Employees are almost always in really good moods. Almost always say Hi, Is there any thing I can help you with? This store and the one in Trenton are my favorites and my first goto auto parts/products store. The really good part is they are open later than all the other auto parts/products stores in my area. I know this fact because I drive by them regularly, day or night, on my way to AutoZone. I really like that you take back my used oil, purchased from you, for recycling. Treat your employees good because theyre good people. Keep up the good work.Thank you!

Good for parts but the sold me a battery that was an exact fit. - it was the wrong battery...will return it

Stopped by here to buy some 134a refrigerant with leak stop capability. Found what I was looking for and then received some solid advice and tips from the young man assisting me. Im not a mechanical dummy, as I do most of my own work on my cars, but I walked out of this AutoZone yesterday just a little bit smarter for having walked in. Did the leak sealant work ? It has for 24 hours so far.

Cant complain, they had what I needed at a good price. Friendly, fast service too. Wouldnt hesitate a bit to return.

The gentleman that rung me up was somewhat caustic in a rude manner. His sarcasm was not appealing. The manager was accommodating, and the other employee came outside to verify the parts needed for my vehicle, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

Im giving 5 stars only for one Employee named Scott who was extremely helpful when I called and told me if I call on the way hed do curbside for me so I did not have to get my disabled mom out if the car. When I called on the way another employee said they do not do that, put me on hold and when I walked into the store with my mother, showed another employee my phone still on hold for 13 min she just said sorry were busy. Well Scott took charge and took care of me. Thanks Scott - you should get a promotion !The others need to learn customer service.

We use to go in here for everything not so much these days we have 2020 vehicles but the last few times I have gone in there the guy behind the counter acts like he knows all things cars and trucks. I have proven him wrong on several events where he has given out just wrong information. And as of late their scan code reader has been broken so dont go in there thinking they are gonna scan your vehicle and be able to tell and get you the parts youll need. If you go in there and ask about parts like windshield wipers or light bulbs they will get them for you but if they are wrong or dont fit they seem to get an attitude. Good luck everyone.

I spend $30 to get a turn indicator for my ex wife, she goes overs to pick it up and they refused to help her put it on this is bad business. Auto zone will never get my business again. Im guessing days are gone where customers are serviced kept happy and done things for to bring them back for more business.

Came in today to get rear brakes, and Ashley was very sweet and helpful. I mentioned that when I had taken my vehicle in, the mechanic wanted to charge me $800 just to replace my rear pads. She told me if I needed a mechanic, to call them. They know who is honest and who is going to try and take advantage. Thank you doll! Greatly appreciate it!

Good selection and service

The employee was a lady and she came right up to help. I got the diagnostic test and she went did more by explaining what needs to be done and even printed pictures. Customer service was great!

I had my battery replaced two years ago and today my car wouldnt start so I went back to the same Auto Zone and got the battery replaced for free because it was still under warranty. The young man that helped me was so sweet and helpful. I am very happy with my service. Thank you Auto Zone.

Woke up to sub zero temps and had to be at work. The battery in my vehicle said I was staying home. I got a ride to work, called auto zone after work, got quoted a great price and they held a new battery for me. When I went to have it installed right after I called, I was told it would be at least an hour. Not happy. An employee that was helping someone else finished up with them, offered to put the battery in for me and the rest is history. He was awesome, my truck was better and I finally got to go home after a long day. Ill go back for service like that!

Typical AutoZone, staff here were helpful, store was clean and well organized, not much else to say.

Came in. Stood in front of two WHITE dudes who had no interest and helping me and when one of the individuals decided that hed acknowledge me, he did it with an attitude. And then when I was leaving, no one bothered to say have a good day lol. TERRIBLE service and I have a strong feeling that the service i received was because I am a man of color because a white customer came in right after me and ol boy who gave me attitude, gave him a smile and warm greeting. Smh. They both need to be fired.
