified mechanic. I took back to get aligned and he wanted to charge me more and said something was wrong with front end. He got mad bcause i didnt let him put parts on....their mechanic isnt even certified....never going back......

Manuel Lopez the manager. He is a scammer knowing well he could not alignment my truck still charged me. I had to call other places to find out the information that he should have told me from the beginning. He is not honest and I hope no one goes to this business. He should get fired.

Awsome and fast service. Needed an alignemnt and the first place i went to said 75+ tax and a 1 1/2 hour wait time. I didnt have time so i came to Rapido inspections. Upon pulling in i was already greeted and they told me the alignment was only 45 dollars. Immediately i said yes and as soon as i said yes they told me to go to one of their lanes to get started. No wait time whatsoever👍👍👍👍👍 new place from now on👌

I brought my car in yesterday to find out what was going on with my AC for the $20 fee advertised. After receiving my quote for repair, I went home and decided to take it back the next day to have work completed. David was upfront that additional charges may arise once the blower motor was replaced due to items that were not able to be checked because motor was not functioning. I appreciated him telling me this up front so there were no surprises. He estimated it would take 3hrs to complete the job. The job was completed in 2hrs with an oil change and I couldnt be happier with the work!

They always find something wrong outside of what I take my vehicle in for. It’s hard to tell if it’s something real or if it’s just for extra $$.They do work fast. That’s why I give the 3 stars.

They will hustle you on the price if you are not careful. Wait seems to be getting longer and longer. Oil change price is not as advertised.

DO NOT COME HERE! ESPECIALLY WOMEN! I have been here before so I know the cost of an oil change for my 02 Prizm. I HAVE NEVER SPENT OVER $25 FOR AN OIL CHANGE ANYWHERE. But i went today and it says $20 outside and like always. I went in line and told them i wanted an oil change. First off, im waiting and they all look like they have no clue what they are doing. (Im keeping an eye out because years ago they forgot to put my oil cap back on and oil spilled everywhere under my hood) so anyway, they call me and show me my time belt and say i need this and that and its going to cost $125 which i never asked for..i only wanted an oil change. I told them that and they finally did my oil change and charged me $37 which is so ridiculous! I asked the man why is it $37? And hes like oh its cuz its Pennzoil and i said uh ok? ( cuz isnt that what they are supposed to use) and hes like yea. He doesnt speak english like nobody else there except one busy guy so i left. I do not recommend this place at all! They took advantage and didnt charge the right price

I did my oil change in here and guess what a week later my husband checked my truck and he said that my truck didn’t had oil and if i had went and made a change and i told him yes and i told him where I went and get it done hope this people fix the issue for not making my oil change on my truck.. / ise mi cambio de aceite aqui y ala semana después my esposo la checko y dijo que no tenia nada de aceite y me pregunto si le abia echo el cambio y le dije k si y le dije donde selo abia echo ojala se arregle este problema al no aserle el cambio de acieite ami troca

We just got our ac fixed here and its soooo amazing!!!!! We got it done for $100 flat and the guy who fixed it either his name was anthony or jose but either or they were amazing and he was so sweet and funny amazing service!!! Definitely highly recommended coming here if you want amazing service.

I took my car their for regular oil change on a Friday, Sunday i noticed it was leaking oil good thing i checked all the oil ran right through I dont know if they didnt tighten something up But i do know my car wasnt leaking oil before i went to them Thats what i get for being cheap $19.99 for a oil change i guess u get what u pay for But i will be calling them early in the morning Customer service was professional If u do decide to go check the work before you leave Because they did a rush job now i have a oil leak Somebody going to fix this problem first thing Monday morning im beyond frustrated

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE SO CALL COMPLAINT PHONE NUMBER AND THE LADY HUNG UP THE CALL. I ALMOST DIED DUE TO THEIR IMPROPER ALIGNMENT THEY CONDUCT! I WENT TO ALIGNMENT 2000 AND NO PROBLEMS!

Did alignment for my car yesterday, after few hours of driving it, it went bad, I went back the today the same Mexican guy Marvel C. refused to fix it. He said that it need ball joints yesterday, I told him I do not have the money now, I just need alignment. He went ahead and took the job, which he should not take it. he should had told me I will not be able to work on it until I fix the ball joints. He was very rude, and ripped me off. AVOID AVOID THIS business.

Horrible service I rebuilt the front end on my truck took it to them to align steering wheel was crooked pulled to the right they didnt even drive it to confirm the problem wouldnt give my money back told me I needed bearings went down the street to auto americana alignments they fixed what these clowns have no business trying to do

My Grandmother went to get her state inspection done, and they tried to make her pay over $500.00 to change her brakes and Caliper. They told her the car was stuck in the garage and they could not move it, and it had to be left overnight so they can fix it. My cousin went over there, got in the car AND DROVE OFF. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.

Of the worst thing you can see in customer service I do not recommend you ever go. The manager is the worst and super offensive when it comes to asking for a favor for something that they have done wrong themselves ... $$$$ presses and exaggeratedly expensive labor .... I do not recommend them at all !!

Just in half an hour we were four customers who left the place angry with a bad taste in their mouths because of the bad treatment and do not say the prices I do not know where they get them bad service the attention is terrible I do not recommend it they steal you with their suggestions and they charge you too much for such simple things ..

In the oil change good, but in general mechanics, some careros when charging and very bad in the mechanics, terrible, if only in changing a bearing they broke the part where the bearing is assembled, they left me the bearing poorly placed I could Even accidents relying on these bad mechanics, and I took it to the claim and they did not solve anything, I had to pay a real mechanic again to fix the problem with the bearing, they should have their license suspended.

Horrible place to change oil, the manager wants to sells you a cheap brand motor oil for a high premium price.
