Everyone is really nice. To bad they are out of alot of stuff.

I’m sure this is a nice location to people who often use it, but I stopped in after coming from the dollar tree to pick up the randoms I couldn’t find there and didn’t really like what I saw. Why weren’t any of the workers wearing masks?A customer in line even nicely asked “where is your mask” to an employee that blatantly ignored her.If you can’t respect what’s happening in the world, how are you going to expect your customers to too?The other location on fort street seems to have workers that follow the guidelines. I’ll just go there from now on.

Friendly when Aarons working. Best place ever. Best customer service representative ever.That young lady with a long dark hair worst customer service representative ever. Most unfriendly worker ever. Just has a nasty attitude.

Always slow and employee conversations seems to trump customers waiting in line

This is my favorite Family Dollar location. Staff here is nice and very helpful. Store is always clean and well managed.The manager here is super nice. She is always polite, and willing to help out the elderly, or anyone with special needs.They even sell cigarettes for all you smokers.I have never had any issues with this specific location. Everything about this store is just as it should be, if not better.I always recommend friends and family members to shop here.Its called family Dollar, and the name is fitting. The staff here is like family, without all the drama.If I could rate this place higher I would, however I can only rate up to 5 stars.Im very impressed with this store, and I will continue to bring my business here.

Pricing not always clear, aisles always cluttered, charges deposit on wines

I LIKE THIS STORE BETTER THAN OTHER FAMILY DOLLARS, THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.. THEY KEEP THIS STORE CLEANER THAN MISSY OTHER FAMILY DOLLARS. THEY HARDLY EVER HAVE BOXES PILED UP THE AISLEWAYS..

This Family Dollar on Northline is terrible...its very dirty and the shelves are empty...can not find what I want...been to many others, and the things I need are in stock...will never go back to this location again...

AsSomeone who’s worked in customer service for over 15 years, there is such thing as being too nice. The gentleman at the counter is way too nice and likes to have long conversations even though there’s 14 people in line.

I just love THIS particular location the most.Although, they go over and beyond- to remember every costumers names, and to let the customers know when and whats on sale (even they know what Im there for😊). Its always clean and well stocked.Every once in awhile it seems like they really need more staff, to support and help. I even asked if they are hiring..Ive tried going thru their job site, And everywhere else..No luck?😨 She said she was hiring 1/2 miles away! Gotta figure it out! Wish me luck.

Good prices. Worker are pleasant. But the parking lot is always full of garbage. Family Dollar please pay someone to clean your outside property in both Southgate locations.

This place is convenient. However, one of the managers is just rude. She never smiles or acts pleasant. She has an attitude when you try to use coupons or imposes a different interpretations than other Family Dollars and when I mentioned it, she said to go there then because they are doing it wrong. Even though other Family Dollars were also doing it the same way. So, I guess she is the only one doing it right and everyone else is wrong. I never try to use coupons here. Ill immediately go somewhere else if I have a coupon. Which has made this one of my last resorts to stop at. When there is another Family Dollar not far away, Ill drive a little further sometimes or just use the pharmacy that shares the same parking lot. I still go here 4-5 x a year but only when I need something specific in a hurry that I know they should have.

Neat and organized. Was surprised to find detergent for a dollar. Cashier was appreciative when I brought my cart back in from the parking lot.

The cashier was very helpful, and I really appreciate the fact that she let us wrap my present in the store.

Easy in and out! Shelves are pretty well stocked. Store just doesnt have that clean appearance. Staff is pretty friendly!

A Wide Variety of Items, Very Reasonably Priced.

Good prices, sadly this establishment does not provide bags for their customers that may purchase large product. The costumer has to leave the store with the product in hand for everyone to see as you go to your destination

Here it is 30 min past open and the doors are locked but people are here. There’s no sign on the door or anything and no one picked up when called. Very unprofessional virus or no virus. And by the way this is the second location I’ve been too
