Justin was the salesman that I worked with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed a genuine enthusiasm about the car that got me excited to be a part of the process. He was not at all pushy made the process feel very safe, I worked with multiple other dealers on other lots most of whom applied pressure that left me uneasy about this process. Justin however played a big part in bringing me into the Buick family.

I am definitely not happy with the service. My first experience with the service department I was told the electrical problem was with my trailer, not the truck. After I paid to have my trailer inspected & cleared I had to argue with your technicians until they discovered the electric module on the truck wasnt connected properly to the frame & it was finally resolved. I also scheduled an appointment but was emailed a different day & time. When I called to clarify I was told there was no appointment either day! We have had wonderful luck with 2 other dealerships, but not with yours.-- About 8 weeks ago I had air suspension added to my truck but when I returned about 5 1/2 weeks ago to fix one side I was told it would need to be replaced.. I was told that the service department would call me the next week to schedule the fix, as soon as the part came in. I have heard nothing from anyone! I have not wanted to call because my dealings have been so unpleasant that I could write a small book.I am also frustrated that for all the scheduled visits, there seems to be no attention to time as my vehicle sits for hours while I wait until it is taken in for service, again, for pre-scheduled appointments. I live 1 hour away so I just have to wait for repairs. This is not acceptable.Thank you.Dave

We have owned our Sierra 1500 truck for less than three years and it has 50K miles. It has been serviced regularly with regular oil changes and has largely freeway mileage. So it is extremely disappointing that we have had to bring it down for repair three times in as many weeks at a cost of over $4000 after the electrics completely failed.When we asked the service staff if this was to be expected of a GMC vehicle, they said its not unusual. On questioning the manager he informed us that if you buy a truck with more features (electric back window, heated seats, charger etc) then theres more to go wrong. It does not inspire confidence to buy any GMC truck at $70K plus. Nor does it inspire confidence in GMCs service that it wasnt repaired until the 3rd visit when finally we had to have the truck towed to them. Ended up being the starter motor but took them three visits to figure it out. On complaint, the manager refunded $100 which didnt even cover the cost of towing.The poor customer service and cavalier response to our concerns just lost them a two vehicle order. We decided not to purchase GMC for our business again, and placed an order online for a Tesla truck and a Tesla Y model instead. Delivery in January but it will be worth the wait.

Sales Manager Rob Krebs worked with me since March 2021 to get a 2500 HD ordered. He was informative and kept me up to date as I had to change my order from a 2021 to a 2022 due to limited supply of parts. He also honored our original deal. When we finally picked up the truck Salesman Kim Robinson spent over an hour with us explaining all the features. This was the easiest and least stressful new vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had.

Piotr(Peter) was awesome. He did a great job from the time he approached us til the end of the sale. The only weird part was at the end when we were still in the parking lot and Piotr called us back because a finance manager Rob that we had never dealt with was asking how our experience was and wanted to make sure there was no bad blood. I literally said to him this is awkward and not sure why we would be called back for this when we had just walked out of Mikes (finance manager) office and finished our deal. Other than that good experience and we LOVE our truck! Thanks Piotr and Mike!

I had in the past worked with Amer at Salt Lake Valley GMC in purchasing a new 2018 GMC 3500 and was looking at purchasing a new 2022 GMC 3500. So I reached out to Amer and once arriving I was met by Amer but then immediately passed on to another salesman. Then they tried to offer me $10,000 less for my trade in than the 2 other dealers I had looked at. I even showed them the 2 other trade in offers on my truck but they would not match their offers. They are also charging a $3,000 market adjustment on there truck. I immediately left and went to Jerry Seiner GMC, their offer on my trade in matched the 2 other offers I had received and they did not charge me a $3,000 market adjustment as Salt Lake Valley GMC was trying to. I am happy I purchased my New 2022 GMC 3500 from Jerry Seiner GMC. I will never purchase another vehicle from Salt Lake Valley GMC and I will not ever bring my vehicle in for service there. They are simply trying to take advantage of customers. Do yourself a favor and purchase your GMC from another GMC dealer. You will be treated better and you will not get ripped off on your trade and overcharged on there vehicle.

