Knowledgeable & friendly staff, helpful w questions I had and offered extra info to help out. Additionally went above and beyond to give ideas how to work on another project to fix the issues.

Turns out dont ask Sherwin Williams. As there slogan went.. Ha ha.Went there a few years ago...not sure if things have changed. Havent been back since... will consider if my favorite paint store cant provide what I need.I do understand that my color matching request was unique. But was advised that they couldnt match a color for me.

I was unaware that this Sherwin-Williams paint store was so close to me. There was ample parking and the store was not crowded. I was able to pick up my online order after the sales associate called me to let me know that the order was ready. The sales associates were friendly and helpful.

The store is very neat and clean. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Quality products. I will definitely return to this store and recommend it to others.

Scott the store manager is incredibly helpful and answering all of your concerns about the best grade of paint for your specific projects. You can tell that he enjoys his job which make it a pleasure working with him and his team.

The customer service at this location is great. They will always take the time to explain anything and everyone is always so polite.

High prices. Said their paint not sold at Lowes or HD. Clerk was honest about contractor quality sold to customers at SW prices. Bought SW paint at Lowes due to non-sale day at SW store. Color matching done as well.

I brought in a very small, aluminum siding piece that I needed color matched and April color matched it perfectly. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Thank you April.

I stopped in to get some recommendations for painting my kitchen and cupboards. Im so glad I stopped, because paint tones are all so different; some match and some dont. I was looking for a fun contrast with just the right richness, light and airy but not washed out looking, April helped me, she is very professional and made wonderful suggestions. I plan on sending my painters to buy paint soon!

Customer service was on point. There was a long line which is always the case at other hardware stores, but the line was managed incredibly efficiently and professionally. I never felt like I was neglected. Whomever the associate is who helped me that day did an amazing job.

Cost. Obviously your products are very good. If I am able to catch one of your sales I would definitely recommend your productsto friends and family. The problem is I have no idea when the sales are coming. I have a limited timeline to prepare our new home before we move in. It is difficult to anticipate and purchase your paint not knowing when your sales are available.

Had the pleasure of meeting both Angelica and Kayla, even though Kayla is not technically hired i feel she would make a great hire for this store. Ive done little business with SW, but reps like them will definitely keep me coming back. You can tell in the attitude they wanted to be there, wich from a customer stand point makes a HUGE difference in customer service.

Great paint

Very slow and usually out of the paint that I need. Avoid this place whenever possible.I just stopped in again on 5-17 and there is 5 customers in line and only 1 employee working. I dont have time to stand around because you dont want to work enough people. I tried calling the order in so it would be ready when I got here and he told me to just come in and it would only take a minute. Its been much longer than that.
