George Palm is the man! He was extremely helpful to me when i was having a hard time transferring my service from sprint to Verizon. Truly great service. Im very happy with me new phone and cellphone service provider.

My husband and I are current customers with Verizon but needed to upgrade our plan. We sat with George and got the best service. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different plans. We decided on which plan and he took care of everything. He made the change very easy.

Mark was SO helpful, he went above and beyond with helping me with the purchase of a new phone!! Ive always had great experiences with this Southgate store. He even helped me adjust my bill to save me some money!

George helped my family and I switch a boatload of lines from another carrier we’d been with for over 15 years. He was very patient with me as I asked him tons of questions (sometimes more than once) and was able to answer all of them. He got us into a bunch of rebates and onto rate plans we’re happy with. Though he was working alone while we were at the store, he was honest with us and the other incoming customers about how long the wait might be, and didn’t turn anyone away. We’ve got another line or two to transfer over and we’ll definitely be coming back to George for those.

I recently went into this Verizon store to get a new phone for my sister and I. Needless to say my experience was nothing less than AMAZING. The rep I spoke with was Thomas who not only went above and beyond to help me but also didn’t take long to get everything done! The best part about this was that my price point was nice and affordable for the two of us. Fast forward about a week later I was having issues figuring out somethings out on my new phone so I went back in. My grandma is 80 years old and very set in her ways. My grandma got a text on her old dinosaur flip phone to an Internet link and she couldnt figure out how to set up her COVID vaccine appointment. Kyrie was one of the people trying to assist my grandma when she came in on January 29th around 5pm. Kyrie went above and beyond for her. She helped my grandma set up her COVID vaccine appointment and my grandma called me almost in tears with how satisfied with the service and kindness Kyrie showed her. Store manager gave me wrong information, leading me to pay a large amount of money for a service I did not receive, refused a refund and got angry and offensive with me over the phone. Will not return to this authorized dealer, as I am nervous to due to nature of phone call. I was rushed along and my questions were not heard or answered correctly, and I lost all my phones data while trying to just upgrade.

My sister and I had a very pleasant experience here. Our retailer was Thomas and he was very helpful! I will be back to see him. 10/10 would recommend!

I went in to get help upgrading a SIM card with a new phone I didnt purchase through Verizon. Lennon helped me out without any hesitation. He was quick and courteous. He also helped me gather the information I needed to get my wifes phone transferred over from Sprint. His information was spot on and helped us get the necessary work done with Sprint. I would definitely recommend this store. I would also refer friends to see Lennon if they needed help getting setup with Verizon.

Avoid at all costs, they lie about your final bill, add all kinds of extras you did not ask for, and then when confronted they tell you nothing can be done, and that they never quoted you an out the door price because they cant tell what the final bill will end up being.This place is a scam, its best to do it all on line or through the Verizon website, these 2 guys are scammers.Our bill is now $90 more than what we were told it would be, and they can change nothing, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Had such a great experience here. I came here to switch from Sprint to Verizon and Lennon made that transition essentially effortless. He switched my phone for me without losing any of my information, set up my line, and on top of that, he got me the phone I’ve been wanting at a great cost. I walked out of there after about 25 minutes with my new phone in its new phone case. Lennon made the process super quick and easy for me and I recommend him wholeheartedly. Rivan was excellent and helpful, pointing out items that would increase cost but not aid me in the long run and gave me other options that would be better for me and my family. We upgraded three phones and were surprised that the store was rather quiet. This location currently has less traffic than the Eureka Rd location, which regularly has 1 hr wait times.
