I came to this location for service (an oil change). I arrived at 9:20am for my 9:20 scheduled oil change. Even though I pulled into their service center no one came to assist me and after walking aimlessly around for a little bit I walked up to an employee for assistance. They checked in my car and I waited for the oil change. The fact that I had an appointment seemed to make no appointment since the oil change took almost an hour and a half when I was quoted around 45 minutes when I originally called. I was also quoted a lower price than I was charged and since I was charged after the work was done there was not much I could do. The person that helped me was fine, not amazing but not terrible. I did witness an employee (Steven Salah) go out of his way to give great customer service to an elderly lady. He was very patient and extremely helpful. I hope he continues to do well, he by far, was the best thing about this visit but he didnt help me at all. All in all it wasnt the worst experience but I didnt leave happy or anything. There was also a dead bug in the passenger seat when I went to drive my car away, not 100% sure how it got there but I know I didnt leave it there. Wasnt sure whether to give 2 or 3 stars but I chose 3 because Steven really lifted my spirits.

Steve was very professional as well as informative. I received video updates periodically while my truck was being repaired. I most definitely recommend this dealership service department!!!

This is my second time coming here. I was initially told an hour and a half wait, with an appointment. It’s been three hours. I saw my Jeep drive by while sitting in the waiting area at the two hour mark. I waited another half hour. I went to the service desk, I was told my Jeep was done, he was “waiting on the keys.” So, I’ve been waiting for an hour, for someone get my keys. Complete lack of initiative.
