I have a strong prescription and recently went in for an eye exam after three years of not getting one. I had mentioned I wanted to try contacts after not having them for many years. . I was told that there would be a fitting available in one months time which would give them plenty of time given that they know my prescription, to order the contact lens trials. A month goes by, and an hour before my appointment they cancel it saying that they made a mistake due to the strength of my prescription. They rescheduled me for next week, stating that the lenses would take “2-3 business days to arrive.” The next day, I received a call saying That the contact lenses will take more than three weeks to arrive, NOT the previously mentioned 3 day time frame. To top it off, the representative did not schedule a definitive date to come in, rather stating..”we will call you whenever they arrive.”

I want to say how much Harborview Eyecare has accommodated me in the years myself and my family have been there. We are very pleased and I want to personally thank Kat for tightening my glasses. I was there 3 times in a week to have my glasses adjusted and the 3 rd time I asked for her and she took care of me. I thank you Kat and would like to recognize her. She deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had a lazy eye my whole life which stinks because it looks weird and because it causes me to have double vision. Every doc has told me to learn to live with it, there are no options for adults with this issue. Not the doc at Harbor View. She set me up with prisms in my glasses and for the first time in my life I didnt have to struggle to keep my eye from wandering. Immediately my headaches decreased. Then she went above and beyond to recommend vision therapy which I could do in their office!!! One stop shop! The vision therapist was amazing, so kind and patient. She made the homework exercises fun and showed me that I could strengthen my eye.The team up front and at the check in are spectacular as well. They were always so nice week after week.

Remarkable service! Efficient and thoughtful. Dr. K. and his team go above and beyond to make this experience and their service extraordinary. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment Dr. Krithivas. The doctor was so kind and respectful and incredibly professional despite my long list of questions. 10 stars!!!!!

Dr. K is extremely knowledgable, validating, patient, and kind. Unfortunately that can be hard to come by in the medical field these days. He really goes out of his way to take the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand. I believe he truly cares for the well being of his patients. Tammy (vision therapy) is also all those things I listed above. She does a great job at explaining the exercises and adjusting them as needed to make it more comfortable. I am hopeful that having the two of them in my corner will help me live a normal life again someday.

Terrible. Gave me a price on new lenses. I drove an hour and a half and they reneged on price. And they lost the original lenses from another pair. Dr K is a great eye doctor. But the glasses department is a shady operation. They definitely lost a customer today.Update: They rectified lost lens situation. Unfortunately the sunglasses I received from them gave me headaches immediately. They finally refunded me on these but not after trying to send me out the door with them, saying: I should get used to them. Ive never been told to endure headaches while I get used to my new $300 lenses. As said, Dr. K is very thorough,

After moving to this area I researched optometrists and found that Dr. Krishna had excellent credentials. After visiting with him I could see that his expertise goes beyond just his education and experience. I have eye issues resulting from a concussion and Dr. K is extremely knowledgable in this area. He spent a lengthy amount of time carefully and thoroughly explaining the how and why of all of my symptoms in such a way that it was clear and easy to understand. He is highly intelligent and the depth of his knowledge is amazing. He is also very calming and compassionate and answers any questions or concerns you have. The staff is friendly and efficient and my experience here was outstanding.

Just came back from a basic exam and refraction. The office is totally pro from the front desk to the Dr (I saw Dr. Leland). Ive been involved professionally with hundreds of medical offices over the last 30 years. Without a doubt these folks do a fantastic job, and the cost was very reasonable. Lucky to have them as neighbors here in SoPo.

Ive never had anything but a stellar experience at Harbor View. Their office is exceptionally clean and welcoming, staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. K is lovely and great at explaining anything you need to know. I especially like the free coffee everywhere you look...but think about switching to paper cups 😉 Highly recommend this excellent place!

Dr. CF (Crozier-Fitzgerald) is hands-down the best optometrist I have ever seen (pun not intended). She is friendly, thorough, and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Unlike most optometrists, and doctors in general, she is not interested in rushing you in and out the door. And its obvious that she loves what she does and is very knowledgeable about it. We are even planning to take our 4yo to her for his first eye exam later this year! I highly recommend Dr. CF to anyone looking for an optometrist.

This place is phenomenal. Ive had some bad prescriptions before. I asked my friends where I could go to get a razor sharp prescription, and several people said this place. It did not disappoint. It appears as though they have all the latest technology. It made my old eye doctor look medieval by comparison. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Top of the line equipments, excellent service, doctors that make things easy instead of over complicating everything, parking on the side, vast inventory of frames and lenses, super clean facilities. Today was my first time there, I wish I had known it before. Strongly recommend it.

I really love this place. The staff are uniformly friendly and Dr. K is patient, knowledgeable, and unfailingly courteous. I also value that they stand behind their glasses and really care that you end up with glasses youre happy with.

Called in Thursday to make an appointment to have my eye checked out, had an opening available Monday. In and out in 30 minutes with a full checkup and solution to an eye problem I have had for months. Very friendly staff and very informative. Im glad Ive chosen Harbor View for my eye care needs!

Not pleased with their services, for a single-vision prescription sunglass, they screwed my sunglasses and Ive to make 5 trips to get them right however I still didnt get the sunglass to my expectations and at-last I compromised. Wont go there again.Update on Jan-2018 - Appreciate the gesture from Dr. K (the owner), he personally called me and make sure that all my concerns are addressed. Good to see that they really value their customers feedback and take action on it.

Our experience with Harbor View Eye Clinic was not good. With every appointment even thought we are reaching on time, we have to wait at least for an hour or so to see the doctor.

I am always greeted and assisted by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff regardless of if I have an appointment, am buying products or just have questions. Dr. Krithivas is the best eye doctor I have ever had!

Dr. Krishna Krithivas is the greatest. He is so knowledgable and willing to explain anything. He makes me feel very comfortable.

My frames are great but the lenses are blurry, coated and horrible. Hated the service, particularly this awful woman who worked with me after the glasses were made.

Jeremy and the staff at harbor view went above and beyond with their eye care for me. Strongly recommend!!!
