Beware! When you return Amazon stuff from here,they like to come out with all kinds excuses to make you buy boxes from them.

I have always had the best service at this wonderful UPS Store in South Pasadena. For more than a few years, I have had a box there to get mail and my packages so that I can be sure all my packages will be received, and the owner Alan and his staff have always been so kind and gracious over the years to me. I am puzzled by some of the less than kind reviews as anyone who goes to this store knows they are one of the busiest stores in the area and have stayed open long hours for all of us due to COVID and the demands it has caused. I am so grateful to them and make weekly visits to get my packages and have always accepted that there may be a line but the lines moves very efficiently. Many people are utilizing their services at this time. Lets be grateful this business is staying open for all of us and doing the best they can under extraordinarily difficult circumstances. Remember these stores are independently franchised and this is a small business (with a big company name) and employs many people. The owner Alan works very hard to run an efficient business and I think their service and care is top notch. Highly recommend this UPS Store in South Pasadena!

Saw the rudest, most immature and unprofessional boy named Cody pitch a cry baby temper tantrum at an elderly customer because she wanted to purchase shipping. The owner seemed to side with the crybaby, which isnt very cool. Employees should not be allowed to have screaming meltdown temper tantrums in public. Was exceedingly unpleasant to be subjected to. The cry baby should be fire on the spot.

They don’t like to work ....this is the only UPS location I know that won’t accept USPS and DHL packages. Customer service is non existent here. Go to the UPS in Alhambra where they accept packages from other carries so that small business owners don’t have to go to 3 different places to drop off the orders. Stay Away.

Safest place to have items delivered. Very professional the owner.

I am an Amazon addict. And I am also a serial Amazon returner.This means that for each and every return, I must visit this UPS store to drop off my returns and I am ashamed to say that I visit this location at least once a week.Each and every time Ive visited this location the guys (and a Gal) working behind the counter have been super nice efficient.They take my package, scan it, give me a receipt and I am on my marry way.If I need adhesive packing slip pouches they give it to me with no problem.

Uploaded a simple 12 page black and white pdf to print 25 stapled copies for pickup. Got confirmation email that it would be ready by 3pm the next day. Showed up at 5:30pm and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. It took them a while to even find the file, then I waited while they printed it. Would not trust them again with an order, particularly a large one.

If you are receiving packages through the UPS Access Point. Go one day after it’s “ready” to pick up your package. They won’t have it ready for you and you’ll make an empty trip.

Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I come in with tall orders and am always disorganized, but I never see a shred of frustration on these guys faces, which is not the case at other UPS or FedEx locations Ive been toThey also offer useful suggestions and are happy to help with little things like taping, opening up packages, etc. A bit more apathy has been common elsewhere, so I try to come here as much as possible

1 extremely passive aggressive man works there with terrible service. He gave me orders to speak in a script! Were customers trying to have a package sent! Tall, white, blue eyes, beard, ginger hair. Beware. Scary.

Very helpful staff. This location has so many services like notary public, Spectrum modem drop off, copying/printing and of course shipping.

Always great, always friendly and professional.

They close on ridiculous holidays like fathers day and mothers day, but their official hours are until 1500 on Sunday. Ive seen several customers drive there on sunday and find the place closed. Its OK if you want to close and allow your employees to take time off, but you must post your correct hours online. Fathers day and Mothers day are not official holidays like MLK, Christmas, etc.

Friendly, helpful clerks that handle your business and personal packages quickly and efficiently.

Guy at front counter greeted me as I walked in. He was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to ship out packages for FBA. Very fair prices. Will return.

Sent in a two page document through the website and when I arrived the three guys standing around doing nothing told me it wouldnt be ready until the next day. Then they said they cant print PDFs or JPEGs.

Alan solved my problem when my package went missing.

These guys are very friendly and professional. I have used them for years and keep coming back.
