Teresa was a tremendous help to as a new customer. She helped me get the best offer for my phone, she helped me get it set and transfer my account from t-mobile with very little info on my part. She also stayed over her time to help me get my phone working. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help me out. I am very satisfied with at&t and look forward to service to come.
Teresa was extremely helpful during my visit to fix a few account related issues. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with various plans. Teresa was prompt in following up on the recommended changes. Overall, a great experience with a true professional!
This store is not as busy as the ones in Pasadena but the service is not as good as the one on East Foothill boulevard in Pasadena.I normally go to Best Buy because they sell telephones for several carriers and their service is excellent compared to the stores of each carrier
Walked in to get a new phone after dropping mine one too many times. Guadalupe helped me within 3 minutes of arriving, and in less than 20 minutes, I had placed my order for a new phone and was out the door! She was informative, efficient, and made an experience I was dreading a pleasant one.
Teresa O was very professional and courteous. I went into the store to buy a charge cord and not only did she help me with the cord, but she also let me charge my phone in her store and i left there with my bill being about $70 cheaper a month. I didnt even have to ask. She just looked up my account and deducted things i didnt need, and she was great!
Necessities forces me to be here. If you have to visit ATT, make sure it’s a corporate store. !

Danny and Mauricio were fantastic. They handled the obstacles of COVID-19 protocol with grace. Despite having a busy shop, they greeted everyone warmly, and with great teamwork they managed to take care of every customer in a timely manner. I particularly appreciated their patience with me, as I got a new phone and had a lot of questions which they throughly answered. Also they were great at selling me things I actually needed and also helped me save money. Thank you again!
I have called this store for more than a week hoping to get Samsung A71. I left a message with Rene a week ago, he assured he would call me back last Saturday when they get their next shipment in. No call back. I called again and left a message for Rene. Still no call back. I called today and spoke to another gentleman asking for Rene and he was on lunch, asked him if that Samsung A71 was in stock yet. Took my number, said hed check a d call back....2 hrs...no call back. Called back and left a disappointed vm mssg saying, still no call back . Still no call back. Called back 20 minutes later, got a young lady, i explained what did not happen for me in about a paragraph. She did not acknowledge my problem and request, respond or say anything. I waiting for a response about 20 seconds. No response. I said hello, are you still there? She said, what did you say? I told her again, didnt respond for 15 seconds and said which phone? I told her again, Samsung A71 again. 15 more seconds, she said what phone was that again...no express of regret, said one more time said, what was the phone. I told her i used to train reps for PacBell/ATT, she said ok hold on. I had to tell her for the 4th time that i wanted to check if that phone was in stock...she said hold on again. Without any regret expressed...no we dont sir? Wow! Well. I had to give 1 Star to leave this review. They didnt even deserve that. I made Presidents Club twice. The new generation of reps make AT&T look absolutely terrible. ATT advertises phones, and they arent evenin stock or available. The chat people cant explain/make comparisons of the price differences to change callplans and monthly billing differences to what is currently being paid. Going online i cant upgrade without getting unlimited because it takes 45 minutes to get answers to questions. My God! How sad has ATT gotten? Boyoboyoboy!
Denny and the crew at this AT and T service are EXCEPTIONAL ! I would not have kept my AT and T service if it wasnt for them. Denny stayed after hours to work through a problem I had with my phone. He was calm, polite and really went the extra mile to help me ! I returned later with another issue and he spent over two hours helping me resolve the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for any of your phone issues !!! 5 Stars !!
I don’t get very many excellent customer experiences these days and in fact I hardly get good ones so when it comes my way it I always want to applaud it. Rene who I met with me my first time and Monica when I returned the next were exceptional. My situation was confusing after moving from one coast to the other and having multiple carriers with multiple lines. They both helped me sort it out and clearly understand my options. Rene was even willing to stay after closing hours to help me as I waited on hold for a family member to retrieve a PIN number from a former phone carrier. Monica helped with with complete focus and still kept an eye on customers entering the store by greeting them and telling them she would be right with them after helping me all the while never losing her focus on me. That’s a fine art! Great job guys!

