One of my favorite locations! Always well stocked. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I believe they had a renovation about a year ago. The store is beautiful. I can count on this location to have things that other stores don’t. It’s on the smaller side but that’s ok! You’ll definitely find what you’re looking for.

Im so grateful I came here instead of the mall! Amazing parking, I got the chance to not only get what I came for but the service I received while there was awesome! I was asked if I needed help and I actually did, he was a perfect help! Im so grateful for facilities like this and it smells AMAZING as always! Got what I came for (Bourbon) and a lotion more + (Canyon) blessing of a business and environment 😁

What can I say body cream perfume sprays candles plug-ins for your rooms they have it all here all different scents if you need your house or yourself to smell pretty this is the place

Hi Everyone, this is one of my favorite places to shop at, however, the deals of yesterday are no more. Lotions deals use to be buy 2, get one free, or buy 3, get 2 free. Todays deals, buy 3, get 1 free, end of story. The sparkle mist is still the same price, the size has shrunk. Im not sure if Ill be going back, I was a big supporter of this store.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The reason why Im giving 4 stars is because the young lady that assisted me picked up a Vanilla body wash and what looked like a lotion to match but it was another Moisturizing Body wash and instead of the cashier saying hey did you meant to buy 2 body washes she rung them up... also there was no suggestive selling. I was very please however that the cashier took the time to sanitize the register after each customer!!!! She did an amazing job at making sure things were clean and I appreciated her for doing that

Offered a paper shopping bag. Hand sanitizer readily available. Staff friendly and helpful..

Orderly and I felt safe. All necessary precautions were done to fight covid. After each customer the cashier wipe down the counters and the card machine. Good job.

Just went for the first time since covid. They had a bouncer keeping an appropriate amount of people in the store, tape to keep people apart, wiped the counters after each transaction and everyone was appropriately masked. On top of that, everyone was pleasant, the music was great and the setup was gorgeous. (Obviously the products are wonderful). Cant rave enough!!!

All employees are very helpful and nice. The worst part is the line outside to enter, but its not their fault. Boo covid-19. I hurried inside when it was my turn, got what I needed, and got out so others could enter.

Staff were very pleasant helping my Wife and I. The petite, blonde woman is very bad at handling the holiday stress though. She is very condescending and passive aggressive towards the other employees. Really messes with the positive environment.

They carry a variety of fragrances. I suffer with allergies, yet they have some subtle items that I can tolerate, such as the Aroma Therapy selection. Every item having a tester is a plus. That stops shoppers from using the sells merchandise as testers. the set up of the displays is really pretty. The lighting is balanced to shine on the product perfectly. Happy music is in the air and the staff is friendly. They dont crowd you. They always have coupon offers and promotions. I dont shop there much, but when I do. I enjoy it. My best time to go is when they open on a weekday, because its not crowded at that time.

Love! Love! Love! Bath and Body Works. They practice social distancing so you may have to wait outside but its never long and theres an employee outside with you. They have bags all set up for you outside for you to get ready to shop. They offer you hand sanitizer its optional. Everytime Ive gone the staff is really friendly and helpful from the greeter at the door to the cashier. So glad they opened back up. 🙂

This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store! The staff is amazing and the store is always in immaculate condition. I never go to any other location anymore. They recently added a White Barn and did a store remodel. It’s great!

Wow bath and body works is the best and truly wants people to love their products! Excellent return policy and I will be a lifelong customer. Super friendly staff. The scent Sleep, and a couple other new body creams were what I bought today. Can’t wait to go back!

Service always takes good care of you. I am obsessed with this one type of body wash they carry, but when I went in they were out of it. I asked if they would call me when they got restocked and I left my name and number and they actually followed through to my surprise! Selection is good and they always have sales going on.

The store was not stocked well for it to be the semi annual sale time. It was about 3 or 4 young ladies working the floor / stocking and only one cashier. The line was long and none of the young ladies took the initiative to assist her.

My experience was very good here! I wish I would have gotten another body mist instead of being talked into getting a wall freshner! I wish they would have brought back some of the retired fragrances for this event!

I went to the new record structed one on Southfield road and I love it the colors the set up and I loved the that they had the semi annual sale with no hassle!! This is my go to spot for my business!

This place is amazing and well stocked! The store staff is so helpful.

The staff was nice and very helpfu and I always buy 20 bottles of hand sanitizer and love the price and the smell of the product. But they need help with the presentation if the store. The wood on the counter is old and the color has faded. On the floor the wood is gone its striped. I have been to a lot of bath and body works and they all look nice except this one. You are a company that suppose to take care of your stores and its employees I cant understand why the decor of this store is like this. You as a company make a lot of money off me and others. This does not make sense that this store looks like this. That is not good professionalism of a company.
