This is the best hair to me. The curly does not tangle up or mate up. The straight is the bomb if you are wearing a straight wrap, it is so silky. I just purchased a loose body wave for the first time I know it’s going to be manageable.

There is no awkward energy and they have bundle deals. I would recommend them. It’s hard supporting black owned businesses as is.

I bought my straight hair from them I bought a 24,26,28 and the hair is good it wasn’t frizzy, i reused the hair 2 times the second time I installed it, the hair still looked good!

The quality of the hair is equivalent to beauty supply store hair. I’m not sure if the vendor is a new vendor for their black label, but the hair is horrible. This review is not based off one experience, but my last few experiences with the company. As I’m writing, I am completely aware that the black label is a grade under the red label in terms of quality, but there is no way the ends of the black label should be dry and splitting. Also, the customer service could use some improvement.

The atmosphere of the establishment and the staff was great . But the quality of the hair is not . I paid $350 for three bundles and a closure and this hair feels horrible . I couldve easily got this same hair off AliExpress . When I first got it installed it was decent . But Ive had it in now for less then two weeks and it mats horribly . I cant even run my fingers through it without it shedding everywhere . The ends are so thin and split . The only way to make the hair look like something is by flat ironing it and you shouldnt have to flat iron it everyday . Maybe I got a bad batch who knows . Just wanted to leave an honest review .

The customer service was no problem when purchasing! I had my hair sewn in and two days later it was a ball of bubble gum! $362 for some red label hair which OBVIOUSLY has synthetic fibers in it. The hair is awful. I called to let them know but, there are children attempting to handle complaint calls. Very rude and nonchalant. NEVER AGAIN AND I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER do this to a customer. I own a business and if can’t back what you are selling, you need to get out the hair game.

Decided to give this local hair company a shot. Dyed the hair one color up(brown) which i do with all my weave with no problems whatsoever and immediately after install it started tangling and had no curl pattern, i used their conditioner and shampoo but that was only a temporary fix it’ll go back to being matted the day after. Had to give up and take out 1-2 weeks after install couldn’t do anything with it. Wasted my money and time, I’m very dissatisfied.