I hope everyone cancels all services with this company, like I’m doing at the end of the month. I was charged a 90$ fee that I was told by multiple managers I would not be charged for cancelling internet. This is on a contract that I was illegally put into, because I never agreed to or signed. When I called back to have the issue fixed they simply said that they were “sorry” but could not refund or credit my money back. Instead they promised to investigate the managers involved and “take action”. No one cares about your apologies AT&T!!! To make matters worse they said if I decided to get into an internet contract with them again the fee’s could be waived. This was after talking to a supervisor for an hour who repeatedly said nothing could be done. The supervisor was Brandy employee number MM493X. When I asked to speak to the legal department she said that I would have to look for that on my own and refused to provide me with any additional information or management to solve the issue. This company is completely unprofessional and me and my family will not be providing you with any business moving forward.
I was in there this past week; two male employees were working i coud barely get two words out of them since they seemed more interested in watching a basketball game on TV than assisting me as a customer and a long time ATT customer; I needed a product, they said Go to Best Buys to get it

This service is the absolute worst service I have ever had. I tried to change my auto pay plan to a cheaper one and when I did, they charged me the original higher price plan that I was on, but gave me the cheaper phone service which is terrible service. When I called to explain they wouldn’t refund the difference and wouldn’t give me the service I was charged. And on top of that they were extremely rude about it. I am switching my phone service ASAP

I looked up the nearest store to me on google and the store on Colorado Blvd came up. I went there and the place looked like a zoo, you had to take a number and wait to be called as if you were visiting the DMV, and don’t get me started on the parking. Once I finally got to a rep, almost an hour later, he said he couldn’t help with my issue at the store and that I had to call the insurance company myself in order to place a claim to get a new phone. I tried calling the insurance company on my own but they requested documentation that I was clueless on how to get it from and much less how to fill it all out. To make a long story short, I was driving down Fair Oaks and noticed this little store and decided to give it a try. Finding parking was the easiest thing, as they have a parking lot right next to them, and as soon as I stepped foot in the door I was greeted by Diana. She is amazing! Not only did she take the time to look up my account, but she also discovered that I was due for an upgrade and she suggested I change my plan to the new unlimited plan AT&T offers saving me tons of money on overage fees. I came out of that store with a new iPhone X phone, with a great plan and the best of all with free HBO on my phone. I didn’t have to use my insurance which I was so happy about because I was dreading the whole documentation fiasco they asked for. I am definitely making this my to go AT&T store. I am so glad I decided to stop by. The whole environment is so much different from the other store in Old Town Pasadens. The store was super clean and it smelled good. I noticed the other reps helping other customers and they all had a similar demeanor as Diana did. They were nice and kind to the customers they were helping and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Everything was done so efficiently and in less time than I had spent waiting to be helped at the other store. This was by far the best AT&T store I’ve been to.

In addition to being unable to get us a working phone plan, the employee was condescending without even having the knowledge to justify it. He showed us information in the computer that was 3 years out of date and was rude when we pointed out it was old. He told us incorrect information. He could not find order information in the system from a week or two prior. He didnt really understand the computer system, saying some numbers that were on his screen shouldnt be there (employees at other locations verified it should). Finally, despite being unable to get SIM cards for our phones, he tried to push a larger data plan on us anyway.
Long wait on a Saturday morning. 30-40mins. Helpful staff but they need some more.
Diana was super helpful, patient with my being spazz, and super quick/efficient. I usually dread going to an ATT store because there is typically a long wait, but it was definitely not the case this time.
This place sucks I went to try and get a upgrade and tried to trade my iPhone 3GS for a galaxy 4 and they tried to give me $28 for it when my mom went they gave her $100 for her 3G and was able to get her galaxy 4 and they said thats the best they can do what kind of crap is that they gave her $100 for her older phone and I have one a little newer and tried to rip me off never again will I go to this store makes me want to go to another company
