They did a great job. The staff was super friendly . I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it and at a great price.

I was made to wait two and a half hours after my appointment time for a simple inspection. However, that was not what prompted me to right my review. After waiting all that time, I finally got the car inspection back and was charged…but they gave me the wrong form.I had to return the next day, and after getting to the counter and explaining the situation, Larry refused to print the correct document (which is all he had to do) until he finished all the other work he needed to do. Following that, I asked him how long he expected that wait would be. He then proceeded to lecture me on how this was my fault for not making an additional appointment and I would need to wait however long it took. Not only expecting me to wait another two plus hours to fix a simple mistake they had made— that would take him two seconds to correct—but patronizing me for asking and telling me to do it myself if I didn’t want to wait.So not only did I not get what I paid for, but the costumer service I received was terrible and they did not even rectify the problem.

I did not shop here let me tell you why. I called the shop, the man didnt give his name, I told them that I had break pads and just needed someone to put them on. He told me they dont install customer parts, and before I could ask him how much with the parts he hung up in my face. They probably do good work thats why I gave them two stars but I will never find out.

The store manager Julius was awesome, he kept me informed with every detail pertaining to my vehicle. I was totally satisfied with the choices he suggested. A very professional experience!

Midas took care of me they got my air conditioner working. The part that lets me know that I can trust them is that they honored their warranty. Thats the part that makes the difference and separates them from others.

Made arrangements to have my ac recharged here called before arriving to make sure they could fit me in today and when I arrived at shop was told they sent the machine out to be serviced.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Midas location! I will be a forever customer. Anytime we have a vehicle issue they are our go to! Top notch customer service Julius and Larry are both extremely helpful! They will tell you exactly the issue and get it taken care of quickly for reasonable price. Highly trusted and recommended :)

Spent over 2500 on repairs and literally everytime I payed 2 or 3 days later the same problem occurred again it’s obvious they aren’t really fixing anything and is just trying to get peoples money. If I could give them 0 stars I would I literally would rather go to a rinky dink auto shop then to go here ever again at least what I payed for will get fixed they just let the car sit and have u come pick it up acting like they fixed something and they overcharge you on the price will be hearing from my lawyer cuz it’s something shady going on up there. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was told that on Thursday s first come serve open at 7:30 at 3:30 car still not ready. Went in for wheel alignment end up with front struts and alignment.

They were honest about my vehicles issues and advised me not to waste anymore money into it.

I had an amazing experience when I went. Friendly staff, affordable and amazing service and great location. Would definitely reccomend for your auto repair needs.

Called about a tire change and they said they had my tire and it would cost roughly 100 for tire change. Called triple AAA got it sent up to the company, told larry (works at midas) it was on the way he said ok. Called me back 1hr later said they didnt have tire and warehouse was closed and so yeah lol. Never doing business there again. I now have to call a tow truck to get it from there and take it somewhere else.

Came here to get an oil change. I specifically asked how long it would be before my car was serviced. I was told 20 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I came for an update, and was told something happened, but they were about to bring me in. Waited another 25 mins, then tried to get an update but at this point the cashier was ignoring me. Had he told me 45-1hour from the start, I could have went somewhere else. Disappointed in the service Midas.

Midas completely screwed me overQuoted me $2,000 ended up having me pay over $5,000 and taking four times more time then what they quoted meI brought my car in with a busted engine after I called and they said they could fix it up for me.It took them a month and a half to fix, after they quoted me 10 days, and they never called to say it would take longer, I had to call them up for each update, and they repeatedly promised me it would be done, the date passed and they wouldn’t call.Ultimately they over charged me for a different engine then I originally asked for, forced me to rent a car for to get to and from work because they took such a long time to finish.Do not recommend, I will NEVER visit a Midus ever again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does until they start treating people with some human dignity.Not an honest business

They worked on my 2006 Ford Escape. You can count on them to make safe, economical, and reliable work. I came in for an exhaust and had them work on the tie rods and brakes. Money well spent. You can trust them.

Ive been to Valvoline, Belle Tire, and some local garages but I gotta tell ya this Midas is incredible. Fantastic prices and ieven better customer service. Do yourself a favor, come to this Midas and ask for Julius. Never been happier with a car service!

I took my truck to Midas to get an alignment they service manager Julius Huff calls me saying that there are a lot of things wrong and the bill would be $1,800 my truck was just at the mechanic that Ive been using my entire life and I got a second opinion after I picked up my truck from Midas and both my mechanic and the random mechanic I stopped off at told me that Midas lied to me and did not do the work they are claiming I had them replace a ball joint he tried charging me double the price then my mechanic on the ball joints when I called him out on that he matched my mechanics price I asked him to do a wheel alignment the mechanic I took my truck to said the ball joints have not been replaced and they do not need to be replaced the truck is driving the same way as when I brought it in when I called Julius to tell him his response wasyou didnt want to pay $1,800 so of course its not going to be good and youre not going to get the full service in the meantime my truck only needed an alignment he charged me a $290 and they did absolutely nothing I will never go back there the service manager Julius Huff was extremely rude dishonest and unprofessional after I picked up my truck I called a friend of mine who used to work there and he told me they are the most dishonest people he said Julius Huff who is not a licensed mechanic does not know what he is talking about and he just tries to rip people off and take their money hes nothing more than a salesman one of the reasons he left working there was because they were so dishonest

Reasonable and reliable

On the phone, the first story that I heard was that they could install an outside battery for $24.50.By the time I got there, the story had changed and they could only install batteries that I had purchased from them.

