These guys did a great job repairing my Dodge Grand Caravan after an accident! Yes, they do normal collision work too. The Body Shop Manager was nice to work with.

Great job installing a custom exhaust system. I will hire them again. They allowed me to supply the parts and just charge me labor which was a huge selling point. Mechanic was very nice, professional, and honest with me. Actually, several staff members helped me and were all nice.My car was dropped-off clean and was returned clean. Sometimes other mechanics get smudges from driving the car around and it can be hard to clean . I appreciate a local place like this willing to take on custom work. Thanks MVS!

I purchased a red F150 Platinum, with Aero X shell, and I get a ton of compliments. Like everywhere. Ive had people taking photos of it. Ive owned it a month and probably received 50 compliments. These Aero X shells really make your truck look unique. Rich was good to deal with.

I recently took my 2002 Mercedes Benz in for service...I told them exactly what the problem was ( starter) and my car was fixed in 2 days...Mind you, they had other cars that needed servicing before mine but they immediately took care of mine...Like most auto labs where they tell you that you need unnecessary parts MVS never once told me other wise...Great service and very friendly staff...I will be sure to recommend....And foremost have a reliable business to have my car serviced when needed in the future!

I had purchased a cap for my 2016 f250 crew, sales was good then they installed it 1st off I dropped my truck off at 9am was told 2hrs so I go back at 11:30/12 to find out they were not done and told me they were having trouble grounding to my aluminum bed???? Mind you its a 2016 not 2017 but they argued that.. any way the tech working on my truck went to lunch(instead of working on a paying customers truck that is waiting) I called a friend that works with electronics at Roush he instantly told the salesman what was wrong and how to fix it but mind you the tech was still at lunch.. finally at 2:30 they brought me my truck and told me someone put a screw thru the wires when they installed the dealer LED light (but was not their fault). Cap is nice and I like it to be honest. 2 months later I had to have the LED light replaced because what they fixed was not correct (spliced not replaced)..For the money I paid guess I expected that they would put experience on the job..

Love Rich the owner and Skeeter. But they did work on my sons Escape back in the winter he needed a radiator and condenser . It was winter didnt check if air worked. Asked if it was all good everything work, I was told yes. Okay yesterday turned air on, it was blowing just not cold. Took it back to MVS Skeet wasnt working didnt see Rich so called shop manager said Jim couldnt locate some vacuum so they would wait for Skeet so it wouldnt be until today . An hour later so called body shop manager calls me says Jim said it need hoses had holes in them did I want tgem too repair it because it had nothing too do with the repairs from earlier they did. Jim gets on the phone and he was a rude ass . I asked for a price. So called body shop manager says shell get one call me back. I call her back asked whats the price she never called. I went picked up truck took it to Custom Care in Allen Park seen the owner Al great guy called this morning said MVS never cleaned the hoses before testing and tgere were NO HOLES ! Great service and very friendly employees. They worked closely with me throughout the repairs to clarify what services I might need, and were always helpful in suggesting good solutions. However I unfortunately cannot recommend their paint shop services, at least not judging from my personal experience. My Chevy Camaro ZL1 had a damaged door that needed a repaint. MVS repainted the entire side, and it looked fine to my untrained eyes when I got the car back. However when I went on to sell the car about a month later, my local Chevy dealer took a closer look and pointed out several defects in the paint where MVS had worked on the car. The work was described, in their words, as sub-par and low quality. After having them pointed out by the Chevy professional, I could actually feel several bumps of runny paint and granules across the body. After an official appraisal, the end result was that MVS paint job had reduced the value of my car with $2,000-2,500 from its original resale value of approx. $43,000. Now keep in mind that this is just one persons experience. It might be that I was simply an unlucky customer, and Id hate to have a negative impact on MVS reputation if its undeserved. However it is what happened, and I have to be honest about that no matter how friendly the MVS staff is. I advise future customers to have any paint job double-checked by an independent professional before accepting the car back.I should also point out that the promised date of completion was delayed several times until finally, about a month after the original date I think, my car was finished. I do understand that delays happen, but I would prefer being able to trust the dates given nonetheless. This was especially important considering I live in Oklahoma, and needed to get back. However I stayed at a friends and worked from my lap top, so things worked out for the most part.Thank you for a great attitude and customer service, and good luck with your future business.(I was uncertain on whether to give two or three stars. Their customer treatment and attitude were both excellent. However as it is ultimately the quality of the work that decides whether or not youd want to use their services, Ive decided to rate them based on that primarily, hence the two stars.)
