It was disappointing. My problem was that it wasnt communicated that I had to leave my car for a few days, therefore, I had to reschedule. I needed the problem fixed earlier due to trip, but now have to rearrange plans to accommodate car getting fixed. Not cool. Hopefully they wont charge an arm and leg.

Reasonable prices. The management appears to want customers to be satisfied. Issues that have arisen have been addressed and the staff does make an effort to fix problems and keep you happy. The Service department so far has excellent communication, ask for Steve when you stop by. Overall I would buy another vehicle from Tamaroff in the future.
I do not understand why it takes a day to pair up a new key fab with the car. The fab only controls open/close, panic button and other binary functions. It should take no time to pair a new fab for me just like any bluetooth type device. This does not make sense and it messed up my plans for the day since I had to leave the vehicle with them

Charles was my assistant and he provided excellent customer service. He even went out his way to call me at home when he believed they would not have my vehicle done on time.
They had sold the car I was going to look at but Ive come expect that now but the sales staff felt bad because he was going to contact me but was swamped. He did try to work with me and showed me a bunch of options but alas I decided to go a different way. I recommend this place mainly because the staff are nice and will do their best to work with you and your situation

Had my car towed in for service after being told they a a week behind. I was ok with thatbit now it been over a week and still no movement on my repairs. Called in several time for service reps to say maybe tomorrow or the next day. This experience with this dealership has completely turned me away from. NISSAN. As soon. As I can get it back ill be looking to sell or trade it this car has give me nothing but problems and Im so disappointed... Thank you Tamaroff for hold my car for so long with out any follow ups.. I shouldnt have to call every other dayjust to be told maybe tomorrow...

The show room and customer lounge is so clean you could do open heart surgery on the floor, the sales staff will drop down to one knee and kiss your shoe and give you the best service youve ever had in your life. We spend some time over here for Honda CRV, I went with my family over here. During our visit we observed no one care for the customers over here they only care for their business. The person we had appointment already had multiple customers visiting him. We had appointment with him and still got less attention and most of the time we were standing even though it was our appointment and another customer sitting at our place. No apologies for the same. I will not suggest this place.

Was supposed to have a free detailing for my car because when i bought it the car the power went out and I was there for about 5 and a half hours... When I called last week about my tire needing to be replaced, the lady told me they didnt have it and she would order it, that it would be there the next day on Tuesday. So I made an appointment for 12 on Tuesday. About 4pm Wednesday they call me and tell me they dont have the tire they need to replace... Then says oh maybe she did order it and i just missed it. Then proceeded to tell me there is no record of my free detailing and that the man that sold me the car no longer works there so they cant ask him... Then I get a call on Thursday 10minutes before they close to come get my car. I live 30min away so I couldnt get my car until Friday morning... On top of that they were supposed to do a free tire rotation which definitely did not happen. This place is awful, lazy and unprofessional. Really sad.

He listened to my requests and I was able to drive away in a car thats perfect for me. Im definitely a happy customer. The only thing that I would add would be to drive out with a full tank of gas (thats something the dealerships would do back in the day)

Another typical car dealership that wants to sell a car to you but has not got much information of the product it is selling. However, the sales person was very friendly and tried his best to help. Its unfortunate the brand / dealership did not train him well on a brand new Electric Vehicle thats launched recently. Parking is limited unless you do not mind using a shared parking with another dealership. Access is easy from US 24 / Telegraph. I cant comment on service department as I did not buy a vehicle from them.

PAUL L the finance manager added the tire and warranty to the loan as my daughter was a first time buyer so he couldnt change the amount and when I said we need to answer some survey so we can make some comments on the dealership he said You guys wont get one since you bought a used car and just smiled. Do NOT buy a used car here! Dishonest salesmen ! Which dealer allows. My salesman lied multiple times-Shameem. He said I had to pay 800 for brake work( they did prior to my walking in the door.) he told me the selling price was 2000$ more than the online price. Then he told me & my husband he was giving us a Protection Package, as compensation for paying for the brakes. My husband & I clearly heard /remembered clearly every word he said. We had to wait 3 hours for paper work. I didnt scrutinize what I was signing, unfortunately - I was charged 1499 $ for the free protection package Classic- BAIT & SWITCH. There wasnt a charge for the brakes/(by paper work, the dealer honored my lower online offer) Shammen said I had to buy the car for a higher price + the brakes. = the aprox. amount of the 1499. Shameem zapped me with this policy that I said I did NOT want, nor care about it!!!! bait & switch !!! DISHONEST. When I spoke with finance officer after the fact -they said - well You signed it . Dealer covers dishonest sales practice. I would post NO stars, but review wont let me.
