Great book store, so much to choose from and look through.The Weeb section keeps growing and I love it. Plenty of Anime and Manga merch to look through and classic scifi, fantasy and comic book merch too.Definitely will be back next time Im in town!

Very helpful staff, organized store, able to find and order what I needed, and have it shipped to my house, within a week; however if you are looking for a cup of Joe, there is no coffee shop inside.Thank you BAM for your assistance. I will be back!

We like to get lost at this store once in a while. Staff is very nice and they always have good deals. A great selection of books for children as well as miscellaneous education toys.

I was disappointed when entering this store. My sister and I recieved annoyed stares from employees instead of help or any form of greeting. Which usually dosnt bother me. However when other customers entered the store they recieved warm greetings and were asked if they needed anything. I discussed my issues with the manager, but recieved excuses from her as well as her staff. Highly disappointed with how my sister and I were treated especially since I traveled great distance to get there.

I am thankful that stores like this are still around. Theres nothing like the physical experience of reading and interacting with a book. And I am very conscious of book design and layout. You dont really get a sense of that through online sources. Highly recommended.

I LOVE BOOKSAMILLION

It’s a decent book store and has the basics but it doesn’t encourage browsing. There are no chairs or sofas to sit on and no public bathroom. Every time I visit this book store, they try to sell me a rewards program but you have to pay to obtain it. No thanks! If you’re into Anime as my daughter is the selection is wonderful, though.

Signed me up for a magazine subscription that charged me 70$ without my knowledge.

Our most favorite BAM store. In a great location with an amazing selection. Staff is helpful but not pushy and they know books. We tell everyone about them because they Rock!!

I love this book store. I was able to find two of my favorite children book The Giving Tree and Love you forever. Book that I was planning to give as a present but I kept it. Yes I know at did bad but ; on my defense I an a softie and sentimental and got other presents to give. Anyway the staff where great helping me find the books. The store was very organized. Plenty of varieties of merchandise. One thing I would like to see back in the store are those cozy chairs we could find on the big Books-A-Million stores. I hope they will open more stores.

A woman who works here was super sweet and helped my daughter find exactly what she was looking for. They do not have a bathroom, however, so keep that in mind if you have small children

Was with my sister, who was looking for something in particular, which they did not have. The smallish store lacks the open feel that encourages browsing. We couldnt locate the store by Googling Books a Million, not realizing it had been abbreviated to BAM, a truly awful name. When my sister checked out, she was offered some kind of frequent-shopper membership, which actually required her to pay to join!! Still, anywhere that sells actual, physical books isnt all bad...just needs a better name than BAM.

Its a really nice store with a lot of different books. The staff here are nice, and helpful if you are looking for something specific. The membership card is worth it, in my opinion. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add a couple of books to a LGBT section, but I understand if their company just wants to stay out of it and not be controversial. Also add some more books to the Mystery Section.

Huge assortment of books and a nice selection of classics with better bindings and endpapers. I didnt see anything with calf bindings and raised bands printed on vellum. That would have been 16th century amazing.

If youve never been to Books A Million in Southern Pine, you dont know what youre missing. This is one fantastic book store with great prices and a great staff. Try it sometime. Youll be happy you did

Disappointing in the extreme. At least a 50% markup on some books, and while they have a decent selection and various genres, its mostly very niche. Layout needs a lot of work. Rated one star because they give an impression of not caring at all.

Always overflowing with the newest books, magazines, gadgets, & collectibles. The store is always clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

A very good variety of books, magazines, and some other things such as National Geographic Childrens learning books and puzzles (Disney puzzles) for my niece.

First let me break this down on why I am giving 2 stars.5 Stars - Cleanliness of the store great, though I do agree a bit cluttered.5 Stars - For a great selection and they usually have those hard to find books that I can not seem to find anywhere else.Now this is where is gets a bit tricky staff is great with a FEW EXCEPTIONS. My rating is based upon my customer service issue.Went to the store purchased my hard copies of books, then had to purchase a book online. Had to do 2 separated transactions for this. I was happily to oblige with this. Was told that I would receive an email, so got home last stop of the day went to check my status and when it would arrive. No email called the store got a lady that was looking, put me on hold to see where the book was and why I didnt get an email. She then came back asked me for my number to call me back when she got off the phone. This is where is gets irritating. I waited the rest of the day, the next 3 days for that call. Hoping maybe if she handed it off to someone else that she would follow up with me. Yep nothing was followed up with and my issues was left is the cold. So I called the store back to find out what happened and what was going on. This is where another lady helped me (no offense but it seems the staff is all female no men nothing) and she proceeded to to look for it, and wouldnt you know it she said i am sorry i dont see your order you took my card information ran it. Yes we have to since it is an online order. 1. You should be able to print out some type of conformation on the order there in the store even if its a small receipt. 2. Training for every sales associate for online orders needs to be redone and make it a 2 person verification have a manager verify the order. 3. If you are going to take the extra mile to tell someone you are calling them back please do. I know this may not be policy but call them back. I have to travel to get to my store locations in any direction a good hour or more a way. I felt like this was a very much waste of my time and the sale associate placing the order that she never processed through even after taking my CC information. Oh and yes that is where the 2 stars comes in at. I did however check with my bank to make sure that it did not process nor was it pending as well as make sure that any and all transactions are now needing verification because of this. They have lost me as a customer.

Nice book store...huge selection to choose from...

This is a smaller B.A.M. than other ones but it is quaint in the best way. Its in a very nice and quiet shopping mall with a lot of other stores. They seem to usually have a lot of stuff on sale and a wide variety of things. They have collectibles which is what brought me in there. I finally found a Thanos POP to compliment my Infinity Gautlet so 5 stars for sure haha.

I love the chain of this store but this one is very crowded together. The people that work here could care less if you are there or not and the one the rang me up was a not very nice at all.