Routine oil change, went lickety split. I was really early for my appt, so my wait was probably a little longer than it would have been, and thats ok. They are always courteous and friendly and answer my questions without eye-rolling ;)

Since day one from buying our first GMC vehicle. Had some disappointing issues with the survive that I let it pass. ( red flag🚩🔴)not the sales guy. End part 🤭.-5 STARSThan after driving 6000 miles the engine light came on and took it back to check and see what was the issue. The service department gave me a diagnose and I 100 to1,000,000.. % DONT RECOMMENDED THIS as dealership to buy a car or trust to do any repairs. At this point I don’t feel comfortable of the work they have done. Trust me I have Never been so upset with the kind of service until this one place GMC service department. They just lie and lie to get you calm. And letting you also know that they will call you back. 🚩Not a single call. Promising to get things done as soon they can and they DON’T give you and estimate time frame to get the work done. Drop my vehicle the middle of JUNE. I went back to see if the oil service was done at least at the end of JUNE 2021 and J… said !yes it’s done and ready! we are just waiting for the part to ship in and change the part and done. END of JULY 2021 Talking to the same guy J… told me they just did the oil service since they had to drain all the oil anyway to change the part they need to fix. So their was no need to do it before. 😡Why lie 😡🚩🔴 to a new Costumer (I told them multiple time it’s our first vehicle from GMC) still don’t care.The bottom line is THEY DON’T CARE once you buy a vehicle from them and they think they can tread your new vehicle like old one or used one they just don’t care. I can keep writing more but…Last (“my new vehicle was damaged another part of it by them, while getting where they need it to get to fixed the issue. At this point J…. also assumed that I was leasing the vehicle. That got me even more upset.😡 Wouldn’t they have that on their record??Hello?? Very stressful to deal with NEVER EVER again I would buy or recommend someone to buy a vehicle from this place I’m sure their are other GMC places in the nation that have better service than SLC GMC. I am on my 2nd set of brakes at 70,000 miles. My brakes have squeaked since the day I bought the truck. I have had it in multiple times and was told GMCs have squeaky brakes. I took my truck in for an oil change a few weeks earlier and told the tech my brakes squeak even when Im not pressing the brake pedal. He said he checked them out and they were good. 2 weeks later they were grinding and I had to replace the rotors. My brakes still squeak even when I am not pressing the brakes. I would not buy another vehicle or have a vehicle serviced by Salt Lake Valley GMC.

Went to look at a Kia Sorrento for our family of 6 over the weekend. We were greeted by Isaiah who was great. He showed us the vehicle but also showed us professional and respect by giving us the freedom to choose to buy the vehicle vs pushing us to buy the vehicle. We were traveling across the US and had a problem with the DEF filter just outside Salt Lake City. The Service Department worked with us to get our AT4 HD into the shop and replace the entire DEF filter assembly amazingly quickly. We were able to get back on the road the same day we dropped it off thanks to all of the Service Staff. Thank you.

The service department was great. I came in after a 1000 mile trip, my truck was having problems, and they worked me in to take care of the problem. They had it running quickly but that wasnt the problem. Instead of letting me go back to Texas without finding the problem, they took the time to make sure that I wouldnt have any issues with my trip.Thank you guys great job.

