The internet allows for transparency.Many of us understand that great 5 star reviews are often just done by friends and family.Make sure the repair man provides a complete and specific list of work done, parts provided, their specific costs, and exact hours it took. If he cant, then its time to move on.Google the repair costs and compare. Now a days, a google search provides exact car repair costs for your specific car repair problem at the tip of your thumb nails.If you believe you have been ripped off, write a review, contact the auto bureau, or just dont go back to the business.Seasoned auto repairmen know their industry very well.

First of all I wish that there was a 0 star. My story is that I have a Camry 2015 that needs rear breaks and rotors, I got a recommendation to this place by a friend for being a cheaper shop (I dont need a major maintenance thats why I was looking for a cheap place) of course you get what you pay for, long story short I bought the parts from Orally as I have a big discount the mechanic there didnt like this fact as I saw the look on his face because you know the deal that they get benefits from buying parts to your car from certain shops. The mechanic told me to come after an hour as they where busy which I did and then waited another hour before getting helped, anyway the first guy to work on my car started by doing the left side and then left me to do something else then came another guy to work the right side and the funny thing that there process was different as the first guy washed the left rotors and the second guy didnt. They finished and I went home, I didnt drive my car for two days due to Covid-19 you know, after that I went to my friend house and while I was trying to park my car using the emergency brake the car kept moving slowly, I looked up the issue on the internet and turned out that it usually happens after changing brake and rotors so I went the shop again and explained the issue to the mechanic (who didnt like me in the first place) and he says that he wants $75 to adjust the emergency break its probably a screw that needs to be tightened. Please stay away from mechanics like this one who dont warranty there labor. Btw it wasnt cheap as I thought. Never going back again.

HiI visited this body shop recently to fix my car (hybrid battery), he told me that he will replace it with a new hybrid battery, but he just changed cells and I don’t know how many cells and new or used .He said: leave it here today and come back tomorrow, knowing that it needs just two hours or less and he wasn’t busy, the next day I Went to Vick up my car and I did but after 25 minutes driving the hybrid battery sign back again on dashboard, and starter battery does not work,Please don’t wast your money and time in this body shopI feel all those post above back to the body shop employee or ownerOh, I remember when he said I changed the hole battery, luckily I signed my car battery from top and bottom and wires ( he said I changed it with new battery) lol,,,,, Please please avoid them go to another body shop which take care of your car not stole your moneyThank you
