New Essence Eyeshadow palettes. Ive heard good things about them.

Mens Cut - Ulta was able to accommodate me same day for a haircut, actually within the hour that I called them. The stylist was Carla, and she did a quick and really great job, and was nice to speak with. The staff were really friendly. Wanted to leave a good review because they were a step up from the salon I had been using recently.

Employees are never anywhere to be seen and they aren’t helpful in this location. So I decided to do drive up, easier! No one answers to bring my order out each and every time! I end up having to unload my toddler and go into the store at the counter and still no one is friendly 99% of the time. I never give bad reviews but this particular location annoys me!

Went in today to see Carla for a basic root touch up since my stylist was out of town. When I got into my car I realized my roots were died a light red color, instead of my deep brunette color she planned to match. I went back in and asked to speak with a manager who only offered that I could see Carla back in the chair. Obviously I was not comfortable going back to her and left to touch my hair up at home. Lesson learned, wait for your stylist! DO NOT trust anyone at this Ulta to do your hair.

I told Suzanne what I needed and she took me around the store, getting all the products and explaining how to use them. She also offered follow up assistance if I called the store. I felt very taken care of!

Ali at the Benefit Brow Bar is amazing ! She is extremely friendly, professional and always tints my brows perfectly! Ill never go to anyone else now that Ive found her!

Went and had my hair done at the salon. Honestly the dye job was not good and the cut was even worse. The employees and manager was very accommodating when I went back in and showed them where the dye didn’t take and the cut was wrong. Ultimately I had to get my money back and had to keep the bad dye and cut job as it couldn’t be fixed and I refused to cut my hair shorter. Pony tail it is for quite some time.

I had a great experience going here. I needed make up for a wedding and I don’t know anything about make up, but I had help from one of the associates there named Mackenzie And she was wonderful. She knew exactly what she was talking about and with COVID policies in place I wasn’t able to test concealers for the right color, but she was able to eye ball it and it hit spot on. I went home and tried it out and it was amazing!

I went to pick up an online order. The hours were convenient & the staff didnt keep me waiting. Painless process!

Im assuming they were understaffed on the day we visited (a Saturday). One lady tried assisting me with a color and brand of foundation, but was called away by a manager to help at the register without so much as a care for the fact that the woman was in the middle of helping a customer at the time. Unable to try anything on and eyebrow waxing was shut down due to COVID (understandable).

I only go to this Ulta because it’s the only one around. I quite frequently pick up online orders at this store and although most of everyone is very nice there is one woman who’s always give me negative vibes. She’s very judgmental and comes across like she doesn’t want to even be interacting with you. It left a sour taste in my mouth and I hope that I don’t have to interact with her again. These are your customers, please treat them with respect and decency. I will not say her name but she’s a ”mature” (older) woman.

Sue was great! She gave excellent beauty advice. Would love to go back just to hear her talk about her beauty products!

The staff here are wonderful, very willing to help and provide advice. The store is very clean and organized. Theres something for everyone. I highly suggest this location!

Do not place an online order with this company. The orders never ship and it is extremely difficult to contact customer service. When finally reached they offered to send overnight however the replacement shipment is currently showing standard ground service with an estimated arrival date of another week. I will be contacting my back to file a fraudulent charge complaint and get my money credited back to my account. I was told by Ulta that it would take 8 - 10 days for a refund to be processed. Completely unacceptable! Buyer Beware!

Amazing service! Just ordered using the stores new curbside pickup, the service was fast, efficient and very nice considering the new circumstances they must work through. Truly addicted to Ulta and so thankful the one in Portland is so great and that the workers are even better!!!!!!!

A Ulta member by the name of Emily helped my mom feel pretty today😁.She was very welcoming and answered all my moms questions. She helped her pick out a great start to get her beauty supplies going.Everything she recommended worked great with her skin and I was impressed,My mom was thrilled with how good she felt with the make up.with her help our total was an almost 100$ sale!!.She was a great sales member and gave us great customer service And thats hard to come by now a day.I just really hope she gets recognized for how kind she was.Thank you for you time!

