I am a big fan of Napa (not a sponsor) they have a decent range of parts and Wix makes the filter for them and I have used th for not only car parts but also industrial supplies. And most of the time when I have gone Ive been able to find guys that know a thing or two about a thing or two so I think if you are a grease monkey like me this is a good place to go.

Use to be a full service auto parts/machine shop with great customer service. its now a hack parts store run by kids with access to a computer

They were the only ones to have the specific fuse that we needed. They were kind and willing to help if we needed it. They did not try to oversell but wanted to make sure we had what we needed and spent time to explain the what and how.

I ordered a new AC fan well over a year ago and never got a call when it got in. I called the Romulus NAPA and they said they could get it next week. What gives? You havent done a thing contact me

I went here to buy a pin for my mustangs door hinge. Got grilled for trying to buy a part that didnt exist for my car. Since the hinges are not made to be serviced, the salesman gave me the hardest time with selecting the pin I needed, and almost refused to sell me the part once I made my selection. Threatened to walk out the door without paying, before he snapped back to reality and rang me up for $3.78. Never before has any auto parts store clerk refused to sell me a part I wanted! The pin works perfect still, by the way. The bracket needed to be drilled to the right size to fit it.

Had what I needed

Bought a good set of jumper cables, paid way to much because I wanted a good set. Service help was excellent which elevated Pa Pa T rating to 4 star...

Parts for complete rear brake job-about 400.00 after 2 extra trips back to store--that come to find out were not included--with job completed found new drums were not true-- out of round--when braking truck leeches as pads pass over high and low areas of NEW drums--not sure what Im going to do---BUT IT WONT BE WITH NAPA
