They always sell out of the kicks I ware . Uptempos but I cant find them anywhere else lol 😜 also even with the Large crowds they have a shot caller shoe and size . Quick service and very attentive.

Accidentally came in close to closing time and didn’t even notice. workers were so polite & it didn’t feel like they were trying to get rid of us to close faster!

Been coming here for years since I was a kid and it’s always been my favorite store in the mall but things really turned around when they hired the new staff. Now the place is more lively with energy and they make you feel very welcome with great conversation and are extremely helpful when it comes to questions or concerns about products or purchases. They truly are the best of the best you will not be disappointed.

I had just been into the Portland Maine mall footlocker and easily had one of the most helpful and considerate interactions with what I think was the manager there he was od helpful and made it a great experience he should get a raise ASAP @footlocker

Aaron, Karissa and Hamza are every shoppers dream team. They are are truly amazing to work with and very patience with customers as you make your selection of purchase. When Im in the area again this will be my go too for new kicks. Thank you guys for your level of attentiveness and patience.

Caught me n my lady at the door, had us taken care of, trying on the shoes we came for before we even found them on the wall. 106/10 customer service somebody give that boy a mf raise or his own store !!

I bought some shoe cleaner. The cashier was very nice and even showed me how to use it and even gave me some suggestions for cleaning my shoes.

Place refuses to answer the phone but every time your there at least 3 employees are doing absolutely nothing lol

Costumer service sucked. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I went to return shoes that I had bought as a gift that did not fit, was told I could only get a merchandise credit because I paid by debit. I was not told this while at the store purchasing the shoes with debit card. I was then accused of wearing the shoes that I had only bought two days ago and told that they would be unsellable even though I was told by the store clerk that no matter the condition of the shoe I could always bring them back. My boyfriend put them on in his carpeted room to see if they fit, as would anyone else even in the store, so yes he “wore” them, but only for a couple seconds; not enough time to be even close to damaging them. He clearly showed me every flaw on the shoe and claimed it to be my fault. I wanted the money to be put back on my debit card but that was apparently unavailable. Cash was not an option for returns so my only choice was to get a store gift card. He then called store manager and was told to allow it this one time (thankfully). As he was giving the cash he continued to accuse me of wearing the shoes and making it very clear that they never give cash back. Was very unhappy with the attitude given towards me and wish that the return policy was proceeded more clearly when paying with debit card. You lost a few costumers for good.

They are a scam I ordered shoes that are worth $105.00 and almost 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my package to come in. I tried calling to see what’s going on and the phone number provided is fake it doesn’t work. That’s $105.00 gone down the drain. If you wanna get robbed for your money this is the place to shop.

I have been coming here for some time now and I have never felt less like a customer and more like a family member in a retail store. Everytime I come in they ask me how Im doing and whenever I am looking for something specific they are amazing at accommodating my needs. I was in search of new lifting shoes for the gym. Ive been wearing the same ones for awhile now. They sat and looked at the pictures of the ones I had and offered suggestions about ones that I might like. When I felt all hope was lost they all worked together to find me a pair I might like. As a team, they provided me with the perfect sneakers and I dont think Ive ever been happier. This will always be my first stop when sneaker shopping. They have accommodated my family and my friends and I will always suggest this store!!! Thank you guys ❤

I was in the store yesterday for the first time and was absolutely floored by the level of customer service and attentiveness I received from Aaron C. The company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee representing them. I will definitely be returning for any future shoe purchases.

I came in for a last minute valentines present for my boyfriend and it started out with me having no idea what to get him, but with the help of the lovely worker Zack who coincidently knew my boyfriend picked out the perfect gift. Best experience I’ve ever had, best customer service, thanks Zack.

I would ask anyone not to buy anything @footlocker. They suck. I purchased shoes and after wearing them for two days they were hurting my toes, it was clearly a size misjudge. I went back after only 12 days and they said they can not allow a return or exchange. I had the receipt and all. They instead called security on me because I was trying to reason with them. Is this the kind of business we want in America? #Better Business Bureau should take notice of this and do something

Worst staff. Too busy being bro’s instead of helping. When they do help. They’re not helpful. Go to Finishline!
