Ive been a customer with Webb for quite a few years. I have been a user of web connect ever since they rolled it out. I use it for installation orders and service orders. Very convenient and if you save your boiler bill of materials in your account its only a few clicks to duplicate for a similar boiler install.Good company, good people and they keep expanding the product line.

Dustin Owens was an incredible resource throughout our historic home renovation! He was extremely helpful and efficient at identifying and ordering our desired fixtures. We really appreciated the specifications and updates that he provided along the way. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. My builder set me up there to select my plumbing fixtures for my two bath renovation. The rep was clueless, borderline rude, and unhelpful, she did not know anything about any of the products nor did she give me any suggestions or ideas on alternatives. Even though I had most everything already selected, she could not advise me on a freestanding tub. She basically gave me the suppliers names and told me to find one myself. There was no way I was giving a company like this my business so my builder set me up at Fergusons who was fantastic!

Ive had a great experience with FW Webb. True, the have a wholesale section where they sell primarily to businesses, however, they also have a retail section and show room where you can look at the different products that they have. We use a lot of the FW Webb faucets and other items the ceramic faucets since theyre easy to fix and theyre decent quality for a decent price.They do have a limited quantity of items on their shelves but you can always go to inside sales & order hard to find items from them. Theyre very helpful in trying to find outdated or unusual products and offering solutions for those. I have used FW Webb in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

As a local owner / operator of a couple apartments I find myself baffled that a business that specializes in plumbing supply would try to charge 150 - 200% of market prices on counter sales. It got bad enough that I raised the question last time I went in for a bunch of fittings today -- they assembled a small herd of people and none could figure it out. Save your hard earned dollars and go to Bell/Simmons (Portland), Winsupply (SoPo), or even Lowes. As they say in Canada, these guys are hosers.

Grate place to get parts and suplys for piping plumbing hvac friendly staff

Delivered here with a load of water heaters. People are very friendly, especially Mike who helped me unload my trailer. Plenty of room to dock. They have a large side lot that you can stay over night at. Cant wait to deliver here again!

Horrible customer service. I purchased an expensive black granite kitchen sink. The sink developed white spots. I spoke to A manager in person. She was supposed to research what could be done. I stopped into the store multiple times and left several voice mails and she never got back to me.

Customer service was outstanding! I wish I knew the mans name, but he stayed a little late to help me out and was very knowledgeable. Im glad I stumbled across this place!

With the size of the parts warehouse here, I went in with the expectation that the staff would be able to help me locate what I needed for a plumbing repair at my home. Instead I was met with shrugs, a half-hearted stroll down an aisle, and finally the supremely helpful advice of try looking at a hardware store. Entirely useless assistance from the workers here, spend your money elsewhere.

Rude! If you’re not planning on spending $$$$$$$ don’t bother going. There aren’t any prices posted on anything, the salespeople have to price it out. The saleswoman I had didn’t even bother to give me her name or even walk with me. She continually walked ahead of me. I Couldn’t ask questions because she wasn’t within ears reach. Im redoing a bathroom and came there with an idea. I’m also planning on putting in a new bathroom and would NEVER go there. Just terrible. I told her she was rude and I left.

Spoke with someone on the phone for a part, said it was in stock, drove an hour there and they inform me there out of them and have been out....

I live and work near Augusta. I have water pouring into my basement and my 6 year old Zoeller sump pump switch is failing, so my basement is flooding until I go down and jiggle the pump to trip the switch. I go on the Zoeller website to find the nearest dealer and find the FW Webb store in Winslow. The fellow there (nice guy) says why dont I just go to the store in Augusta on the Leighton Road? So I call them to see if they have my sump pump. The woman basically hangs up on me after telling me they only sell wholesale. So I call the nice fellow in Winslow back and ask him what I should do. He says just walk on in and theyll probably sell it to me since its not a super technical piece requiring a certified plumber to use. So, I did that. Got the same rude response from the guy behind the counter. Meanwhile, my lunch break is over, I have no sump pump in hand, and water is pouring into my basement. Thanks, FW Webb. I will now drive to Portland tomorrow to buy it from some other company.Signed, a very busy single mom who also owns her own business and will never give my business to FW Webb again.

Staff wants to make sure you get what you want and need. They dont rush of push unneeded things on you.
