The worst customer service! Lazy on their phones do not greet you do not help when you ask attitudes is all you get when you ask for help could not bring myself to buy anything in that negative atmosphere

The store doesn’t close until 6 we made it there at 5:20, and there was a girl standing in the door telling everyone that they’re closed. I’m in management and there’s NO way that my employees would ever close my store before time without consent. If you don’t want to work your full schedule please don’t go to work bc it’s the customers and your co-workers that suffer. I’m not going to say that I’m not going to shop there again I just would like for the upper management know that they’re missing out on money bc ppl don’t want to be at work.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a retail store. Rude obnoxious and foul mouthed lady who made everyone feel unwelcomed. Never going back.

They have a great shoe selection, but their customer service and atmosphere is piss poor at best.

My son shops there and it must be great because that is the only place he shops at.

Didnt even open the store when the fire red 4s dropped. Still had the gates n allat. How y’all not even gon show up. Tf

On January 20, 2019 I was greeted with you have to take your hood off while this heavy set woman was sitting on the table with her legs propped up. This ghetto woman is running business away with her unprofessional attitude and acts...

Very rude the manger Yelled across from the cashier to me on the other side of the building asking me “was i looking for a certain size “ i kindly told her no and said i was just looking for the price, she then said “don’t be messing up my shirts” i jokingly brushed it off then continued shopping, about 5 min later another lady walked towards me and asked “did you mess up that shirt “ with an attitude then stood by the door as if they felt like i was going to try to take something Or run out the door, i felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled by these two BLACK WOMEN, that’s what hurt the most bc as a BLACK MAN, BLACK WOMEN know what we go through and know how we get treated yet they are no different, no longer will i go there for anything ... from a young BLACK MAN !