They showed me professional courtesy and care with my car.

This Midas was the best service I have ever had when it comes to car service! My car started smoking close to closing time and Julius told me to bring it over right then, directed me to Enterprise so I was not out of a car to get back home, I live in Ohio. His customer service goes above and beyond! They also did great work, fair prices, and in a timely manner! Definently recommend this place.

Untrustworthy. I paid them $100 to replace my pigtail and two bulbs. They claimed it was done. I get home ( 2miles away) checked my headlight and it was not fixed. I called them immediately and all they said was, there must be a short cause it was working there and they dont do electrical work!!!! No care in the world, no, Ill refund u partial or anything. I seriously doubt it was working. I only wish I saw my headlight on before I paid and left. Now Im wondering if the other work they did on my car was legit a total of 2000 was spent here and Im the fool. Never again will I come here. They cannot be trusted. Caution and do your do diligence.

Went in for exhaust problem, brakes and oil change. Jordan Abbott, the Manager, was honest, constructively helpful and made good suggestions that saved me money and will save me money in the future. I will be back when I need quality service even if its just for an oil change. This is a location you can trust!

They dropped me off at home while my vehicle was being serviced & had someone pick me up when it was done. They did exactly what they said they would, the price seemed fair, and the were very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

I believe they are not honest people. After getting an estimate from another shop which diagnosed 6-7 fixes totaling $1300 for check engine warning light, I called in Midas to ask their price for replacing a catalytic converter. They asked me to come to get a free check. While checking my car, a mechanic told my catalytic converter was taken off (?), then another mechanic changed the word saying the converter was working fine but they need to take more hours to diagnose real issues. The mechanic almost yelled at me to rush to sign the paper charging $104 for the diagnosis. I had to drive back home with their dirty loaners vehicle (seats were too dirty and need disinfection) After 1-2 hrs, I got a call from Kevin who said the codes came back with the catalytic converter issue with few different codes. So he suggested a bunch of possible issues amounting to $2,000 for repair, or just driving without any fix because its not a serious issue. What I received for $104 was a 1 page estimate, which was nothing different but (except for much more expensive repair costs) the paper from another shop which charged me $25 for the same. I also felt disappointed they do this to customer during the pandemic.

Excellent customer service and work is always done timely and according to the estimates they provide me. Jordan has great customer service skills and handled my last issue well. I llive right around the corner, its very convenient, so Im glad they treat me well :)

Let me first say I DREAD having to go into car shops and get anything fixed on my car. I need a lot of work done and I won’t be going anywhere else but here. Julius was wonderful and a huge help!!

Julius the Service Manager, Fred who replaced the front rotors and pads, Funsoh who replaced the fuel vapor storage canister, and Victor - every one a gentleman: polite, courteous, friendly, professional and honest (an extremely rare commodity in this business). They are the very best and I do not say this lightly. I am almost 70 and have been to a lot of shops - big dealers and small family/individually owned shops. Not a one of them comes close. My only regret is that I did not find them long ago. Henceforth, this Midas at Greenfield and 11 Mile in Southfield is the shop I will go to and I will recommend them to anybody who speaks to me about getting work done on a vehicle. Thank you gentlemen. It was truly a pleasure working with you.

Service was really poor, from the associate behind the counter all the way to the mechanics that work on your car. They treated me like they didnt want my business and were reluctant to share any information. That is fine however I wont be doing business with this location and urge you all not to as well.

Found out they accept all aftermarket vehicle repair warranties, so i brought my car in for a free service contract inspection - and they fixed everything that was wrong with my car that was covered for free! The manager waived my deductible and got me a loaner car, all i had to do was drop off and pick up! Id recommend anyone with a warranty contract to take your car here for an inspection, they work with you on your deductible and offered me a loaner from enterprise!

The manager was very polite. That is the only good thing I have to say. I took a 2001 vehicle to get new shocks. The mechanics refused to work on it because it has some rust. That was after sitting there for 35 minutes. Then he got an attitude when I asked why he wouldnt fix it.So if you dont have a new car....dont bother taking it their and be prepared to be talked to rudely.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!! Dropped off my car for oil change and was told a couple hours, called after a couple hours and manager said car was next in line. Came back a hour and a half later and car was not serviced. Offered to pull my car in and service my car then. Manager skipped my car for other customers since I dropped it off and probably didnt care because of a coupon I printed out.

Saved my ac system after smashing it on ice early winter of 2014 for a great price, and has been efficient and cost effective for each visit since.Update - took new vw there. They broke stuff then told me the squeeking was fine. I wouldnt take forgiven cars here again.

If i could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst shop ever. Took my money and my headlights still do not work. They quote a bunch of small prices to add on to your bill then hit with a big bill. The parts don’t cost you much it’s their labor prices are through the roof. Do not get any wiring or headlights done at this shop. Awful and dishonest mechanics. Now I’m left with messed up headlights and out of even more money because I have to find someone to fix the original problem. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Clean waiting room with free coffee, they seem honest here, you do have to wait a while if you dont make an appointment so best to make an appointment even for something like an oil change.

I really don’t recommend this place to do service. Make me really disappointed... take me more than 2 weeks to fix my car, which he promised in 3 days.