The deal for the new truck and trade in was done over the phone. Amer, the sales manager was straight forward and made the process seamless and really easy. Since I was an out of state buyer I thought it would be more difficult but once again, Amer made the process easy. For the day of the actual purchase and pick up of my new truck it was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Amer knew that I would be driving in from another state for the purchase and arriving to the dealership after being on the road for 8 hrs. Once again, everything went smoothly and was extremely easy. Everything was ready for me upon arrival. All of the paperwork was ready and just needed to be signed. There was no surprises and or unexpected issues which was amazing and speaks to the professionalism of the dealership. Isaiah was my guy at the dealership. He went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. He showed me everything I needed to know about my new truck and was very knowledgeable about all the packages and applications that it offered. Without hesitation, he helped me transfer my extremely heavy tool box from the bed of my trade in, into the bed of my new truck. This was not an easy task but we got it done. Mike from the finance dept had everything ready to go as well, and made the process very easy. There were no hidden fees or new charges, everything was exactly as discussed over the phone and all I had to do was sign the papers. This was the quickest and easiest vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

Less than one star. Jake in service was nothing but rude the moment I walked through the door. I understand business gets stressful when youre short staffed. But, I would bet its because nobody wants to work with this kind of person. The techs at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC misdiagnosed my car and still charged a diagnosis fee they were unwilling to waive. Im certainly happy I took my business elsewhere or I would have paid thousands to repair something that wasnt even wrong with the car. To Jake, relax...its a job.

Kim did a great job explaining trucks coming in. He asked us if we wanted to drive one in-stock to see how it feels and we ended up buying that one because we liked it so much. I was promised on 4 different occasions that I would get a call “no matter what” at a certain time to provide a status update and timing estimate. NONE of those 4 calls happened. In the end I had to track down the part in your own parts department and push the service Dept to do the fix. 2 weeks without AC in 100+ degree heat. I was told at first visit that the part would be in within 48 hrs. 2 weeks later and MANY calls from me to your service and parts depts I was finally able to get my car fixed. You’re obviously understaffed… as the dude writing tickets for the main shop was fond telling me.

My check engine light came on, my code reader at home showed the code for a transmission control module. So I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday July 14th 7:30. I didnt hear anything Wednesday, called Thursday afternoon and was told someone would get back to me (they never did), Friday afternoon I called again and was told that I needed a new TCM and the part was ordered and would take 3-5 days. Fine. It was recommended to leave the car so I did. The entire next week I heard nothing. So Monday, now 12 days without a car and no updates. I started calling again. I was told someone would call me back, which didnt happen so I call back and Ramon was the only helpful person I talked to and he needed to wait until the morning to figure it out, but said someone would call me first thing. I got a call from Ramon at 1030 that they found the part and it would be installed ASAP and got a call later that afternoon that it was done, 13 days after I dropped my car off. The communication was terrible, I should not have to call for updates and if I do someone should be able to help me out with accurate information and call me back when that is what they say they are going to do Second, the part that was supposed to take 3-5 days actually took, ? 11 days thats unreasonable. I wont be coming back.

I had an appointment on Monday at 0730. They called me at 9 am. The amount of money to fix it was over the limit so they called warranty and they were supposed to start on it. As of yesterday they still had not started on it. They have had it all week, I have initiated the calls to try to figure out what is going on. Today is Friday afternoon and I still have not gotten a call for status update. This is not acceptable customer service, they should not treat veterans or other customers like this. I have already told 3 people looking for vehicle not to go there.

We paid over $400 for what was virtually just a new battery. We used to enjoy dealing with this dealership. In the past they would have washed our car and it was badly in need of a wash.The electronic equipment no longer shows the speed as it did and we do not know how to change it back. There is a black piece of equipment from the engine or some other place from which it was removed - simply tossed on our back seat.We save automatically for a newer car every 5 years and this summer we planned to buy our 3rd car from this dealership. Now we are wondering if this is the quality of service we could expect in the future.

