John and his crew at LG is one of the most honest mechanical shops out there. There was something wrong with my Acura MDX and other shops recommended diagnosis and replacement of parts that would have cost me $2K. Called to ask if they will replace a part on a car with a customer supplied part. Got a very short and rude no. There are times that a customer tries a repair and just cant get it done. Did not even ask what part it was. I guess the mark up on parts is where they make their money. All I needed is an O2 sensor replaced that I cant get to. So much for the positive reviews about them being honest and helpful. I will find another mechanic for my needs now and in the future.