Feel free to contact me. If you want to experience the dread of mean girls like its high school...shop at this location and ask for help from the floor.

The first time I had my hair done here was in October and they treated me like a queen! First of all, I had made an appointment at the last minute and they were more than willing to fit me in! Also, I felt like a movie star because I had about 3 people doing things for me since I not only wanted to get a cut and color but also an eyebrow wax. Anne is the very sweet and kind lady who did my hair and I loved it! She listened to what I wanted to do and did exactly that, making recommendations on how to take care of my hair to keep it that way. While the color was setting, another gentleman waxed my eyebrows, and then because my skin was red from being waxed, Anne took the extra step to grab a girl from the Mac area I believe to conceal the redness! I swear I’ve never felt more taken care of in a salon before! That’s why I returned yesterday to get a trim and again I called at the last minute, only having an hour before I had to be somewhere but I lucked out because it wasn’t super busy (on a Saturday no less), and the hair gods were looking out for me as Anne was the one who picked up the phone. Even though this was a quick haircut, I was offered a water, and Anne took the extra time to make sure I had no split ends, applying a mending oil after to tame flyaways and telling me the benefits of using it. I will definitely be returning to get my hair and eyebrows done before my wedding in August!

Outstanding service! Anne is an incredibly skilled and patient stylist, always consistent and accommodating! I drive 1 1/2 hours each way for her knowledge and skills!

Love the hair salon here. Ive been coming here regularly. I see Carla every time, she does an amazing job! Gets the exact color I want (I tend to change it up from time to time), really friendly and good prices for services. Unfortunately I needed a half hour face done but they are down a MAC girl 😟 so thats the only reason Im giving one star less. BUT I was surprised to make my purchases and receive some nice gifts to boot!!

The customer service was lackluster no one ever greeted me when I came in no one ever asked me if I needed any help while I was shopping through the store I honestly I believe they thought I wasnt going to make a purchase because Im African-American. I have planned on purchasing a few items but due to the fact that I couldnt locate them I opted just to buy the one item I could find on my own when walking through the store most of the sales associates were talking amongst themselves and even after I made my purchase the sales associate barely looked me in my eye and didnt thank me for my purchase. In future I will probably only order online from Ulta Beauty.

Visited here because of my granddaughter... Not really in to makeup myself, but the girl who helped was very nice, friendly, personable and helpful... If I did need or want makeup advice, I would definitely go here.

I just love Ulta! They just need to start stocking their shelves with more of each product, or, youre stuck waiting for the next shipment to come in. Staff is always friendly. Returns are super easy here.

My wife is more than enamored with this place. Id say roughly 10% of my paycheck goes here every week. Great selection, helpful people, Ulta is a great place. At least so Im told. Personally Ive spent about two minutes in there, but the females of the family are greatly enamored with the selection and pricing. Again, all I really see is the list of charges on the Amex bill, but since I trust the judgement of my wife and daughter... 5 stars.

Lots of great products but very unfriendly staff. There are always way too many employees roaming around, talking about their personal lives with each other. Never once do they try to help or even say hello.

Live Ulta! Friendly staff that have knowledge of the products and can help you chose. I buy all of my Paul Mitchell products here, and they do great sales on them! Check this place out of all makeup, haurand perfume products. They have a salon as well,but I have never had any services there. Much better than Sephora 😁

Initially I wasnt having a great experience. I was looking for a specific product for my hair and would have liked to ask one of the hair stylists for advice, but they were all huddled together in the back like a bunch of teenage girls... Didnt look very inviting... HOWEVER, I saw a few ladies getting their brows done in another part of the store and thought, what the heck, why not. Brie was AMAZING! She fit me in right before she needed to go and really took her time. My brows have never looked THIS good before!!! She was super nice as well. Im from out of town, but wish I lived closer just to get my brows done by Brie!

The salon at ulta beauty is great! The staff is friendly and helpful! Taylor is an awesome Hairstyler. She did my hair exactly the way i asked! And Jenna is a great dermatologist. She waxed and tint my eyebrows in very short time. I already made my next appointment with them! Highly recommend!

They werent to concerned or apologetic either