Worst experience dealing with Isaiah and all the management team today. From the beginning (9 AM in the morning showing my VERY pregnant wife the truck to coming back in between business meetings to purchase the truck) I was upfront about what I wanted to put down as a down payment. As I returned they disregarded it all to finance more (I get it they want me to finance as much as possible), I told them no and Isaiah goes back to their deal desk again and comes back with a different offer. I again say, No, this is the amount I want to put down and he goes and then comes back with ANOTHER lower amount. I start getting upset and feeling my time is being wasted. I asked if a manager needed to get involved and he said he would go talk to them. Finally came back with the amount I wanted financed, AND RAISED THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK $3,000. The excuse was its a competitive market and we can do that. The customer is NOT a value to them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I drove over two hours for a GMC Terrain they had on the lot. I was going to be trading in my current car which was a 2020 with 25,000 miles no issues at all with it. The trade in value was a serious kick in the face. Complete waste of time for that, but I still decided to hear what else they could offer. They then tried selling me the car on the lot for more then what it was posted on the KSL ad with all the added discounts Wish I could get my time back for that waste of a trip.

Disappointing experience.Drove in expecting to buy a Yukon at the price listed online AND listed on the window sticker. After sitting with Sales, going through the process, they came back with a final price $3.5k ABOVE what was advertised and listed physically on the car itself, still sitting just outside the window. Their explanation was simply that they ‘could’ because people are looking for these cars all over the place. Also that the owner would be mad if they sold it for less.I’m not opposed to market pricing, but this was a naked bait-and-switch cash grab. Deceptive business practice at best. Also a waste of my morning. Disappointed to say the least.

I will never go back to this dealership I was traveling feom out of town and needed a oil change and they said I needed new brakes and a recall on the radio so I said that was fine. I picked it up 4 hours later and the truck was pulling really bad so I brought it back and all they said was we will do a alignment and they wouldn’t get me a loaner. So I left and came back a few hours and took it on the expressway and hit my breaks and almost went sideways and could’ve totaled my truck! I slowly drove it back and demanded to have someone ride with me and I showed them the issue! Once back at the dealer for the third time the manager came out And laughed saying they put the break pads in wrong and it was a simple fix it was already 5 in the afternoon and I dropped my truck off for a oil change at 7 am. Suddenly they had a loaner as the manager knew I was mad and already pushed off my appointments for the day. The whole situation was very dangerous and wasn’t handled well. Obviously the tech that did the breaks wasn’t experienced and could’ve totaled my truck or even hurt someone!

Since the OEM part needed to replace the left side impact sensor for my 2002 Chevy Blazer is no longer manufactured. I located a used, tested part on EBAY (I checked for the accurate part number from the GMC site). I brought in the part, and Jake and his technicians were so professional. They replaced it quickly and easily. Jake also recommended that the radiator be flushed, and discovered that there were cracks. This discovery saved me from bad trouble in the near future. The radiator was replaced, and the work was done quickly. You have a great service team at SLV Buick-GMC.

Bribes for 5 star reviews. They offer a ten dollar discount if you leave a 5 star reviews so dont expect any 5 star reviews on here to be genuine. I took my truck in for an oil change and new brakes. Came out with underinflated tires, debris in my A/C system making my truck sound like a turbine engine firing up, and a warning light on the trailer brake system. They offered to look at all the problems, but would not agree to pay for any of the issues and had me set up another appointment to address those issues. Went in with no warning lights, $700 later, it came out with a christmas tree of a dashboard and so much cabin noise. They have effectively sold me on never buying a GMC vehicle again if this is the service that is given and the low moral way of conducting business.Update 3/11/21: My brakes still vibrated significantly when traveling downhill after driving up the canyons. I told the service department the rotors were warped when I went in, and they said they werent upon evaluation, (seems they are after all cause the pads alone did not give me stock performing brakes) so even that was not fixed correctly, considering the importance of brakes for safety they gave me a ticking time bomb and lead me to believe everything was ok. The events being investigated have yielded no results for me, not even as much as a simple phone call to apologize. They are very curious in their lack of ability to take ownership of any of the problems they caused me, and even in their response to this review they fail to say even a simple sorry (which would have honestly been enough for me to put all this in the rearview mirror). Oh well, that chapter of headaches is over, yesterday I traded in my GMC Sierra HD Denali in for a new top of the line Jeep Gladiator because I could not turn on the A/C system without being constantly reminded by how poorly this company treats its customers. This dealership is the reason I will never buy another GM vehicle for the entirety of my life. I am beyond thrilled with my new Jeep, in a way im grateful and must say thanks to this dealership for being so awful that it ultimately lead me to have one of the greater joys ive experienced over the last year, buying my new jeep and freeing myself from any ties to GM.Update 6/21/2021:The investigations into the event have still yet to yield me any results or even a response. I worked in automotive quality management before moving to Salt Lake, and when a customer complaint occurs you do a simple process commonly called a CAPA (corrective/preventative action plan). It is required by all businesses that are IATF compliant (automotive quality certification held by GM) to process customer complaints in an effective manner and implement a corrective action to correct the situation and a preventative action to prevent reoccurance. I will be reaching out to my contacts in Detroit at GM marketing and notifying the irreparable damage this business is doing to their brand, as well as the contacts I have in the quality department. Shoot I might as well send an email over to the certifying body and reach out to a region dealer rep as well, I do believe their number is in the owners manual. Since you all werent capable of conducting an investigation or a corrective action, lets see if someone who knows what they are doing at GM can teach you. You shouldnt have to rely on fake reviews to hide your horrid businesses performance, maybe if youd follow the protocol you wouldnt have to give people $10 per review to get any good ones.

