Customer service and common sense go hand and hand I was looking for a particular shoe and was told that another store had it but when I arrived the shoe was in transit the associate should have called and informed the other store. When the shoe finally made it to the other store on my third trip that associate stated she was not going to look for it which would have been ok if there were other people in the store. No apologies just rude.

My nephew got all As so I rewarded him at his favorite store! Casual Clothes and Tennis Shoes...etc

They held Hey dudes for me for my son and was a very friendly upbeat staff.

I havent been since I was probably 16 but I needed new timberlands and the girls working helped me so much! They directed me to the kids sizes rather than adults in the exact style I wanted and it save me 100 dollars! Great customer service and definitely will be returning when I need more shoes!

Awww the guy in there was so nice. Helped me find my shoes. Really cool guy. Helped me through all my feet funk. But you know what i think he kinda liked it. Lol.

Friendly staff fast service

Staff were rude and very unprofessional!!! One in particular was blatantly rude and was on the phone and ignored me and my niece as we were standing around holding the shoes we wanted I figured she was on break until she finally asked us if we needed help. She dismissively grabbed my niece’s shoe while ignoring me at first. The other employee that was in the store wasn’t as rude but wasn’t very helpful either.
