Extremely helpful! I had a great experience here just now. I needed to have an 8x10 printed for personal stuff and 6 sheets printed on gloss paper for my business. I needed some answers about paper and cost for the gloss printing because I plan to print about 100 more sheets in the next two weeks and the woman who helped me showed me everything I needed to see and walked me thru the prices and weights, I appreciated the attention and really actually helping me figure out what I needed to figure out. Thanks!

Employees are rude. As soon as you walk in you can feel the vibe you are not wanted there. Came in on a wednesday night 10 min before closing and they pretty much made up an excuse not to help and asked me to come back the next day in a fake friendly voice. People do not have that kind of time. They are getting paid to help you. They are too eager to go home even 10 min before closing and could care less about a positive customer experience.

This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is perfectly placed to get in and out then jump on the historic 110 freeway towards downtown Los Angeles. The self printing copiers are easy to use and they produce high quality prints at reasonable prices. The place also had clean bathrooms without having to get a key or door code. I for one am very happy for that. Next time you need a quick print job done consider this place. Happy travels.

Called ahead to make sure they had the size of boxes I needed to send my office full of employees home with their technology. I game them a specific measurement, they casually said they have a bunch of options.Get to the store, nothing but sad expressions and apologies. The people are nice, the shipping and copy services are fine, but I won’t be coming here for packing supplies again.

In store FedEx is not bad. They dont hold a package for a week. Is return to sender way to fast.Delivery to your home is the worst. No note. No package. Phone customer service is the worst. Packages lost all the time. No help.

Employees are terribly rude for no reason. Management should really do something about this. Stay away...go to another printshop, it will make your day a lot better

Great staff and service

When you call, the recording has such a heavy accent it’s hard to determine what is being said. I had to call several times to determine what their operation hours and shipping times were.

I owe the employees here a huge debt! I registered to present a poster at a conference super last-minute, and ended up having to print my poster the morning of the conference. I was panicked and thought that it couldnt be done in time since the FedEx website said that poster printing could take 1~2 business days. The woman who opened (Im afraid I dont remember her name) was super helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that my poster was printed as fast as possible, and enabled me to make it to the conference on time. Ive been in a couple of times since and have always been met by friendly employees (even the few times when Ive come in close to closing).

Received AMAZING service from Joe today at this location. He was polite, gave me great advice about the type of delivery that would be most helpful. AND, when I got an email 5 minutes after Id sent my package advising me that I needed to include one more document, he totally saved the day! Not only did he find my package and help me print the necessary document, he also was able to reuse the original envelope. I work on sustainability, which FedEx markets themselves as being. I saw with my own eyes that JOE at this location went with the sustainable (and truly: less convenient) option. Four cheers for Joe!

The staff there are slow, rude and not helpful at all. I was not informed of any maximum declared value of the items I sent overseas and had to pay extra shipping fee to send the package back.

The employees are not trained, the technology is outdated, and the store manager is too self-important to help.I went in to get two sided color business cards printed, an employee looked at the order and said I should come back tomorrow for their Flash Sale, so I did. The next day I came it and gave my order the employee, employee wasnt trained, so store manager came up, looked at the order, and told the employee (even though I was standing right there) to send me to the self service machines in order to get sale prices. So I did that, entered info, formatted, and the sale price didnt come up. I went back to the employees, who all shrugged, and the store manager, frustrated, said the sale was for something unrelated to my order.These people arent here to help you, go somewhere else.

It’s true the employees are rude. If you can do it at home, save yourself the agony of dealing with these folks.

They take way too long to get projects done and they dont explain the HUGE cost difference between B&W vs Color copies until AFTER your HOUR LONG wait for 3 copies is done. Will be taking our projects elsewhere.

Utterly horrible customer service experience. Avoid this location, better yet avoid FedEx whenever possible if this is how they treat their customers.

I have used these guys many times for quick turn around projects and have had good success with them. They are fast on the timeframes and they are good for the shipping portion as well. A go to for quick and urgent rushed out jobs.

Joe was absolutely wonderful today. He helped me out with an anniversary present for my spouse (our anniversary is tomorrow). I appreciate his advice and direction, and I will definitely be back to this location.

I typically visit a FedEx location closest to home, but was in the area and needed a special type of paper, so I decided to stop by. This quick visit immediately turned into a disappointing experience that left me very upset.I walked into the store approximately 6 minutes prior to closing to purchase paper. As soon as I walked in the associate, Luisa G., rudely exclaimed, Im closing in 6 minutes! She did not greet us, she did not ask if we needed help, she seemed annoyed that we were there. I understand that the store was about to close but I only needed some paper. The associates demeanor was not inviting and did not make me feel welcome.Once at the register, I decided to write down her name and she confronted me asking why I was writing down her name. She immediately became defensive and told me that she had done nothing wrong and did not understand why I was writing down her name. Her tone became louder and more menacing and she continued to confront me. I proceeded to pay for the paper and leave immediately. I have never before had such a frightening and disappointing experience at a store. Luisas reaction was uncalled for and makes me never want to visit this store again.