BEWARE. Should be zero stars. I never post reviews on anything but these guys are the absolute worse. I purchased a new GMC Yukon Denali years ago and bought, at the same time, an 84 month.75K mile extended warranty for $2,820. In December 2020, the vehicle seized though zero fault of my own at the 48 month mark with just 31K miles (not in dispute) but they, inexplicably, wont honor their own warranty and, worse, even call/email back with any plausible excuse as the repairs from a fellow GMC dealership totaled $7,935. We endured weeks of run around and finger pointing between the dealership and their warranty company followed by a complete ghosting by Mike Fonger, our original salesperson who is now the dealership president and his extended team. Their lawyers offered me $1,500, roughly half of the warranty cost, hoping Ill go away. I wont. I liken this to paying for a fire insurance policy and then one day your house burns down and they try to negotiate you under the table with your original money. On principle, Ill spend more than the repair cost to fight and ensure others dont fall victim to these fraudulent clowns. In fact, please let me know if youve had similar experiences as Id like to launch a class action lawsuit. If not, STEER CLEAR and please tell all of your friends.

Just picked my car up after they fixed a shift to park issue. I recently bought the car online at the end of January and there were no other issues. The car has been great otherwise. After picking it up the check engine light was on!!! After taking it back in, they found that something wasnt completely connected correctly when they took the shifter apart and easily fixed the problem. They were very responsive and helpful during this. The only thing I wish they would have done better was really making sure the car was put back together correctly and noticed the check engine light so I didnt have to. Having to come in another day and work around my work schedule was a little bit of a pain. Over all it was a good experience and appreciate their help in getting this taken care of and fixing the problem.

I had a good experience with these guys the first time I purchased 7 years ago. However, time has changed their view of the customer experience!They had a specific used truck I was looking for so I went in to buy it. One of my major concerns was the extended warranty. I wanted to be able to utilize someone close to me. Well the finance manager was wrong! 3 days after running the truck 4 major items failed and $4400 out of pocket later I’m still waiting on a truck that I haven’t driven hardly at all! I’ve given the sales department multiple calls for help without any return phone call. They think I will just go away. Buyer beware! If your considering purchase here I would advise you to find a different place because if something goes wrong they will never stand behind their vehicle!

