Katie was phenomenal! I live nearly 50 miles from her store. I wanted an item that my wife found wasnt available online anymore. We checked the Augusta store and they were out also. We called the Auburn store. None left! We finally called the Maine Mall store. Katie was extremely pleasant. She found 2 Snowman Scene foaming soap holders and she HELD these holders until we drove the 50 miles to get them. Katie was even nicer in person! My wife felt so special to get exactly what she wanted (in these days of supply issues).

Great Employees, a bunch of variety of stuff, and we didn’t have to wait for a line to get in and that’s good enough for me.

I have been a sweet pea lover since your stores first opened. I did branch out and now have Saltwater Breeze, Beach, and ice pear in sprays, lotions, and bath gels! Its an awesome store. I have not smelled a scent I dont like, I just liked the above better. The only little negative thing I have to say is Im not crazy about any of the men scents you have. My son went in and could not find any he liked either. But my stuff is great!!

I love this place but it’s kinda a scam. i went the other day for the buy 2 get 2 free and had to put some stuff back. ended up get 3 things and didn’t even point out the fact that i should of got another. going back today to return..

Love their products but prices are too high! $24.00 for a candle. Ridiculous. Will wait till they have a half off sale before I shop again.

Out of the economy size Ocean men’s cologne; no longer carry my own favorite scent line; BUT staff were pleasant & helpful!

They have hand sanitizer that smells real good. The hand soaps are very rich creamy and it leaves your hands smelling clean with a light scent. They have other things for men and women so come pay a visit.

I mean cmon.fragrance everywhere!! Candles, wallfliwers, and body sprays as well as potions. Perfection.

Must be under new management. Poor customer service. The woman who might if been the afternoon manager or dhift lead was carrying a drink, no greeting at the doors. This use to be such a friendly place. 3 woman talking about an upcoming party.

The Maine Mall store is nicely set up. The displays were well stocked with samples ready to be tried. Several gift pack options make it easy to find something ready to give. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help.

I love, love this store! It would be nice if you could smell all of the wallflower scents before purchasing them. I find myself buying only the ones that have a sample scent out.

We had 2 girls at the cash register with 1 line with everyone waiting patiently despite the long line. Then another cashier, Stephanie, replaces one of the girls and decides to take the people at the end of the line bypassing all the people who were next and waiting for 20 minutes.