Very happy with SLV GMC. I called and spoke to Jake on Friday afternoon about an error message “service DEF” system on my brand new truck with 502 miles. He ended up getting me in first thing Monday morning, gave me a loaner truck while they had mine, and cleared the code. The service manger (sorry I didn’t catch your name) also hooked me up with an AT4 hat. I was super impressed with the service and kindness I received. Took my truck in for a serious issue. Was told it was all covered under power train warranty due to the fact that they told me it was the “lifters”. I was never informed throughout the week that my truck was there on what was going on or the process of the fix. After a week of my truck being in the shop I get a message saying my truck is ready for pick up, I arrive and they hit me with a bill and amount due. They didn’t change the lifters and ended up doing an oil change which wasn’t needed yet and supposedly cleaning the injectors. After going back and forth I finally gave up because I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid the bill to get my keys and get out. I’m very disappointed with how this went. I get home and park my truck in my driveway just to find a big leak on the ground the next morning, I’m assuming they spilled oil in the engine bay and it fell in the plastic cover plate so it was all leaking from there. Brought my truck in for service here, this was my first experience at this GMC dealership. I scheduled the appointment in advance and dropped it off the night before my appointment. It sat there for a day and a half and I never once received a call from my supposed customer service representative. I made three calls myself to get updates, and it wasnt until the third call on day two that I was actually connected to my rep. Come to find out they had ordered a part for it from Michigan and were waiting for it to arrive, estimated 3-5 business days. They knew they were going to have my vehicle for 3 to 5 days and couldnt pick up the phone to let me know?! Absolutely zero customer service there...do not use them for your service needs.

Go ANYWHERE else if you value your safety. The sales manager at Valley Buick (Rob Krebs) was verbally abusive and physically intimidating. When discussing an error in a vehicle quote, he suddenly became irate, and aggressively invaded my personal space and tried to pull documents out of my hands. When I protected myself, he began shouting at me and my grandmother in profanities. This man is obviously a danger. I wish the rest of the staff would have taken responsibility for preventing and repairing the trauma he delivered onto me and my family.

I’m not really sure why your service department even makes appointments. We took the day off work to drive over 2 hours to have our vehicle worked on here for warranty work. When we made the appointment we told them it needed to be the same day. They gave us a rental car that was covered under the warranty, to drive around for the day. Came to check on things 4.5 hours after we dropped off our vehicle only to be told that it wouldn’t be worked on until the following day. After having a decent buying experience this was a HUGE let down. We will not be coming back after the way we were treated.

Bought a new pickup here a few weeks ago. Sales experience was good. But the truck broke down a few weeks later. It happens. But, the response of the service department has been completely terrible. Each time I interact with them they act like they have never ever encountered me before. Truck has less than 600 miles on it and they’ve had it for over a week and still can’t fix it. No loaner offered. No urgency in their voices. “What did we do on this again?” Asked every time I call. Would not recommend this dealership.

Was given a quote as to the service cost and delivered the car. Requested a shuttle to work and was told it would be a while, hence Ubered to work. I was told the vehicle service would be completed by 8:30. I planned on picking up the car during lunch, but never received a call telling me it was ready.. After work, I still had not received a call. Called the dealer to confirm the car was ready and requested a shuttle to the dealership. When I picked up the car, it was dirty. A courtesy exterior wash would have been nice.For a premium price of $100 for an oil change and tire rotation, I would have expected exceptional service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and will look for an alternate dealer for my service needs. Ford dealers do their Works package for $49.99 or less...

I bought my 3500 Denali 2018 truck here. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in. Helped me with figuring out my hitch situation. Didn’t up sell me at all, just gave me facts. No pressure. I will be buying again from the. Also the service department is great and helpful. I had to take it in twice just to have them explain how to use touch screen device, they were so cool and helpful with that. I have and do recommend them.

When it comes to running a business to help people you dont go to a car dealership. You have to assert your self with any dealership, if you want a good deal then you have to advocate for it and watch out for your self. Plenty of whiners reviewing here. I have had good experiences with the service guys and while I was not the most pleased with my salesmen it was a good overall sales experience. This is a good place to purchase and service your GMC.

I was in for a service last week and had the worst service experience of my entire life. I had scheduled a 75k miles service appointment which should have included all the things I needed. I arrived and had to sign up again despite scheduling the appointment. I asked if they could fill DEF because I had can of it in the trunk and you said that was no problem.I also had asked for a ride, but this was not scheduled so I had to wait half an hour to get picked up. While waiting I was asked if I wanted to change all my filters, and because I was under the impression this was included in the 75k service deal, I agreed. The next morning I come back to pick up my truck before going to work. I was charged over 2x the amount I was promised when scheduling the appointment, the DEF was not filled up AND on top of that, driving out of the parking lot, the tire pressure gauge goes off because they had forgotten to plug the sensors back in. I didnt have time to turn around and get them to look at it again since I had to go to work, but its safe to say Ill never go back there.

About 3 months ago I came to this dealership looking for a truck. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted. I love my truck but on the initial test drive I found a problem with my wheel bearing. I reported it to them and they made a promise to me it would be fixed before I came back to fill in the final paperwork for the sale as agreed upon. I came back. It was not fixed. One of the salesmen tried to find every excuse under the sun to tell me it was fine and that a bad wheel bearing was safe to drive on. They ended up making it right but not without me being persistent. I decided to let it all go seeing as they did make it right in the end. But today I came in with an appointment for maintenance scheduled two weeks prior because I found another issue with my truck. I arrived at my appointment only to be turned away due to them only having one mechanic to work their entire shop. They never called to notify me that this was the case and that my appointment would not be honored so that I at least wouldnt waste my time driving in. I am very disappointed in the services here overall. I will not be coming back and advise you not to waste your time here either. .

It has been a week and NO ONE has even offered this lady an apology (who by the way came in with cash to purchase her third vehicle from them). Unfortunately I brought my wife’s car here to have the oil changed and tires rotated. When they pulled the oil change sticker off, they ripped the tint on the windshield and said all they could do is give me a refund for the oil change.There was also oil fingerprints all over the passenger door and wheels.We just moved here and was hoping the find a good dealer to take care of our cars, unfortunately this one isn’t it.

Most dishonest car dealership Ive ever dealt with, and I used to sell cars. My salesman Dax was friendly, but the Financing department tried to jack up the interest rate on me, and wouldnt give me competitive financing unless I paid extra for the car. They also sold the car I had put a non-refundable deposit down on. Apparently non-refundable only protects the dealership so they can screw the customer. I also gave them a chance to make it right, but they literally said they were unwilling to do anything to make it right. I bought the same day from Jason at Jerry Seiner who was awesome.

I paid for a full service complete with oil change, tire rotation, car wash. I was told they were shorthanded and would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. They offered to have me taken and picked up to a location of my choice since the wait was so long (thus 3 stars). The driver told me hed pick me up when my car was ready. By the time almost 3 hours had passed, I called and they told me they had been trying to get a hold of me, they had written my number down wrong. If theyd talked to their driver he would have been able to contact me since hed had me write down my number (correctly, I might add). I know this was an honest mistake and they did apologize, but when I went out to my car, they hadnt even washed it. When you pay for a service, you shouldnt have to ensure the service is complete. Thats my only complaint.

Are there less stars available than none? Did not actually end up buying a truck here. All excited, we walked into their dealership last night, check in hand, to finally purchase our new 2020 Denali HD 3500 truck. 40 minutes later we ended up leaving the dealership fuming. All we wanted was for them to quote us a final price with some optional equipment BEFORE we committed to the truck. We had been asking for this for 3 days. The salesman (we will kindly leave his name off of this) continually refused (inexplicably) to do this. He left us waiting in his office to go and visit with the Sales Manager, again coming back with a quote on the truck without the other equipment. Very, very odd to say the least. Total games. They (sales person and the sales manager) treated us horribly, acted very much as if they could care less if we purchased a truck there. We left and, literally, 40 minutes later had a deal on the same truck at Jerry Seiner South Jordan. It was so refreshing after the way we were treated at Salt Lake Valley to work with professional, caring, excited people at Jerry Seiner (big hugs for Dylan and Ben) and we love the new truck.
